The way the pharmacy staff treated me today was horrible. If you do not like your occupation please find something else. Simply went to pick up my prescription and I as instantly dismissed with little to no explanation on how I can get my medication using my savings card. The manager Joy ignored me until the other young lady repeated my question and she rudely told me to contact corporate for my answers. I contacted corporate and another location which they both was confused on why no one attempted to input my info nor scan the savings card. Corporate advised to renter the location and have them scan the card and to call back if any other issues occurred. Lucky the other I want to assume manager that did not have a name badge talked to me rudely and falsely called the police and said that I was verbally abusing her and wanted me escorted out the store. She slammed the window down and refused to even send my medication to another location all while saying this in front of the store manager and other employees. Some just looked and other employees laughed and walked off as if this is the usual behavior that takes place at this location. I have contacted corporate and placed a formal complaint and also stayed and spoke to the lady officer that arrived and she was appalled by the situation being the staff declined any assistance from the officers saying that “she’s no longer in the store we don’t need you” not only am I’m left without medication but your staff member falsely called the authorities to humiliate me. I will be filing a personal incident on the employee with with police for lying. And you wonder why this store has poor ratings.

The worst pharmacy ever. Do not trust with life or death prescriptions. First I was told the medication would be ready in 30 mins and I would have to pay out of pocket…An hour later, they said they didn’t have the medication at all. So I called into a different Walgreens out of curiosity (in dire need) to confirm if they had the medication, and turns out, not only did the other Walgreens I called into had plethoras of stock, they also accept my sick mother’s insurance. You.have.to.be.joking. This pharmacy is so bad, I wouldn’t step foot this Walgreens just to get toiletries. 0 stars.

If I could do a quarter of a star I would. Called at 10 on Friday told prescription would be ready at 2. At 2 told the prescription would be ready at 4. At 4 told the prescription would be ready at 6:30. They where on dinner break at 6:30. At 7:30 told they are out of my prescription and refuse to transfer to another wallgreens. The following day at 10 told we might get your prescription in at 2. At 4 told it would be ready in 90 min. After 90 min told out of stock. Done with this scrappy horrible service that cost me 6 trips to try to get my prescription. CVS you get my buisness from now on.

Used the atm here to avoid fees right...I needed change so went to the cashier to ask them to break a $20 for me.They make me buy a $2 candy bar to break the $20 🤯 At that point why bother with the free atm? I've never had this happen using the Walgreens in Fairview Heights. It's these simple acts that make the difference in customer service. If I could do 0 stars I would.The manager can thank the gal with glasses and working around 2:45pm today 02/11/2024 for the rating. Maybe the manager needs a lesson in customer service as well.

Please for your own sanity and we’ll being ask for your prescription to be sent anywhere else!! I understand why they always have things in stock nobody wants to go there and receive terrible service. And don’t even think about calling to see why they can’t fill a prescription. This is the only Walgreens I’ve ever used that makes me feel like I’m in the wrong for calling or asking for more information about a prescription.

This is definitely the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. The level of chaos happening in their pharmacy is astounding. Waited an hour just to get the paperwork for the booster and then another 10 min to be greeted by the wicked witch of the west (blonde hair red shirt giving out boosters). No apology or anything about the outlandish wait even though it goes by appointment. She was also abhorrently rude to the older woman in line in front of me waiting for a shot for her and her husband. This pharmacy needs new management DESPERATELY. If people have to deal with service like this then no wonder people aren’t getting boosted. *UPDATE A YEAR LATER*Just went in tonight 9/22 after being released from the emergency room. Went in expecting to get my prescriptions filled and instead of being met with professionalism I was met with complete and utter rudeness. The sheer lack of care and professionalism is abhorrent. To the creature working in the pharmacy around 3:30am you’re an awful human and I suggest maybe finding work digging graves since you wouldn’t have to interact with the public. What a disgusting human.

I come in almost every morning to grab some energy drinks, and almost every time I go in Jayden is always so sweet, friendly & helpful. I always leave with a smile on my face because of her and I know others feel the same as well. She is definitely the most friendly face I see at this location.

Walgreens was very clean and organized, and there employees were very friendly and knowledgeable on where they're merchandise was. Lots of space to go up and down the isle . Plenty of parking . The only thing I would comment on is that they need more handicap parking I'm the parking lot.

This Pharmacy used to be open 24 hours. Their hours now list that the Pharmacy is open until 10pm on the door and on google. But the truth is they close at random times. Tonight I stopped in to pick up a prescription and a sign on the window said they closed at 6:30. "Sorry." Several times we have shown up to pick up a prescription and they will be closed, or the prescription we were told was ready, wasn't. The staff has become very rude, and this just isn't the kind of Pharmacy you can rely on any more. Especially if you have little ones.

I’d give a zero if possible- dad got out of hospital gave commitment time knowing how serious it was. When we came back as instructed they had not even started them. They aren’t understaffed or busy- just could care less and forgot to fill them. Then had us sit for 45 more minutes in drive thru. Jullian waited on us- fire him! Go somewhere else- my dad says it is always like that. When we finally got them- unapologetic-sure hope my dad is ok when I get back to his house- or I’ll be suing you guys!

Poor service. Too many people working and they have no communication between each other. Was Getting all my scripts on 1 day now I have to go 3 times a month. Because they are waiting on Dr approval. Doc said Walgreens never called. Another time they told me I had 5 refills so there won't be a problem oops they forgot to put it in the computer ! Recently when I was there. I was getting upset because my scripts weren't ready and I was told they were. When i asked about them I was told you aren't our only customer. I was pissed. Yes but you should treat me like I am. This place is a joke! Wouldn't go to Walgreens if my insurance didn't force me to go there. I prefer the mom and pop pharmacy.

This place is hilariously incompetent. They claim they don’t get prescriptions when doctors send them multiple times, and to cap it all off came to pick up a prescription that the app said not 2 minutes earlier was ready and they tell me they lost it and have to refill it. They take forever to do anything and that’s if you’re lucky enough for them to have done their jobs to begin with. Hire better staff.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I get tired of having to wait 3-8 hours past my quoted time in order to receive my medication. This is a constant issue that Walgreens seems unwilling to fix. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. If we keep coming here they will have zero incentive to make changes.

The girl name Erica, had racial profile me but she must wasn't look close, I had on $150 shoe and a $100 jacket on but I'm black and automatic through I was going to steal something out the store, I asked to use the restroom and she replied not for the public anymore, so I continue to shop than I saw another team member take someone to the restroom and of course she was white customer so I asked a different team about the restroom and she took me straight to it and the location lose a sale and a customer.

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They have more than once told an untruth about a prescription going to be ready only to tell me, after my Dr’s office is closed, that they are out of stock and “it should be in the next day’s delivery” then be informed the next day, after Dr’s office is closed” that it didn’t come in.

Most always fast drive-thru service. Some of the window associates could be friendlier! Occasionally a certain med is out of stock which gives you a partial fill and a return later visit to pick up remainder. Inside associates are helpful...if you can find someone.

A Hot mess in the pharmacy dept drive threw today. Got a call my script was ready and its NOT the lady in drive threw is speaking to other ppl and she has the intercom on and i can hear everything. Maybe she is new idk. She seems frustrated and flustered. Possibly more training b4 throwing her on drive threw? Poor thing....... Good Luck!!!

Wish I could give them 0 stars!!! Every.single.time. there is a line of 5 plus cars in each lane, it takes them 5 minutes to deal with one person and they dont work both lanes at once they go back and forth causing delays for both lanes...plus everytime, and I mean EVERYTIME, I have issues with either my script wasnt filled right or issues with insurance that was on their end, messing up refills and just overall IGNORANT staff and very unpleasant. I will be switching over my scripts to another location... ugh I need blood pressure meds just dealing with them.

Gave the pharmacy tech girl my new incurance card before i filled the prescription. She said it would be ready in 25 minutes . Came back and she asked for my card again, then said she could fill it because i meeded preauthorization from my doctor. That was the point of me giving them the card first. Now I've wasted 40 minute and will have to rush to work WITHOUT MYprescription!!!! Will never come here to get a prescription filled again. I'll stick with my regular walgreens in st. Louis.

It seems more and more often there is only ever a single drive thru lane open, regardless of day or time. The wait time per car has been somewhat longer than normal lately as well.

This is the worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with! I will not allow my mom to continue to get her medicines from there! When there are no refills for a pill and they have to call the doctor, they DO NOT DO IT! DAYS later they continue to tell you they are waiting on the doctor to approve. My moms doctors office said this happens constantly! People will call the doctors office and there will be no evidence what so ever that walgreens called! My moms medications are important, they keep her alive and when they constantly do this that is putting her life in danger! We are fed up!!! You cant EVER get through to a live person and if you FINALLY do they hang up on you! Never dealt with a walgreens so unprofessional and useless. They dont deserve one star but i had to give it to post this

Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to,rudest customer service representatives out on the floor. And the dirtiest Walgreens I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen plenty of Walgreens from St. Louis to Kentucky and this is the worst already spoke with a manager at a another location and they sent me to this location and it was just as bad probably worse.
