We adopted a kitten and were referred there by the rescue. We also brought our 2 others cats here for a checkup. The whole staff was very friendly and professional. We saw all 3 vets and they were all great, very helpful and caring! They are a little higher in prices, but they offer such great service that I really didn’t mind it too much. Will be coming back next year for my babies’ checkups!

I don't usually do reviews but I just had to do this one they were amazing with my pet bunny I got her vaccines done there and recently got her spayed. They were professional through the whole process and very considerate you can tell they put a lot of heart into what they do. Loved this veterinary office. Our new addition was scheduled for her first appointment this week. Let me add that this is my first time visiting a vets office. My expectations were exceeded. Their office was extremely clean, and the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. The actual vet was very thorough with the exam and so patient, as i had all kinds of questions. Great experience. Thank you.

The whole team was compassionate and engaging. My Chi had a great visit, she was there for a nail trim which she hates (I cannot clip her nails; she literally screams bloody murder). She was nervous but the tech was gentle, caring, and kind. She was in and out with no issues. Very clean office and it doesn't smell like wet dogs. 👍🏼

Everyone in the office made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable and personable. Everyone cared for MS. PARKER as if she were their own pet. I highly recommend this office for anyone who has a pet ❤️

I love this place. I got my 2 older cats moved to this clinic about 2 years ago and they've been doing great. Dr. Herda does a great job analyzing their health issues and does whatever possible to make their life transitions easy.The clinic provides boarding for animals that need procedures done and sometimes have specialists come in for more specific needs like ultrasounds.The staff is really friendly and the office stays clean. The room is divided between cats/exotics and dogs by a huge desk for the animals' comfort.Chewy pharmacy orders also get filled out pretty fast by them, so I have no issues getting refills for my cats.

A very friendly staff and well organized, too! We didn't have much of a wait, from signing in to seeing the vet. They were also very upfront with pricing and even checked to make sure our family was adapting well to our new dog.I also appreciate that they offer 1st visits free when the pet is adopted from the local shelter.

Been going to Glenwood Village Pet Hospital for so many years I can’t even remember how long. But have always been happy with the care my kitties have gotten. The doctors and staff have been so caring and knowledgeable and have always made me feel that my pets were well cared for. I can’t imagine taking them anywhere else.

I rescued my puppy (Clover) from Humane Indiana and they recommend GVPH. Let me tell you, I am so incredibly grateful that I go here. My puppy is incredibly anxious, but they always handle her with grace and patience. Every doctor is qualified, friendly, and love what they do. GVPH provides quality care, they genuinely love their patients, and they always reassure the parents too! I am very happy with their care they provide. I highly recommend GVPH!

Dr. Parr and staff are amazing and so caring. We trust her with all our exotic and avian needs for our loved feathered and furry bundles of craziness lol.They are so great with our parrots and Dr. Parr is so careful and sweet with them … even though they are not happy to see her lol… very difficult to find a great exotic and avian vet and we are blessed to have glenwood village pet hospital !

Has to lay our baby girl, Pepper, to rest. She was suffering 😢. The staff was very professional and empathic. I think a few of them cried with us 💔😢🤦🏾‍♀️this was not an easy thing to do, but they made it easier 😭😭😭😭then we got her paws imprinted in clay. Omg and cremated.... my baby omg🖤😩😭those little details r helping with our grieving process 🖤. Tysm

I have been using Glenwood for a little over a year now, (and I am pretty picky) for both of my ferrets and one of my cats. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Hernandez is amazing. She puts forth an amazing amount of effort and compassion into my pets, and onto me as a client. She is great at listening to any concern I have with my pets, and always follows through. If you are in need of a Veterinarian, I highly recommend Glenwood Village Pet Hospital. Their prices are fair, their staff is great, and the facility is clean and modern.

Absolutely one of the worst pet hospitals I’ve ever been to. Back before they were a corporate money grabbing business you had doctors that cared. Dr. Locke and Dr. Hearth were amazing doctors. It’s a far cry from what they were when the real doctors ran this place. Anything beyond a routine visit gets referred out. Avoid this place at all costs. They will take your money and kick the can down the road. It’s a shame these people are allowed to call themselves doctors. They are an embarrassment to their oath.

It was pricy, but you get what you pay for. Service was nice and the people were friendly. I was very nervous because I have a large dog and when he’s irritated he isn’t very friendly, but they were calm and understanding which helped with my nervous energy.

Unfortunately, we had to make a difficult decision, but from the vet, to the techs, to the front desk...compassionate. Considerate. So incredibly kind. Your pet, and you, are in fantastic hands!!!!

The staff are so kind and really do love the animals they treat. Their Corona safety measures are great, and they can treat exotic animals too like pet rats :3They dont pressure you to do anything either.Pictured below is my pet rat Cleo they take care of. She has respiratory problems.Update: She's been diagnosed with a brain tumor <:,(.The doctor is really compassionate when it comes to heavy news though. Still doesnt pressure the owner one way or the other.Update 2: Cleo the rat has made an incredible recovery!! Her seizures have disappeared and her coordination has rebounded. Shes doing really well. Her days may be numbered but there will be plenty more days than first predicted :))The medicine the vet gave us has really kicked in 👍Update 3: I'd like to update all who still read this comment on Cleopatra. Cleo was diagnosed with a third tumor, this time in the stomach area. It was incurable and she naturally passed from internal damage to the organs. She passed a few months ago wrapped in a towel being pet. The doctor and nurses was incredibly professional while still being genuinely emotional. I'd like to personally thank them for helping give my favourite little feeder rst the best life she could've had.Thank I and may she rest in peace.[Note, the 3rd picture is not the towel she passed it, it's just her last comfy picture]

I've been taking my hamster and dog there for years. The facility is clean, and the entire staff is very helpful and friendly. They make sure all of your questions and concerns are addressed and they are very patient and gentle with the pets. They also do follow-up calls to make sure our fury babies are doing ok. Highly recommended.
