Nice, clean, well-maintained store with lots of employees available to help if needed. Produce and meat looked great. I stopped in because the weekly ad showed Dr. Pepper 2 liters on sale for $0.99 with a digital coupon, but the shelf price being shown in the store was $2.75. So, feeling like they had done a bit of false advertising, I abandoned my cart and left with nothing.

. I went to your location to grocery shop, I had 2 carts full of items of all kinds of stuff. And no one could ring me out, the last girl on the register saw me walk up as she wiped her register and she went to close out the register and walked away. 3 young ladies, one being the girl who closed Register start to argue on who will ring us, all shook their heads (no) and walked away. It was before 9:30pm on 5/4/2023 and you guys close at 10pm. They sent us to the self check out where sign is posted that only 15 items or less. I started to ring my items but the registers all self check outs start to go off and only 1 attendee was there. At this point my 4 kids under 6 start running around getting more candy and items we didn't need. I had no choice but to walk away and leave everything I had gone in for. No one was available to ring me out and I didn't want to have a panic attack having to deal with kids running around and a register I shouldn't be using going off. I wish I could give zero stars. From the moment Tony’s took over Valli’s, it has been a steep downward slide. I have been disappointed in this store 100% of the time since it opened. The selection is worse than it used to be, and the prices are not even good anymore. Not one time have I checked out and found all of the prices accurate. Not one time have I gotten good customer service. I keep thinking I might save a dollar if I shop here, but all I’m doing is wasting hours of my life being aggravated that sale prices are not ringing up and that I can’t find what I’m actually looking for. Today will be my last visit ever. Although it is the closest store to my home, it is worth the extra drive, just to never step foot in this store again.

The store itself is nice. Fresh produce and meats. The only problem I have is a language barrier between store personnel and customers. I'm not a Spanish speaker and that seems to be all this store employs. I went to six different people and none of them spoke so I could understand them. All the employees were pleasant though. Just a major language barrier.

Excellent deli, good selection of to-go items, and improving food bar. Fresh fruit & veggies - extensive selection. App is working much better now, and they have good discounts periodically. The staff is very helpful; on-line they've responded to queries quickly as well. Nice place to shop.

Some staff are helpful and some just answer they don't know. Deli counter has no one at it my last few times there. Produce has many choices.The meats are good.

Pretty bad hot buffet food. I tried about 6 different things for a large meal and each one was not cooked enough or cooked too much. All pretty dried out flavorless and bad quality. I was there on a Friday afternoon about 1:15. You would expect quality to be good at this time during a regular lunch time.

I was a little skeptical when the renovations were going on, but everything is satisfactory now. Low prices are great! Yet a complaint from me- I bought the Tiramisu cake for my kids and found mold the next day. Expiry date was mid April.Parents - beware and check when you’re kids eat!Tony Fresh Market- please evaluate!

My family and I visited Tony's, and eawe needed a few items, so it was a quick 20-30 minutes stay. We found fresh fruit and vegetables. We brought strawberries, mushrooms, garlic, onions, and potatoes. The beef section of the meat department was well stocked! And no smell! The checkout area has both self-checkout and cashier. The evening we went, they only had 1 cashier open.

Nice, clean, open Christmas Day. Prices quite high on items I bought (whipped cream at $$8 plus and bought at aldi today for $2.99) but I don't have a frequent shopper number so maybe that's why. But open Christmas Day!!

Rude.Tried to go a few more times, but it was just the same thing. Bratty pretentious Hispanic girls treat you like you work for them. .....Umm.....awkward....... Some employees are just nasty rude. It's like nails on a chalkboard going to that place. What happened to simple basic customer service? The old store was better, it's modernized now, but what's that good for if the employees turn customers off. Hard pass.You need to watch expiration dates, 50/50 chance its expired or will expire within a month/give/take.I've also gotten severely ill from premade "take out" meals.This place is next to my house, however after the multiple unsavory experiences, I just drive over to Caputo's (way better in every way)

I went to the market early morning at the GLENDALE HEIGHTS LOCATION and all the stuff i buy get a wrong price . The machine not updated the new price yet and no lane is open , it took me so much time to do seft services and call for help couple times to adjusted and cancelled the item . Most of the time i been there , the price when i purchased not match with the ad .

Loved it first time there area is great personal very friendly 👍 little hard to find parking and hardly no handicap carts but all in all great store my first time there was this pass week 2nd time going great job guys at Tony's foods went 12-10- and thank God found one shopping car excellent guys need more thou need more car will make this my favored store to shop.

Unique grocery store. Has a great selection of items and the sales are pretty amazing. Some stuff is priced a bit steeply but if you know what you're looking for it'll be fine.

Front of the store this day always charge approximately $26 or three 12-packs of Pop. I did have a digital coupon which was $3.99 a case. Total for the 3 should have been $12. Again I went to customer service and they made the correction. I ask why I'll bring up the wrong price. I was told again their computer system does not process the digital coupons. When you go to the store watch would they charge you very closely. There is a tendency to overcharge and not honor sale prices. Good luck if you go to this store.

I love shopping here. I drive from Wheaton to shop and it’s not far! So clean and organized. Great sales and fresh produce. Today as I was checking out, someone who worked there, helped load my grocery bags into my cart(had both my kids with me)! I wish I’d remembered her name. Always nice shopping here.

First visit TERRIBLE customer service!I went to the Glendale Heights location for the first time at 4:30pm Wednesday, August 23rd, 2023.I gathered a few items and did the self checkout without any trouble. The self checkout asked me if I had a loyalty card, which I did not, so I went to the customer service counter.At the counter in front of me was a young man, clearly an employee since he was wearing a Tony’s shirt and cap. As I stood waiting, the girl behind the counter came out to the floor side and took the cap off the man’s head, saying “it cost’s $5.00”. They were clearly friendly with each other, as she was joking and taunting him.. At this point the young man noticed me and told the girl “you have a customer”. He went over to the hallway and sat down in a chair. The girl went back behind the desk, and I thought she’d wait on me. But instead, she completely ignored me and began ringing up the $5.00 cap (I’m guessing…since she was typing on her register and looking over at the other employee).So I gave up and left. I sincerely hope someone looks up the customer service girl, as SHE SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Since this location has just opened recently, you’re probably getting a lot of first time visitors. I will try the store one more time, but if I have another bad experience, that will be it. There are plenty of other grocery stores who appreciate their customers.

My overall grade for Tony’s Fresh Market is: A-I came here when they did a soft opening and I must say, I was not a fan at all. Things were disorganized & not clean.However, today I was next door checking out a new store and I thought I would stop in as we needed garlic. Seems simple enough.After watching a documentary on how garlic that comes from China is treated, I am constantly on the hunt for garlic NOT from China. I believe the garlic available here is not from China , but there was no indication of the origin so I passed. Besides, it seemed old and very hard. They also did have garlic from China galore, I chose to pass.That said, their selection of fresh & hot items seemed very good. Also a great selection of Mexican items and a very large selection of fresh & cured sausages. Very impressive.I did also look for grass fed whole milk. Nope.A much improved store from the last time I was there.Good hard to find items.

Great little store. Normally, go to the north riverside location but since I was here I stopped in. It wasn't very busy but for me running in for a few things it was great to be in and our with no waiting in long lines.

Bought the ribeye steaks that were on sale for $6.99/lb... seasoned and grilled the same day, but turned out to be a disappointment. They tasted water logged... were they frozen...and for how long??? I also decided to try the corn muffins as an impulse buy for $5, those were anything but corn...they tasted like cupcakes...not sure what is going on...is it post COVID issues...but really what are our grocery stores selling to us... very disappointing and I am questioning where and how to shop...

I've seen this building/store change many hands. Today was my first visit to Tony's Fresh Market. The prices seemed lower on many items than at other similar stores. I liked the variety of sea products and fresh fish. Didn't care for the strong smell of chlorine that prevailed, it was rather unappealing. Couldn't find Kosher section - perhaps it's missing. That's unfortunate. There was plenty of meat and deli products and a nice selection of cheeses. The bakery looked full of different pastries - but I wasn't shopping for them. In all, the most appealing thing there was prices. I suppose, it may also vary from week to week.

A really wonderful grocery store with a lot of good deals and excellent fresh food. The hot bar is good and so is the salad bar. The employees are all very helpful as well

We frequently went to this location and were very happy with Valli. Now that it's owned by Tony's Fresh Market, we were optimistic and went to shop earlier today.They have really changed how Valli provided the consumer experience.. Unfortunately the experience is for the worse.There is a major lack of ethnic foods from the South East Asia, Mediterranean and related areas. There is no longer Halal chicken option as before. Furthermore, when we checked out, we realized that we were over charged. We had to go back and get it corrected.. Overall, very bad experience. Don't plan to go again.

In my previous review, I was unfairly critical of Tony's, considering they were still in a transitional phase. My main complaint was that the beer selection was very small compared to what was offered at Valli. At the time, they were still undergoing their remodeling and weren't finished yet. So my review was unfairly harsh.I am pleased to say that they seem to be almost done with their remodeling, and that their beer selection has improved immensely since I was last here 3 weeks ago. Furthermore, some of the items that I had trouble finding before, are now easily found in aisles that make sense for them to be in. Tony's has greatly improved since the last time I was here. I just needed to be patient as they finished their remodel.
