I had checked out and was about an hour a way when I realized that I left my 2 sets of earrings on the bathroom counter. I call and they had been turned in by the cleaning staff. I asked if they could be sent to me. No fight, no its not our policy- very willing to help. I received them a few days ago and I am so thankful that they were turned in and that Charlotte was so very helpful and pleasant. Top notch staff.

They was remolding yet it’s really needs work. Handicap room shower sets way down in floor and the ac leaked in floor. No bugs no mice , one draw back. Seems charged me three times different prices only refunded once. Still trying to get the room for $86 like site said. Do not get the discounts that should been applied sadly .Nearby activities: Not many restaurants . Mexican was the better choice

This room was considered handicap. The bathroom was great for being handicap. The television was so dark you couldn't see the show. The bed was so high that you needed a step stool to get onto it, but being able to not use my feet I couldn't use the stool anyway. I'm attaching photos to show you that this is NOT for handicap to sleep on but a very uncomfortable chair they have. By the way the shower curtain was so short the water ran all over the outside of shower.

The mattress needs replaced, we were placed on the third floor where there seemed to be factory workers living who did not know how to close doors quietly early morning or late at night.The biggest problem we encountered were German cockroaches in our bathroom and living area.

There have been pubes on the toilet since before i got here. Less the ones i cleaned off so i could use it. After a few nights, gonna have to call out Sue and Rose, Chanel, and the management that either rushes staff, doesn't check up on them, or both.It's a small little deal for yall each time, but you're affecting a lot of people. It's why there are expectations at all. I can clean this whole thing. I don't have the patience for perfectly made beds. If that's all we would do, i wouldn't accept the job.What do you think your job is? Make my bed and leave your name for "tips"?Meet "Do Not Disturb" and enjoy cleaning my room after the week.

We always search for bugs when we get motel rooms not expecting to find any but there was what appeared to be a cockroach (alive) behind the bed and several other bugs (definitely not roaches but not sure what they were) on the bathroom sink and in the sink. We immediately left and they refunded my card. Nice guy though. No issue refunding.

Overall, it was clean with improvements. Shower head rusty at wall and covered on hard water deposits. The water was very hot, which was nice. The paint showing behind the toilet was green when the walls were taupe. No carafe in coffee maker and faucet dripped until steadied. Carpet in halls torn up and duct tape covering portions of hallway signs. Needs attention to these details. I'm still giving 4 stars overall because I felt safe staying there. Sheets were clean, bathroom clean, and no nasty carpet.

the staff was very nice and helpful! i booked day-of at the beginning of the day, and their site said they hold reservations until 6pm, but i called and asked if they could hold it until we would get there at around 9-10pm because we were traveling cross country and they were very understanding and held it for us. the room was clean, the bed was comfy, the a/c worked great, and we couldn't hear any of the other guests from our room. the water pressure in the shower felt like nothing, but that's the only complaint i had. overall this is a really nice hotel! it has all the necessities, great for a stop to stay the night during a road trip! :)

Our experience staying here was pleasant. We only stayed for one night, but the room was clean, there was a nice sized apartment fridge in the room so we were able to freeze the ice packs for our ice chest overnight, there was a large bathroom, and the breakfast was decent. We had to get a roll-away bed, which made the room a little cramped, but we were also able to fit all of us into one room instead of having to get two, so we're not complaining. We were on the 3rd floor, but there was an easy access elevator. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

We had stayed here before in 2020 on a cross country trip, the stay was better then. The bed was comfortable, the shower and bathtub qas dirty and had black hairs in it. Also we went down for breakfast at 8 am, there was no food out but 7 soggy biscuits, 4 sausage patties and raisin bran and the waffle station. I notified the front desk that the coffee and food was out, she kindly pointed to the back up coffee to switch out myself lol and said she would get more gravy out, she didn't say anything else about the sausage or biscuits. There was definitely ppl there working that could have replenished it but... didn't? So we just checked out and left. For 120.99$ at a Super 8, I expect better. I'm surprised Wyndham didn't do better but we all know Wyndham and Hilton are not the same. Also, I worked at country inn and suites as a cook for their breakfast so I know how it goes , you have to continually be checking your food and putting it in so you can keep it fresh stocked until breakfast is over. So in giving 3 stars, for the bed and that's pretty much it.

Pleasant surprise for a super 8! The rooms are extra large... it was extremely quiet... the beds were comfortable...the heat and air unit worked great, there was plenty of hot Water, and plenty of nice clean towels. The parking lot was large and well-lit and nicely paved, and as an added security there's farmland all around and the only way to get into the parking lot is through a road that goes right by the front desk. I would stay here again. It's far from a five-star hotel but for the price was a great value. Appears the hotel was originally a higher quality of motel chain and in recent years it's been redone and became a super 8.

Right when we walked into the room it smelled like pee.. the floor was sticky. When I laid in the bed it felt damp at the end and the bed linens smelt musty just like they would if they were left too damp. Shower was cold. Breakfast area is small. Someone burnt something down there and it wreaked so we left and got a cheap breakfast somewhere else

The evening desk clerk was very nice. She made us feel Welcome! They have breakfast until 9am! Our room was clean & spacious with 2 full size beds. There was an ironing board & iron. Also, there was a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker with coffee supplies. Plenty of clean towels.

The location was easy to find from the interstate. The room was not as advertised on their own website/ app, no cushy chair and ottoman for my mom to rest and her feet up instead it was a desk chair on wheels, the dining table provided had a serious wobble and shifted with the lightest items placed on it, the bed slid the opposite direction when you tried to sit on it (severely disappointed) but being exhausted from our trip we stayed in the room we booked from the app. Shout out to Bryan, who normally works 3rd shift but happened to be there that day on 2nd when I checked in, he went above and beyond to fix an unexpected issue with the TV. Bryan is the reason for 3 stars instead of a lower score, again he was phenomenal.

Stayed overnight on way from Arkansas to Ohio. Third floor was quiet and room was very nice for this type of hotel. Tub could have been cleaner but it was not an issue as it was just the front edge under the spout and not the floor or walls. Also the shower handle connection was leaking (forgot to tell the staff... I will send a note to then)) Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Restaurant in parking lot is great too.

Room was clean and fresh. Bathroom was nice. Furniture and decor was modern. Towels were course. Breakfast was lacking (only two cereals and a handful of other miscellaneous breakfast snacks). Hallways had unpleasant odor in places. Washer and dryer don't wash or dry effectively. I think it is slightly over-priced ($85 for us) but there isn't much competition. Many railroad and oil workers stay here. Ample parking. Restaurant out back. Subway across the street and Shell with diesel. I'd stay here again but it's not a bargain.

Hotel looked great. Staff was very friendly, however we had no trash bags in the trash cans there was dryer lint all over the sheets and pillows, lady bugs in the window seal and the matress was extremely uncomfortable for someone bigger than average size. Not to mention the walls are super thin at midnight we heard the room next door carry on a personal conversation that my 4 & 6 year old didn't need to hear(they were woke up due to the noise.)
