Ever since then I’ve been saving money 💰 ! And that’s a win win for me. Yes I will and do recommend cvs to my friends and anyone else who wants to save money ! And get good service

I've only had a couple of issues with the pharmacy and it was not the fault of the pharmacy per say. Sometimes it is out of their control but they do their best to sort out any problems. I can't say that about Walgreens.

Came in for some COVID-19 tests and some acetaphetamine. I asked for assistance to find the COVID-19. I'd only did they show me where they were but she also explained which ones were which. And then I was able to find what I was looking for, and see the fetamine easily.

Came here tonight late night for pharmacy pick up & they had my prescription ready so fast & it was such a smooth pick up! Michelle is the absolute best, I felt better by just talking to her! She’s awesome

I made an appointment online for my covid and flu shot as the website stated that the new ones were available. I arrived, the pharmacist sat down, and asked me JUST my name. He gave me one shot. I told him I was just there for two. He then told me he just have me my flu shot and took off behind the counter. As he was walking away, he muttered something about a software update and delay of covid vaccine. I signed no authorization form for insurance, and I signed no consent form. I believed the shot I was getting was the new COVID shot. He didn't even verify my date of birth! There was no side effect information provided either. He just took off behind the counter and went back to work. What a joke! I intend to file a complaint with the Illinois State Board of Pharmacy.

Just got off the phone. I'm young and I don't yet understand terms in regards to pharmacy stuff. But I do know I didn't need the lady on the phone to be rude...I simply don't know anything about your guys stocks or shelves in terms of medications. But if someone with high anxiety calls and is concerned about a medicine which is supposed to help them with their infertility and maintain their thyroid in order to make a pregnancy stick....don't say things like "like I said 3 times this is what's going on" when All I hear is background noise, barely you so I keep asking cuz I can't hear you. I wasn't irrational or a "karen" I simply was anxious and concerned about my medications. And then the lady hung up mid sentence after saying "like I said 3 times" just felt so rude compared to my precious experiences.

They never answer the phone at the pharmacy for anyone to ask questions or even find out any information… so why should people keep going through CVS? If they’re not gonna do things right?

The inside itself is clean and organized. However the pharmacy is SO SLOW. Even if there is just one car in the drive through line, expect to wait 15min or more before you get to the window plus an additional 15 for your help. It’s defiantly not a quick pick up like most places and it’s highly annoying. They also are SUPER slow at filling things. I had a small prescription sent in at noon and by 7pm it still wasn’t done and I had to be in pain. They really just don’t care about speed at all.

My doctor faxed scripts to be filled for 2 days later to pick up. On date for pick up I called and they tell me 1 of my scripts was on back order and it may be a wk or à month before they get them that they didn't know... Never received a text or anything when they knew 2 days before. What kind of pharmacy is this? SO disrespectful and very UNPROFESSIOINAL!!! It's not the 1st time it's happened. I'm very frustrated with this pharmacy. I'm going to transfer all my scripts somewhere else. So fed up with this joke of a pharmacy. I surely hope every CVS's are like the one on Namioki Rd in GC IL.

I have been going to CVS for years and had excellent customer service. I even transferred all my prescriptions from Walgreens to CVS but today the customer service was absolutely horrific The pharmacy tech refused to let me speak to the pharmacist. Just went in with my husband, we are paying $137 out of pocket for medication because the pharmacy is too short staffed to call his insurance. That doesn’t sound right, but I guess we have to do what we have to do. The woman we just spoke with deserve 1 star service, for being too short staffed to do her actual job. I’ll remove this review if it gets rectified, but she straight told him that if he doesn’t wait 4 more days, insurance won’t reimburse him. Also, he has to wait another hour to get it filled, even though he has to leave town for work right now. So he is about to be at least an hour late to work, & out $137.

I don't know where to begin, there are so many wonderful things to say about this store! first off, it is not just a store or a pharmacy, they absolutely treat you like family! I called at 1 o'clock in the morning after I had hurt my knee prior that evening but now I could not walk. Tim took my call, checked on crutches for me and the price put them together. He met Me at the front door, but would have brought them to my car had he seen me. he adjusted them for my height, quickly checked me out and escorted me back to my car! if that is not a service beyond expectations award, I don't know what is! Before that, my first encounter was Brittany.I didn't know it at the time, but she was the store manager, but she was so friendly and had the warmest smile, and I asked where something was, and she immediately took me there. She just made me feel welcome. You know how some places you're just a bother, not here... Not ever! That night I hurt my knee, Tim suggested I drive around and talk to the pharmacist on duty. Maybe she could give me some suggestions, because at the time I wasn't sure what I had done to it. So I did, and it was like talking to my sister. I knew there wasn't much she could do or say, but she was very helpful in just being comforting, at 130 in the morning! In just less than a month that I've transferred our prescriptions here, I have gotten a lifetime of grateful service from everyone at the store, that I have never gotten anywhere else! ! thank you to all of you for the great job you do !!!

Staff is so friendly and helpful!!! My kids love shopping here with me. The Rewards are great, and the app is easy to navigate. Would highly recommend for quick visits, home essentials and for pharmacy purchases. Never had an experience like I do at CVS at any other Pharmacy, especially in town. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIVING THEM A TRY!!!

DONT GO! Im going to switch to Walgreens.I never ever had an issue I like everyone at the pharmacy always had excellent customer service except today with this girl weird girl they have at the register she very weird. I was basically treated like I stole something just because I came in and wanted to return a lipstick which I have returned makeup before. So she said she needs to give me a store credit I said that's ok so she left came back and said her manager said no. I never felt so mistreated!!

I went to the website and scheduled a COVID booster shot for 11:30 pm and when I arrived at the store to receive the shot I am told that I cannot get the shot because they come in packs of 6 and they cannot open a pack for me since it is not likely that they will use the other shots that late in the evening and I should come back tomorrow. So I called today and was told by a very rude manager that I should call the corporate office and tell them not to have appointments on their website for 11:30 pm because she cannot give them her input about customer experiences. I only gave the one star because zero was not an option. I guess I will be going back to Walgreens!😡

Manager was extremely helpful. I was gonna ask him for help but he looked busy, so I looked away and tried to find what I needed for myself. Then his spider senses went off and asked me if I needed help, and helped me find what I needed very quickly. Great experience

I'd like to give a shout out to Courtney at the Granite City, Illinois store #10951. Courtney not only has a very pleasant voice but a great workmanship attitude. I called the store looking for product availability and pricing, she was happy to get all the information that I was asking. As i am waiting in line. The cashier took another customer that was walking up. I clearly said that im next. She never addressed me and she completed her transaction. I went to another cashier who happened to be a manager told him of the situation. He chuckled and completed my transaction. No one apologized at all. BTW everyone was white except me.

Incompetent doesn't begin to describe this pharmacy. Called a day ahead to verify they received my prescriptions. They had, but needed to order one, would be in after 2 the next day. Arrived after 3, they had no record. Finally found it and said they'd need to order the one, be in after 2 the next day. The other one wasn't ready. I said to just cancel it, I'll get it somewhere else. No problem, was the reply. Yes, it IS a problem!

Not happy with this place at all make sure there is no mistake on your scripts that the doctors send it takes them up 2 24-48 hours before they will get your meds sent over but that don't start until they decide to call to get them as I sit with swollen eyes been waiting on them to get them which they didn't sitting at walgreens waiting on my meds to get filled never again will I ever go to your store again

The parking lot has a drop by sewer drain and if your not careful and chuck over it too fast you can get a little ride in the air the city or whoever owns that cvs complex needs to make it even up around the drain whole is my only complaint other then that I still remain a customer here for the past yr

Went in for a flu shot and pneumonia shot and the experience was safe and easy and well done. Had to return a second day and the service was good but looked like they needed another pharmacist.

I am from Missouri and I will go 20 minutes to granite City for my prescription medicine they're very nice and very professional they know me by name and I don't mind spending my money there I rate them highly give them a try

This stores pharmacy is the worst. There is always a problem with my prescription. The pharmacy staff and pharmacist are very rude!! I’m never coming back to this location. I’m looking for a corporate number to call. I am going to report them this is my third visit and nothing has changed.
