Great grooming service! This is our first try at Petsmart in Glenview. Everyone is so nice. My 7 month old baby is happy and clean. I like his hair long so we just did basic bath with lux add on.Took 2.5 hours only. I am definitely coming back.Also they have great option- 20% off on pre- payments of services.

The person down in the comments complaining they weren't taken for their dog's appointment because THEY were 11 minutes late >> get off your high horses you ahole. The world doesn't revolve around you. Be on time next time. This store is great. Great workers and great atmosphere. Truly sorry they need to interact with people like THAT. You people need to be more kind to your workers. Stop acting so privileged, it's disgusting.

I've been bringing my Pug and Great Pyrenees here for years to see Shayna. My babies LOVE her! She is the best groomer we've had the pleasure of working with. She is a wonderful person with a heart of gold. She always goes above and beyond. She listens to my concerns and gives the best advice and suggestions. We had a grooming appointment at 11:00AM. Walked in 11 minutes late and waited for someone to greet us. A few minutes later Michelle came out and said I was 15 minutes. I told her I was waiting here for a few minutes but she didn’t seem to care. She said the time is now 11:15AM and she couldn’t take him. I booked this appointment probably 2 months in advance and didn’t like how she handled things . There’s no late policy either because she told me she already took a dog before mine that was 15 minutes late. Never coming here again.

The employee training the other employee were inconsiderate and rude. I would advise you, if you are looking to purchase any fish please go to a real fish store. These fish were mixed in the wrong tanks and eating each other.

The staff wasn't the nicest to me when checking me out. Very short. Also they had the vet doing the shots for dogs there and there were a bunch of dogs everywhere which made shopping for my pet not enjoyable and kind of anxiety-provokinh. Wish they did the very shots somewhere else or had the pets wait outside so I could shop in the aisle that they were in.

Your Glenview store has an AMAZING groomer Shayna!! Our family but more importantly our dog Buddy loves her. She cares for him as if it was her own pet. Shayna shows compassion and such tender care. If you need your dog groomed --Shayna is the best!

Convenient location. I bring my fearful pup here for nail trimming and bathing. Michelle is wonderful!! She is so patient with my pup and her quirky ways. 🐾🐾

I always shop at Petsmart locations as they always carry what I need. The employees are always nice and help me if I have any question or need any help. The salon here is also amazing Michelle and Shayna always do a good job on my pup since I've moved out to the Glenview area. This store is a nice quick little shop as it is a microstore.

Very friendly staff & groomer. This store is not a full size PetSmart. Boutique style so they do not carry everything the big versions have. The problem with that is there is no way of knowing what they carry and what they do not and that results in a wasted trip.

I am very disappointed in petsmart. From the kids who work there. To The lack of good healthy cat foods. No Hound and Gatos, Koha, Tiki Cat, Ziwi Peak, and only one type of Instinct for my kitten.
