The food nowadays is so lack luster or over the top. All the eats at DQ these days are bland and lack luster. It seems that no fast food is served hot these days....especially fries. The fries were not crispy, indicating the grease needs to be changed out or the cook time was ignored.Missing the DQ sandwich!!!

Sat at drive-thru for 10 minutes (3 cars in front of me) and the line didn't move so I backed up and left. Went to Casey DQ and was in and out. You might want to see how they operate there store.

Okay well, to start, the employees were being lazy with the orders and the food. The line was only about 5 cars long and none of the cars ahead seemed to have ordered anything big. The lady at the speaker was nice, but we sat in line for 35 minutes. Once we got to the window 18 minutes later, they handed us our drinks and our meals, but they forgot all about our sundaes that we ordered with our meals. One of the girls dropped them on the floor and had to remake it. The Sweet tea that I had ordered had a disgusting taste, it was like rotten. So overall, the lady that took the order was nice, the service was excessively slow, and the employees are lazy. Given all that happened during our visit to this Dairy Queen, I give this specific Dairy Queen a Hell No out of 10. Don't waste your time here, go get Subway or something.

We brought in our basketball team between tournament games and they worked hard to take care of the girls. Fast service and good food! I can’t say enough about how good our experience was. Thanks!

Very very very very lazy to cook and probably to clean too. We order a 2burgers, 1 chicken sandwich, 1 with fries and 1 with onion ring. They give us 3burgers and two fries. The onion ring they always need to cook fresh. The sandwich always cook fresh too. That’s why they are lazy like the other customers said. Before leave the counter make sure in front them your order is correct.

Food was awful I asked for two cheeseburgers plain they're covered in mustard and ketchup and I'm not talking a little bit I'm talking like it was pouring out of it had pickles on it which fine but I asked for it to be plain and I had to wait for my sandwiches longer than anybody else for plain food so I don't understand that and the moron working drive-thru haned me my pop and the container was covered in soda the lid wasn't on all the way definitely has gone downhill will not be going there no more

This was our 2nd visit in a months time. Once again the tables ALL OF THEM were dirty. In addition the floor was sticky. Food and service were just acceptable at best. Many other DQ's are much better.

We stopped while traveling and got a quick lunch and it was pretty good. My husband got a burger of some kind and I got a chili dog without cheese and they were both okay. We don't eat a lot of fast food, so can't really compare it to much, but we were pleased with our choices. Love their ice cream treats. We used the drive thru and the wait was not too bad.

Stopped by this Dairy Queen on a Sunday evening while I was on my way back to Indianapolis. I ordered a small blizzard and cheese curds, there was not a huge line, but the staff (I counted 7) were hard-core struggling to even get small orders out. I stood there for 15 minutes and finally got my blizzard, I stood there for another 20 mi minutes and never saw my cheese curds. By this time there was 5 or 6 other people standing and waiting for their food as well. I eventually had to leave without the food I had paid for because I stood there for so long. Terrible service. Also the place was quite dirty and the trash was overflowing out of the cans.

The chicken strips were really good. Service was courteous and we didn't wait long for the food. If we pass through Greenup again we'll probably come back. Could use some background music though. The place was too quiet.

Burger was Luke warm at best, apparently microwave is not working correctly, fries were dried out and tasted like they had been cooked twice. Should have went to McDonalds. Will next time. Overall Dairy Queen’s menu has went downhill over the past few years.

We stopped by on August 7 around 1:30 pm. 2 people came in and ordered after us. Got their food n left. The girl at the counter went to help drive through. My boyfriend said excuse me, she got our ice cream n turned around . No I'm sorry, just a minute, nothing. Lousy customer service

We visited on a Monday around 11a to find that this place wasn't very busy at all. They offer the same menu as other locations. Notice the $5 lunch deal - drink, cheeseburger, fries and a Sundae! They even offer to give you a coupon for your Sundae. That way you can come back up to get it once you've finished eating so it doesn't sit and melt! Also notice the bacon cheeseburger! Although I must point out that it only comes with one Strip of Jacob - what a bummer.The service here seemed particularly friendly compared to other locations. Not only were we offered the Sundae coupon, but the girl at the registered notice my hands were quite full and offered to carry a high chair to our table!Our food came out as ordered, even with my weird requests for no mayo, ketchup or bun.I will note that the chocolate on my mom's Sundae was the chocolate shell, not a hot fudge. Just a heads up.

Ordered simple cheese burger and fries, people who came in after me had theirs and ready to leave still no food. Poor serviceWaited went back and was asking about order was manager ask me "would you like to have it fixed or refund your money?". I stopped to eat not set and watch others eat.

Great food! Service was friendly and the staff was great! They helped me come to a great decision for a fast lunch. Glad I stopped by it had been a while since I had eaten at a dairy queen restaurant. Very satisfied with my choice to go there for lunch. Thank you!

The staff here were quite nice and service was quick. Food tasted fresh and well crafted as in the burger was not falling apart when you tried to pick it up. Would be five stars but they forgot my bacon on my burger.

The girl taking the order was nice but the rest of the staff was just standing around... while the drive threw was slammed and there was people waiting for there food in the lobby... it took 35 mins just to get my icecream.

Took almost 30 mins in the drive thru to get 3 items. Sat at the order speaker for 8 mins before even taking order, then sat at the pay window for 6 mins before I could even pay. Every car had to wait to put in order. It was like they could only handle one car at a time. Won't be back

Very happening DQ. Our food was prepped fresh. Cheese curds and were hot, not soggy. I had the Wild Alaskan Fish sandwich. Way bigger than Mc Donald's and just as tasty. Pleasant stop on our road trip.

The store was disgusting! I touched the wall and my hand was sticky and my shoes stuck to the floor. I ordered a smoothie and they gave me a julius. I don't think they even know the difference. The service was fast but not what I ordered. Clean the store and know the difference between products and it would have gotten five stars.
