The deli quality has really gone down. Got a foot long turkey sandwich for $9 and it literally had two slices of turkey on the whole thing and the American cheese was so old it was dry. Also got a Greek salad and the tomatoes and cucumber were so old they were mushy.

Can't even shop in peace rude disgusting workers in your way.. you say excuse me and they look at you like you lost your mind I absolutely hate shopping at this location.. they really need to retrain their employees on the customer service and good manners

Self checkout — "Please place the item in the bag". My 'item' was too big for any bag and I was blocked from checking out the rest of my 'items' since I didn't/couldn't 'place the item in the bag'.Brilliant!I left my 'items' there and went somewhere with a more intelligent business plan.

If you’re a parent using WIC don’t waste your time. The labels are not adequately marked. As if the process isn’t painful enough, the clerks and manager on duty didn’t honor the incorrectly marked items OR offer to have an employee grab the correct item like they usually do. The current staff needed replaced and the clerk who checked me out was rude, snooty, and treated me distastefully because I was using a WIC card. When I go in paying cash the service I receive is of course superb.

1 Star for the horrible service the bakery has provided as of lately. Once upon a time, there was actual filling inside each donut. Now it's a literal tablespoon (as shown in the pics) ! The day of getting custard filled donuts is GONE! I just saw a review about a $9 deli sandwich with two slices of deli meat? The New Philosophy at Schnucks is pretty obvious.... Less is more!!?? Time to find a new donut location.... Anyone been to Dukes?PS--- When I'm checking out the bagger stands there looking at me like I should be bagging my own groceries!? They sometimes walk away and I'll stand there refusing to do THEIR JOB!This Store won't last much longer!

They hardly have what I want for food. Cause of all these Ghetto fools from Missouri come here. They burn there stores down then come to Illinois. We need to make toll bridges. Then the people from Missouri steal. Saw a black woman ring up 20 items but had huge basket full of groceries. Stole half the food. Shame the devil works this way. Need to stop self check outs or have police right there.

I probably will not go here very often I was in one night getting stuff for dinner and the Girl at the front self check out was very rude to me and was cussing to another customer but was not very helpful at all I believe her name was Britt. Was not helpful

I tried to have some food delivered to my parents. Schnucks' dumb website wants to to create an account. I live in Texas. I don't want to create an account for something I'm only doing once in my life. This is what I get for expecting a Granite City grocery store website to be modern and functional. 🤷‍♂️

Very disappointed in the deli. I ordered 150 PCs of chicken for a special dinner to be picked up at 11am. I arrived 20 min early and I was told it still had 12 minutes. So at 10:59am I walked up to the counter and I had to wait before someone would acknowledge i was there. Then I was told it would be 13 more minutes. I said at 20 til that it would be 12 min but I still waited until it was actually 11am. I preordered it over a week ahead of time so that it would be ready at 11am. Last year we ordered it the same way and it wasn't ready when we arrived. I WON'T be ordering chicken here again!!!!!!!

I I'm not quite sure how everyone starts their morning maybe the people here had a badd meeting this morning or something. I said good morning to at least 3 employees and not one said good morning back or even shot me a smile which I think is weird and even the cashier lady didn't say a word to me until it was time to pay and when I was walking away and underneath her breath she said have a good day like she did not want me to hear it but she had to say it. I rate souly on the attitude of the employees and not one had a friendly attitude.

It's Shnucks always too busy and too high the only grocery store where you can't buy eggs for less than $4 a dozen wonder why.Everything is usually $1 higher here donate $5 or $6 every time I go here instead of Walmart. This store doesn't have security cameras outside some people have been robbed in the lot and the lot sweeper guy tries to drive straight at you I felt assaulted after he drove straight towards the front of my car until his headlights were in my eyes and swerved away within 15 or 20 feet I was shaking so if I see him with his cleaning truck I sit outside on my car if I'm waiting for someone he won't do that to me again

Went to this local schnucks store right after the GC HS fireworks show went in bought couple items the store looks clean and neat and friendly worker but I gotta say the only thing really bothered me was they had spoiled meat. I had went home ready to cook up the ribs I had bought, when I opened the ribs it’s smelled super bad!

Love Schnucks. Their deli was fantastic before Boar's Head took over. I can still usually find what I'm looking for. Produce department is wonderful! Everything is so fresh and displayed beautifully.
