Mostly rude… sometimes nice… I get people need lunch but most places usually have enough staff to help cover this if people come in at different times because of everyone’s availability. I get it’s all apart of how they have to follow the rules and regulations of their cooperation and how they operate. Today was just ridiculous because I just came to pick up some medicine when the tech came over to say sorry we are closed for lunch when it was 3 minutes past the time that, they generally close for lunch. The thing was is that the other pharmacist was still helping someone even though they were apparently “closed” for lunch. If you’re closed for lunch then close for lunch don’t keep helping people when you’re supposedly on lunch and have people wait in line for 10 minutes just to have a tech come over and tell you that your closed for lunch.

Closing the pharmacy for lunch is ridiculous and unheard of!! Here's an idea...have one employee go to lunch at a time while the other employee or two can help the customers who need their prescriptions.. I know, genius idea right??

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered at a pharmacy. Just waited in line to pick up medicine only for the girl to close the curtain. I get people need lunch. But take care of the people who have been waiting. If I didn’t have to go to this pharmacy I wouldn’t. Horrible place.

I think the people who work in the pharmacy are terrific. They are always very busy, but still provide individual service. They are very helpful when the cost of the prescription is high, taking time to find you the best possible price. Considering how busy they are, I think they do a great job of keeping the lines moving.

Pharmacist (pictured) lied about prescription refills. Then when I call them out about it they refuse to fill my pain meds prescriptions the Dr office called in after a knee replacement. Had to call corporate to file formal complaint. Will never visit again

I get all of my prescriptions here, and have for 20 years (before it was CVS). In the pharmacy, they are very friendly and usually know my name. They explain everything you need to know. In the regular store part, they are very friendly. They always say hello and ask if you need help. Also, the store is always clean.

Most rude unhelpful pharmacy staff. My insurance company requires me to use cvs for rx coverage. I dislike this pharmacy so much I pay out of pocket for all meds so I can go elsewhere. I'd rather pay for something that would otherwise be covered 100% than have to go to this place. I dont know if these reviews are monitored by corporate, but dont you think it's wrong that someone would pay for health insurance with prescription coverage and then pay out of pocket for their medications because your pharmacy staff is so awful to its customers? Maybe look into fixing that.

Went to grab something really fast.Got door and it was locked! The time was 8:54!! If you're open until 9 .....then why do you lock up before. 9 is 9.Knocked until someone came to door. They did.let me in but rudely.I left with my purchase before 9,!!!So what is the reason..9 is 9 and not before.

As for service, they are tops but now they close for lunch and never told anyone. Poor people who have to pick up prescriptions during their lunch hour - they can't. Also when they decide to change open hours, they don't bother to post

No one is ever doing there job I spent ten minutes waiting at the counter with no one in sight ringing the bell waiting for help and after nearly fifteen minutes the employees come out of the room behind the counter looking annoyed at the fact they have to do their jobs

The pharmacy is extremely incompetent. Text messages are sent saying scripts are filled when they have not been. Then you are left waiting for an hour while they look for an order that they have not even bothered to fill only to be told that they will get to it within the next few days. Not what one would expect.

Great place for a quick stop to get some items on a road trip. Staff members we helpful asking if they could help us find anything and check out was quick and fast. Can be a bit tricky getting into the parking lot!
