I'd like to complement Cheri at Ruler. She is our favorite checkout person. We will wait in line just to have her wait on us. She is always so nice and helpful and very fast and efficient.We love Ruler Foods!! We are so glad to have a place semi close to get Kroger products.

Only reason for this rating is due to the rudeness of the staff and what I witnessed today when an elderly customer slipped and fell on a wet floor in the checkout lane (no wet floor sign anywhere) and then witnessed the employees making a mockery of her and laughing. Fyi, they didn't document that it happened either, didn't even help her up, thank goodness for the young man I had with me that immediately ran over to assist her.

Prices had raised considerably since I had last been in there. I didn't feel it was cheaper than my regular shopping spot on alot of the food. The staff was very friendly even though they could of used at least one more check out open.

I always make a special trip out of my way to get groceries at Ruler. Their prices are awesome, and I really like the Kroger brand items that they sell. The only thing in this store that I don't recommend is their fresh meat.

I would literally rate this place a zero out of 10 if I could. They're barely wearing their masks, they pull them down when they talk, one girl only wore her mask when she was standing at the register and took it off when she was about the store. My brother just died of covid, our mother just lost her son. She went into ruler food the other day and was mistreated extremely. Even the manager was awful after we had to deal with the rude worker at the cash register, she told my mother that it was "good" that her son died of covid. Not to mention the back of the store always smells rancid and one time there was a roach in the bathroom. I could wave that part aside, but the absolute lack of empathy for my mother is just disappointing. Sometimes I can't believe they're still people like that. We used to love coming here, it's really sad to see that it's turned into this.

Had really good food when opened. Now produce goes bad very quickly. Nice for low price staples. But lots of price changes.Update: Seems to be getting better, more name brands, produce better again.

INCREDIBLE. How could this be the first review. I live literally down the street from this place and i go here more than the previous one that existed (park n shop). The people who service there are more of owners than i have ever seen. They seem to appreciate where they work and who they work with. Every place has its problems but this place sets the bar, if they have problems they keep them in goise and resolve them in house. This is a place of not just value on their product but true value of the people they serve. As a matter of fact im headed up there now, i need some encouragement!!!

Giving this place 1 star is too many. There is NEVER a clerk when you need one. I hate that sign that says...if there are more than three people in line, we will open another register. HA! That never happens!!! The store is cluttered, dirty, and the staff is rude. They are not friendly at all.

Kroger owns Ruler Foods. This is their answer to Aldi. There are certain items I always buy here, including pizza sauce and soda. They have a great assortment of ice cream.

I save so much money at Ruler food. One time I paid $125 for two carts full of groceries. Give them a try. You won't be sorry.
