This location does such a great job of helping you feel welcomed, accommodated, and value. We regularly do pick-up and the staff is quick, friendly, respectful and responsive. On the days when we have a little more time we go in and the team members are always kindly tolerant of my pet loving children. They’ve got a great selection!

I used the Gurnee store a lot before coming here but now this one is so much closer to my house. This store though wow, it's brand new the facilities look amazing like the self serve dog wash and the grooming station. The great part is that the staff is quite knowledgeable about all the brands and can help narrow down what you need based on price or animal specifics. I will absolutely be using this store from now on.

Open on New Year's Day! That's just not right. Let your employees have the day off, trust me you won't have any business today!**Update after reply from the business**Why would I call you? What more do you need? You're open on New year's Day when you could be closed. No one is thinking of their pets needs today. A company that puts profit ahead of employees is just gross. Also it's a waste of money to pay employees to do nothing instead of enjoying the day off. There now I hope you understand and you don't need me to call you.

Visited the new Grayslake facility recently and I must say we were impressed. A gentleman assisted us (manager or owner), very knowledgeable. Only had 1 bag of dog food I needed and offered to order 3 more and paid for everything so I was able to use my 25% off coupon. I also see that they will honor any other online/store offers, which is great since it's so close to home. Great customer service goes a long way with us, keep it up. Much appreciated. Look forward to hearing from the store when my order comes in.

Just got a new pup. Sure maybe some of the employees may not know everything about every single product (referencing a comment from another review) but they always have an assistant manager or store manager there who is experienced and more than happy to help! I’ve been in multiple times looking for specific reqs for more natural treats, food, shampoos and bones and felt well taken care of and learned a lot from the assistant manager - being a new pet owner! The store is also very clean and well stocked compared to other pet stores. The groomer is also very kind and has many years of experience. Highly recommend this location!

I would like to give it five stars because they are very well stocked with different brands of pet food. But their employees are not very knowledgeable when it comes to their products they carry and sell. I understand it's a new store I just think the employees need a little bit more training!
