Went to local Walgreens to load money on my prepaid card. An employee stole 210.00 dollars and never loaded my card. I has to get the Granite City police involved and a report for theft was filed after reviewing the camera. The team manager Anne and store manager James was no help in refunding my money. Walgreens Corp is aware and my case is still pending. This store is known for drug activity and the worker is a known drug addict...I'm out of 210.00 until my case is reviewed and completed by Walgreens Corp.

Great place for cold medicine! Otherwise be careful. Make sure you read the fine print on all sale signs, even though you pull from that row of orange juice with other orange juice bottles behind it with a sign for 2 for $5, it is false. It was for the "lemonade". I took her for her word, so customer is not always right. Hopefully the orange juice bottles were removed from that section or the 2 for $5 sign removed, since the lemonade was 2 rows over.

So on Christmas day, I was in a crisis, I did not have a large enough pan for my turkey, and I called the granite city. Walgreens and I spoke with Nicole., she went and looked came back to the phone, told me the aisle, it was in how much it cost, and she was so happy and cheerful that she could help me, I am in awe of her customer service beyond expectations on Christmas day. Thank you so much, she is exactly what your company needs.!!! actually, she is exactly what every company needs! thank you, Nicole, you made my Christmas so much brighter! 😁😁😁😁😁

When. I first went to this store around Halloween (moved in town) everything was old. Chips stale and water was highly acidic might as well been sparkling. They barely restock things now. Idk what’s wrong with the management here but it’s lacking.

The head of the pharmacy is really rude. And she had me waiting at the desk for almost 10 mins while she took 2 phone calls and stared at a computer screen doing what appeared to be nothing. The other employee had to take care of me after she just stood there and didn't even greet me.

The pharmacy staff is rude and don't listen and they think they know everything,doesn't let you talk,and talks over you,and they have nasty attitudes,and they don't let you know when your prescriptions are ready,you just have to call and see,and they will put them back,but how will we know there ready if we don't get a call letting us know
