Web said breakfast served till 2 pm. It lied. We got burgers. They were delicious. Guy across from us got a steak. He raved about it. Several people got pie or cake. Very large portions and they looked delicious. All the plates we saw come out looked very good. Place was packed when we got there. Stayed very busy, but they got people in quickly. We sat at the (open seating) counter and the wait list was cleared in the 10 minutes she said. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nice diner with lots of pies. The service is excellent with attentive server. The food prices are moderate. We ordered fried chicken, and fried catfish. They are nicely done with 2 side dishes each. The wild rice side dish was very good. If you drove by I-74 and 117 around lunch or dinner you should consider this place. It is easy in and out. One of the best onion ring ever.

I have come here multiple times in the last month, for take out. It is small town place that serves good food. The PIE is AMAZING! So many to choose from. I had lemon, cherry and my favorite chocolate chip cookie pie.I also had the chicken salad sandwich and a burger. Both are good. Cozy place with friendly staff.

My son and I were traveling interstate 74 on our way from Iowa back to Cincinnati. We stopped for gas at a Shell station and next door was the busy corner restaurant so we decided to try it. It was 1:00 in the afternoon and parking lot was full. We were greeted by a very friendly greeter and a very hospitable server. I ordered the cheeseburger and sweet potato fries and my son had the chicken salad and tater tots. Everything was served hot and fresh. The cheeseburger had fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onions. It was a very good sandwich. I would highly recommend anyone traveling the interstate to stop off and have lunch at the busy corner restaurant

The Busy Corner is worth the trip. Great food, good prices and oh the pies!Pretty sure it was a whole chicken that was served with the chicken dinner! We stopped by especially for the tenderloin that I had read about on the internet and it didn’t disappoint. When I said lots of pickles the waitressunderstood the assignment! The name is not a misnomer, the Busy Corner was hopping on a frigid Thursday evening at 7p which again speaks well for them. The pie and dessert selections were amazing.

We stopped in for a late lunch today, and it was great! Our server Natalie was fantastic and all our food, Ribeye sandwich, American fries, Chicken sandwich each came out perfectly! And the strawberry crème pie was very good! Always one of our favorite spots to stop in for a great meal at a fair price! Highly recommend giving them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Great place, friendly staff, and great food. I had the Signature Burger and the Mac 'n Cheese. It was really good. The waitresses were friendly and provided excellent service. The place had a nice atmosphere. There's parking available for semi trucks and campers, busses, etc. I'll make sure to stop in again when I'm in the area.

This is a locally famous restaurant known for good food and great pies. It gets pretty busy around 6 p.m. so plan accordingly. We arrived about 5:45. We waited 25 minutes for a table seating 8 people. The decor was very pleasant. The server listened well to each person. Before eating, we were served some warm, slightly sweet, cinnamon sprinkled rolls which were very tasty. The food was delivered hot and accurate. I loved the vegetable soup and taco salad. Everyone at our table enjoyed their food although one person's medium steak was a bit undercooked for his taste.I ordered chocolate cream pie to go. It tasted very good but was a bit skimpy on the filling. This may have been a fluke as I saw pie slices in the case with generous fillings. While the pie was packaged well, no fork or napkin was provided. I didn't think to ask for one and was staying in a hotel. If you want to take home a whole pie, you must order a day or more in advance. You can't order it with your meal. While they may need a few tweaks, I felt that Busy Corner lived up to its reputation and was pleased overall. I'd try it again.

First I must say the service was very good the waitress was very friendly and checked on me twice she offered me pie but I didn't want any. I had the fried chicken with fries and potato salad. The fried chicken was hot and juicy and good just BLAND, fries weren't hot just warm like they had been sitting for a bit too long. The potato salad was BLAND overall the food wasn't bad and the price was pretty good I wouldn't make a special trip there but if I was in the area and I was hungry I would try it again.

Good food, good service, and a good atmosphere! Busy Corner is a staple of the community, and a great local, family friendly restaurant. Call in a day or so ahead to order a whole pie from their impressive selection of pies!

Good food, good prices, and good service. It’s hard to find a good place to park a semi, then sit down and eat, and has a full staff. Good service seems to be just a bonus with today’s workforce. Most places are lucky to have enough staff to even be open. If you find a place fully staffed AND have good service, they must be doing something right! Support them or lose them. Thanks for a great late night meal and an awesome breakfast this morning!Parking: Plenty of room for an over size load semi when I was there.

You know how when you travel a lot you tend to find yourself in fast food lines much more often than anyone ever should? I don't care where you're going or how soon you need to get there, you need to stop and eat here. I had a home made cinnamon roll that was the size of the average babies head, and a cheesy hashbrown casserole that somehow managed to feel light and comforting, despite it being made entirely of carbs and fat and love. It got to my table with a smile, it was hot, and my waitress never required me to ask for anything- she just appeared like a character from Hogwarts any time I happened to think I might need something. None of what I had are the main attraction. That is their pies. People stand in a semi circle around the pie case and stare, in childlike delight, in longing and awe at the endless rows also made of carbs, fat, and love- beautiful pies of every description, from classic fruit pies to cheesecake to meringue- all home made. I was too full to breathe. I still had to get pie. You can't help it- I got mine to go to pretend I'd wait awhile. It was cherry, I did not, and it was heaven. This place is like getting hugged by your grandma. If your grandma was a pastry chef from the south who could not abide you leaving hungry. The prices are low enough for me to have genuine concern for the business. So. Delicious.

Absolutely love this place! Was passing through and decided to give this place a try. The service was excellent and we were quickly seated. I had the country fried steak and mashed potatoes. Got my food within 7 mins of ordering, super fast! Food was great, only complaint was the white gravy had a little too much pepper for my taste but otherwise delicious. I was back on the road in no time! Will definitely visit here again when passing through!

Great Pork tenderloin!!10 oz of very well breaded pork. Way too much food for 1 regular sized eater. The food tasted like it was fresh. I also ordered the apple pecan pie and it was great. Definitely a must try if you are in the vicinity. Service was also very good and the food was given to us very quickly.
