They did nothing that was specified in our order. We ordered extra bacon on both subs which we did not receive, light mayo and lettuce which they gave none really, there was sauce on half of one of the subs on the outside, and they didn't put the churro in our order either. I wish I hadn't gone back for it because it was atrocious. There also isn't a way to request a refund or put a review on the app. The worst by far experience of any subway I've been to. Disgusting and disappointing.

Not sure why we keep going back but last night was the final straw with this location. We ordered online and 3 of our 5 items were made incorrectly, the cold sandwiches were placed in the bag with our hot orders causing them to be hot and mushy. My husband's sandwich was the worst so he went back up to ask if it could be remade, the girl working refused to remake his order and said she couldn't issue a refund. So upon calling the regional manager and explaining the situation he was told to come back Monday to get the situation handled. So no dinner for him and no refund , what a way to treat a hearing impaired individual who was just trying to get an edible meal. We will never patronize them ever again.

This staff is what really has me coming back!! I come in once a week and every time I am greeted with a hello. This is a busy location and they always have great attitudes which can be difficult (fellow fast food manager). I don’t normally write reviews but I have to give this store a give stars, way to go all.

I ordered online. They had toppings on that were no suppose to be on the cold cut and the wrap was hard, chicken was dry. Just a terrible experience. I’m never disappointed at the Bethalto Subway. Yal need to get it together!

This location is awesome I go to LC they are always so nice when I go in here. Very welcoming when you come in. They are fast and easy so you can leave. I would recommend going here! It looks great in there with the new renovations.

At about 12:15 on Saturday, August 4 I went in for a sandwich. This is usually my favorite subway. The only girl that was there, was rude. She did not greet me or smile. I told her what I wanted and while my sandwich was toasting she cleaned up and changed the trash underneath the counter with all the food scraps in it. Then, without changing her gloves, she began to work on my sandwich. At first I asked her to please change her gloves because she had just change the trash. She was very put out that I had asked this of her and was slamming her gloves in the trash can when I decided that I was done with this experience. I started to realize if she would do this in front of me, what would she do whenever someone wasn’t standing there. This girl needs to be seriously reprimanded if not let go. I tried to reach a manager by calling another store since it looked as if she was by herself and was told the “managers don’t work on Saturday” and they could not give me a phone number of the owner or the main subway headquarters. I won’t be going back to any subway for a while now.

I've been going to this subway for 2 years. As a college student it's a perfect location. I really love that they offer a student discount. They always get my order right and are so super friendly! Highly recommend. It's also always clean in there. Thank you for great customer service!

The girls working were great and the food is good but this location doesn't have BBQ sauce. That is weird to me cause most people I know like BBQ sauce on their sandwiches.

Tried ordering online. You have the option to pay using PayPal. When I didn’t receive a confirmation email I wasn’t sure my order was taken. When I checked my PayPal it said the money went through. When I go to pick it up the order wasn’t ready(not a big deal) but the lady working there acted really rude about it when I was simply clarifying. Not hard to be nice. By the way, now I have to dispute the transaction made through PayPal.

The girls that work there do a really good job, the new guy as of september 16, 2021 is dog water didn’t even let the sandwiches sit in the toaster for full length and were disgustingly cold. You’re blowing it bud.

Clean and friendly but the price is now getting crazy. I went in at lunch and purchased a footlong pizza sub, 2 chocolate chip cookies & a small drink, and it cost me $10.72. Should have went to Applebees for lunch at that price.🤔☹ #goodbyesubway

Chemicals and soggy bread: Server put sandwhich on a sanitizer soaked basket before toaster. Afterwards the wet sandwich paper was ripping off most of my bread as she was rolling it.

It doesn’t matter what time you come into this subway but they are ALWAYS out of something. The cookie display is empty 95% of the time and when it’s not it’s enough for one person to order. They are never prepared and I hate that this is the closet subway to me so I have to keep putting up with this.
