Friendly staff. And Great Service. This store was very clean. They have a nice craft department. Which I love. Got a bang for my Buck! Definitely worth my time and recommend to anyone.

While I was there I didn't have a phone signal. There were things that I hadn't thought about buying until I saw them. I couldn't load the digital coupons so I missed out on the savings. All employees were nice and the store was clean and well stocked.

Great staff clean restrooms. That was my post from 3 months ago. Now My 16 year old grandson and i went in there yesterday. I had to look for staff to ask about a one gallon jug cooler. She said she didn't know where it was. So she looked and said if we have it, it should be here. The whole time she was looking. She was eating and talking. Had food in her mouth, just disgusting. I think this is very poor attitude. She brings down the professionalism that the staff should have when working with the public. I don't think we will be back.Even my grandson said that she shouldn't have been talking with her mouth full.

This store is always a mess. The shelves are never faced or organized. You have to dodge their carts full of empty boxes and crates to unpack. Most of the time it's just a total disarray and not a fun place to shop.

Very nice and professional staff! As far as I'm concerned, there is only one problem at Dollar General. It seems that when some orders are put in, it's just not quite enough to go around here. A lot of people use Dollar General including myself. I just wish when they put in orders for products they would order just a little bit extra so that everyone has access to the product. Seems like the shelves are bare because there are so many Shoppers in the store. Otherwise, Dollar General Rocks!!!

Our store is still new to me and so are some of the workers.The girl who was cashier last night may need to be retrained on one thing refillable phone cards, other than that she was a good worker.

This is a large store considering the sizes of most Dollar General stores. It is clean store and has an organized layout. Keep in mind that some staff are short-tempered and the store is understaffed. The store is a useful business to have though.

I come here for most of my shopping. I've never felt like I was not welcome (had one or two hiccups cause the staff don't always know how the PayPal button works but I've never been held up long)One thing I would like to note. Over the course of the last year. I've seen several different workers (sept skeeter I think her name is. The manager) but otherwise it always seems like there is a different worker behind the counter. I have never had a time were there was not a nice person talking to me how ever.If your just stopping in Golconda for a pit stop. This place has the odds and ends you'd need.Sure beets the food market for candy and soda if nothing else. both in selection and price.

Greeted by obnoxious signage commanding “face coverings required”. Went to the grocery store in town and got what I needed without being treated like a terrorist. Shame on Dollar General and any other entity that thinks behaving like the TSA is akin to customer service.

Very great that we have got so lucky to have the dollar General built here in our town... Makes so much better for people that live here or even just visiting to get the things you need at great prices without having to drive 35 to 60 mins away.... We are a small town n the only places we had before this store came along was the lil hometown grocery store or the gas station which prices are alot higher too so makes life better and cheaper for some things we use everyday

I love this store..always clean and well stocked and there's a larger freezer section with more choices than other dollar stores. The clerks are friendly and efficient

The store was way understaffed the girl had to come from the back of the store putting away and stocking shelves to ring people out on the register when I asked her where her help was she told me she was in the store by herself for 8 hours I think customer service is being compromised extremely and your employees are being pushed a little Beyond limits that are acceptable

Very messy. They have stuff out out in the middle of the isles you can't hardly walk around. It was never like that when the first manager was running the store.
