Twice now, my order has never been right. All the products are prepackaged so you never know the quality till you leave. If you ordered a sativa and it’s out, they will give you a hybrid. Not impressed with this establishment at all.

This is a really cool place. They have an awesome selection of fine... Herbs. Online ordering was easy as could be. I will definitely visit again. The folks behind the counter were awesome and very friendly. Thanks for the easy experience.

I’ve been regularly going to Terrabis for a couple months, have spent somewhere around $8-900 total, average order value somewhere between $50-200 value. It can be hit or miss depending on the day, but out of many visits I’ve only had two truly bad experiences. Today was the first experience I decided was bad enough to leave a review.If you are considering stopping by here, YOU SHOULD KNOW YOUR ORDER TOTAL WILL BE GREATER THAN DISPLAYED ON-SITE AT THE REGISTER. This is the only dispensary I’ve ever been to (and honestly I’ve been to quite a few) that has this problem. your order total will always be greater than displayed on-site.I think it is important to note that taxes are taken from the order value online based off THC % in product, quantity purchased etc already. The problem is that apparently, some, “taxes” aren’t figured into the cost. I’d assume that would be city tax, rec tax, etc. They claim this cannot be put in place, but this is very simple to implement. There should not be any reason for price changes at pickup every single time you come in. This does not happen at Consume (about an hour away) Thrive Harrisburg or at RISE.With this in mind, my order total today was $61 on the site. I place the order 10 minutes before I walk in, and then I go in to pick it up. I wait in line, and I’m told that it’s not ready yet. I did stand there for 20 minutes waiting, but I understand they have a lot of work going on back there so no complaints on that. My issue is that after that 20 minutes, I get up there and my order total goes from $61 to $68. I only brought an extra $5 for whatever fees i knew would be added, but it wasn’t enough. This is very frustrating, since I was $2 short for a price I was never given before, I had to use my debit card instead. Put my debit card in, first thing it asks for is a tip. After all this I still feel like whatever I don’t care so I tip. I then get charged 3.50 on top of that amount, so order total is $74. I didn’t get much, so $13 on top of my originally quoted and already taxed price is ridiculous. I wanna say the preroll I got seriously canoed and I lost over half of it because it was packed too dense at the top and i was really bummed out after all that to top everything else off.it’s usually fine and the product is all good. I also appreciate the convenience and if you can ignore the fact they just change the price on you at the register it’s usually a smooth process. I had a lady in front of me bring cash, but didn’t have enough and she was forced to run through the card fee too. That’s a frustrating tax for nothing and made me realize how much of a problem this is and will be in the future for customer retention. Really considering not coming back. Please get a proper web developer and have it fixed. Thanks

Clean and well organized. The kiosk ordering was easy and intuitive. The budtenders and staff were all friendly and helpful.Only complaint is Illinois has a ridiculous tax rate, but that's government for you.

Prices werea little high, but it was easy and quick to grab what I needed. I wish someone would've told me to order ahead of time online. The setup of shopping on the tablet isnt great for someone that isn't quiet sure what they have to offer. It takes a lot of scrolling and going back and forth to all the pages. Plus it wasn't obvious if something was out of stock, so I'd find something then add to cart and then it'd would tell me it was sold out.But that's probably just my user error and it really wasn't that bad. All in all a nice place.

Prices are still too high. Staff, decent. Managers, rude and full of themselves. My advice. Order online only & buy only on-sale!! Don't waste money on full price items. Do not expect company to put useful info online. Rules change and you wont know til you get there. For example, They do Not take passports anymore ... unless you're a man. I was there and normally use my passport, this time they told me no, they can no longer accept passports. I inquired when did this change cos i normally do. They said this week. I asked for an exception this time since i travel here. Sam said no, then let the dude behind me in with only his passport. Unfair and small selection

I love this place! Before I visited this place I wasn’t much on the flower or anything like that. My very first visit one of the workers sat down with me and explained everything really well. Then he pulled up what he thought I’d be interested in on the provided tablet and we went from there. Each visit since then a store associate has always been eager to help immediately after I walk in if I haven’t already put my order in online. In that case it will only be a very quick walkthrough after getting checked in. Highly recommended this place.

Once I got past front door lady, I learned a little talking the lady inside and she was very happy to help me with my first time going. And the new guy that checked me out was very nice and he said my name right (which my first name is always mispronounced) Product is good. I'll be back for sure.

The greeter at the door explained the whole process and what to do to place your order within the store. Very quick service and friendly staff inside as well. A little pricey compared to others like this and the tax for out of state customers is a bit too much to pay for what I received.

Kaylie was awesome! So helpful cus I’ve been waiting on Airo to go on sale, ordered before I left Indiana and then once I was there it was out. They didn’t have anything else even comparable in price and no one offered her help knowing I drove 1.5 hr trip and Illinois is wayyyy to expensive as it is. $85 for a gram vape? Stop. Min. PLUS out of state tax. Stop. Anyway I love this place and they did have the cheapest prices staff is friendly but prices. They be HIIIIGHHHH!

Don’t accidentally go over the limit cause they won’t tell you until you’ve already paid. Then they say that have to refund the money. Which we used a card so it won’t be back for however many business days. I wasn’t about to run my card again with these people. Crazy! They must do this a lot cause they were talking about how it’s crazy but then were completely rude about it. Not even sure at this point if I’m going to get my money back as this just happened.so at this point I’ve paid almost $300 and walked out with nothing. I’m very upset.

Four times now They always Messed up my order, I had to reorder again online. Yesterday I think number eight Station at 11:30 - 11:45 She was really rude to me, I pulled out my Stiiizy pod, The lady said "you should not Here in the store, Put it in your pocket." She Basically 'Bulling ' Me out the Door. I have questions About But the lady won't let me. I had your stroke too And I'm confused. She wouldn't help me At all. Just going through the motions. On the sign though It says Basically " Don't do it here." I saw that .. You're probably thinking I'm crazy And the She has a point , ButAll in all A bad experience with this.

placed an order online and got messages that my order was confirmed and ready to be picked up. when I got there they were closed without notice. terrible customer service and is also very disorganized. I will travel out of my way to avoid this place.

Today I had a pick up order between 7:45pm-8:00 pm. That’s the slot I picked specifically it said “7:45-8”. The store hours are 9am-9pm on Friday. I live in Indiana over an hour 1/2 away. This is the closest/only dispensary near me! I’ve been to this store several times && had decent experiences! The customer service definitely needs to learn how to be more professional && caring, based off my opinion && experience!! However I called to let them know I was going to be just couple minutes late 8:03 to be exact. They are on the same time central standard. I told her 8:06 just to be safe. You would think no issues since they close at 9 but the lady informed me unapologetically might I add that bc of the weather they were closing an hour early 8pm (wasn’t snowing just a wind advisory, conditions were fine to drive!). Mind you I called out of common courtesy to let them know I was going to be couple minutes behind. My order showed “fulfilled” at or before 7:30! No one reached out to inform me of the early closure. In fact she said they found out an over an hour ago the lady did not apologize acted as if I was the inconvenience! I placed the order at 7:05 called est 7:40. So before placing my order they knew about closing early. I asked her “even if I show up at 8 I can’t pick up? She said “No!! The doors will be locked at 8!” I said nicely “okay thank you anyway” her reply was mmhm click! It was there error, not mine, no apologies, no empathy, NONOTHING! Plain RUDENESS! Sincerely, a unsatisfied customer who felt that I did something wrong && was the inconvenience! PS- I understand the reason for the early closure for them to return safely home, && I would have been fine && gave a better review had she been more sincere!!

**Updated review** Placed an order last night after 12 hour shift to come in that morning and they charging me $10-15 more than what it said on my order. Apparently they keep sale items listed even though they are not so buyer beware of this cause I don't want it to happen to someone else cause it's quite embarrassing plus I'm a loyal customer and they wouldn't still honor my order I made this morning. I mean a little kindness goes along way but guess they don't care 🤷🏻♂️ **Old Review**They are helpful and quick

BUYER BEWARE!! Make sure you know what you’re getting before you leave. Online my flower said THC but when I got the actual product it was THCA which I never would’ve bought. The price was outrageous but I splurged bc it said 33% THC. Yes THCA converts to THC when heated but this was nothing like I expected. No buzz at all and was not even slightly enjoyable to consume. Overall super disappointed in the product. Staff was great.

I am highly disappointed! They sell all these products online but only a cap for a kmage of what your getting. I ordered 2 Stiiizy vapes and anticipation was killing me to try them out. However when I get home and open them up, they are like no vape I have ever seen. They never mention online or at ghe store while purchasing, that u have to buy this extra $40 accessory to even enjoy them. If someone would have been trained well, they would have pointed that out.

Had problems getting my order to submit. Asked for help twice, but no one would come over to help. Finally, I got one to submit after switching to a different computer. Had that not gone through that last time, I would have just left and made a trip to mt vernon.
