Past 3 experiences my order is consistently wrong. And I can’t even come inside to make it right because it was past 5pm this time, because I stopped to check it to make sure. so I had to either leave without part of my order or sit back in the long drive thru while my food got cold and my ice cream melted. I just left without it. Really disappointing

I never do things to pamper myself. This particular day, however, I had time to kill, & a little voice kept saying, "Do something for YOU."I had just stopped in at a grocery store nearby to see if they had something my parents enjoy but can't get at the location near where they live - but it's apparently been discontinued altogether.I got out to my vehicle, feeling disappointed, and still had 45 minutes until I was due to arrive at another appointment 6 to 8 minutes away. That's when I spotted the DQ. I said to myself, "Go in, get yourself something tasty, and sit & enjoy it here! You deserve it!"I got inside, and the first thing I saw was the featured Blizzard flavor: Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough. Snickerdoodles are my favorite cookie, and that further convinced me that I was supposed to stop there.The young lady who took my order was really nice, and she had my Blizzard was ready right away... And it was HEAVENLY!When I finished, I was then feeling guilty for treating myself, and since I happened to have a cooler with dry ice in my vehicle, I bought my hubby a box of Cherry Dilly Bars. He's only been talking about them for YEARS. 🤣 The young lady who rang them up for me was every bit as nice as the first, and I left there incredibly happy. It did kick up my reflux, & I knew it would going into it... cinnamon. 🤷🏼‍♀️ The temporary burning in my chest was SO worth it, though!Parking: Behind the store, ample parking spacesKid-friendliness: It's a Dairy Queen... Of course it's kid-friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking available, easy access, plenty of space to navigate a wheelchair or walker.

The burgers & blizzards & fries are delicious. The chicken strips are very small and flat. I don't think they are worth the price you pay for them. They still taste good though & the white dipping gravy and the bread that came with the meal is delicious.. I was just really surprised how small the chicken strips are.Parking: I went through the drive thru, but I could see the free parking lot & it's huge for the Godfrey Dairy Queen. The drive thru staff here is always so kind and friendly too!!

There's always a long line at the drive-thru, which does move fast, and with all the orders they still managed to get everything perfect. My favorite fast food is at dairy Queen and I love that you can take home courts of their soft serve ice cream

I ordered two of the new Chicken and Biscuit Baskes. Got home and guess what, didn't get the baskets I ordered. Disnt get a come for my kids meal either. I ordered 3 meals, all three were worng or missing something. Food was edible but nothing special.Probably won't go back.Update: I went back. They got my order right, but they but the biscuits on the bottom so they were smashed and pretty much fell apart to the point of not being edible. Out of 7, I had 3.

I ordered a flamethrower meal with a side of gravy to dip my fries in because let's face it they have better burgers but McDonald's has the fries lol. I got home and opened my gravy it was white water.... Looked like white wash with pepper in the bottom of it... I called and they said they haven't gotten any other complaints and that they would check their gravy... This is so nasty I do not plan on eating there again...

Good tasting food, but was way better on my previous visit. This time the burger was barely cooked and the sundae was pretty sad :(

Not happy the hours have changed. I can not normally get here until after 5 pm. Went to go tonight and they were closed. Checked Google and they changed their hours. 😥 looks like Arby's for us. I was there at 8:30 3 weeks ago.

Theyre still not open on the inside. The burgers are good, but the chicken is dry and hard as a rock. It's not a bad place to grab an overpriced hamburger, that will probably be prepared wrong because they don't listen when you say to hold the x y or z.Vegetarian options: There are none.Dietary restrictions: If you have restrictions, you probably just shouldn't.Kid-friendliness: Limited but okay kids menu.

Our wait time in line was not bad, although there was a line. Our order was taken promptly, if not cordially. When we arrived at the window, it was repeated, and the total was provided.The food, a Cherry Dilly Bar and a Cherry Dip Cone, were presented as expected, with a friendly demeanor.Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Sat in the drive up for 5 minute at 855 because they wouldn't take the order of the car in front of me. Finally was able to attempt to place an order only to be told they were closed...well done beg off taking orders until its closing time....the service industry has gone to hell.

My brother and I stopped here to get some ice cream during our holiday shopping. The dining room was very clean and the service was good too. I love how they have the Coke Freestyle. It really gives people like me a choice of drinks, being soda isn't a drink I like.

Can't rate atmosphere as the Dining room is constantly closed now, we had owned a birthday dinner for one of my nieces and had to tailgate in high winds in the parking lot across the street, service is a two because the little girl that served us had a very poor attitude, we asked for some extra napkins, and she retorted with "well you know if you LOOKED I put them in with the ice creams" ( there was 5 napkins) were a family of 6...... 🤷‍♀️

I went to Dairy Queen because I wanted a frappe and I was so disappointed...very little whip cream and when I asked for more it was just a squirt, (smh) and it just didn't taste right, but the rest of the order was fine, I won't be going back to them for a frappe again. I think I was expecting the taste, flavor and texture that I get from normal go to restaurant for such an item as this. 😒

Always has a long line. Have to wait in it even if you mobile order your food. If you need you for in a hurry look somewhere else… they need a better pickup system since you can’t come inside

The person who waited on us at the counter was not normally her job. She was extremely friendly, and helpful. It was also very clean. Food was ok for fastfood.

We went through the drive thru, ordered six meal plus blizzard’s. All was spot on and nothing was messed up. Food was hot and we weren’t in the drive thru for more than 5 minutes.
