This place is the best. Our dog, Milo, loves coming in to shop… and the staff is fantastic. Sonia, Amber, Brenda and Kathryn (apologies if I forgot anyone) always love on him when they see him. They’ve always got events going on for dogs, and they are always super helpful with finding and recommending stuff for Milo. If I could give more stars, I would. The Two Bostons in Glen Ellyn has been a blessing since they opened. They provided a safe, clean space for my young puppies to socialize during the pandemic and their sales associates understand dog behavior such that they handle dogs in the store like pros.Additionally, they are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They special order foodstuffs for my puppiez regularly and help me find safe/responsibly sourced foods.I highly recommend shopping at the Two Bostons in Glen Ellyn.*The pic is of my puppiez visiting Santa at the Glen Ellyn store. My dog, Thea and I both love coming to this store. The staff are amazing. We are always greeted very warmly, and going to Two Boston is one of my dog’s favorite things to do. She’s definitely a foodie! The staff is very knowledgeable and incredibly kind to both of us. Thank you for always making our day special. There is no other pet store that we visit as we just love coming here.

Two Bostons is a daycation destination for my dogs!! The Glen Ellyn staff ladies have been absolutely delightful on all of our visits. They provide excellent customer service for me and treat my dogs like rock stars!

I love this place. The Glen Ellyn location always has a wide variety of different food and treats for any dog and cat (even the picky ones!). They only supply the good stuff! The staff is very knowledgeable about their brands and can point you in the right direction, so you can find the best choice for your furry kids. ❤️ 🐾

Two Bostons is our favorite pet store Every single time we come, we’re greeted warmly & provided amazing customer service! Also, a special thank you to Sonia for educating us on wet foods for my little senior guy. My little guy is picky but he has been loving Weruba! They have a wide variety of dry and wet foods along with a big variety of treats(he loves the chicken feet). Little dude also LOVES their bakery treats, Thank you!!

We adopted a dog with what we think may be a chicken allergy. The staff was very helpful helping us pick out food and treats that did not contain any chicken or chicken by products. We have shopped at Two Bostons before and every time we are there, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful!

The Glen Ellyn location is always very friendly! They usually give a little treat and have great recommendations for everything we are looking for. We’ve been cooped up because of rain so a visit to the store was a nice mini adventure for some stimulation and a change of scenery.

Noticed the sign coming out of PT and thought, hey- maybe I can save myself a trip to Petsmart (not a big fan). I have cats and was worried they’d only have dog products. Walked in to a very clean, well lit, cozy, and super organized store with a friendly welcome. Erin walked me through the cat section and they had my brand (Orijen). She was able to point out a cheaper option with the same quality ingredients my cats deserve. Half the price! She was incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant. I signed up for a buy 10, get 1 free program that also offers treats on our birthdays. I’m very excited to have found my new go-to pet store that caters to healthy/happy pets. 10/10 would recommend, even for cats.

This is the best store on getting any advice about your pet. I was really impressed with the customer service and explaining what nutritional food for my little dog. The store is very clean and the displays are stunning. Check it out! You will be very impressed!

Listen. If you want to spoil the heck out of your dog this is the place to go! My slow to warm doggo and I are working on socialization and Jojo was a dream! We're going to have to go back just so Fitz can see his new BFF. The amazing selection of everything is also a plus!

Two Boston's always has a great variety of pet products in which they research before they offer to the public. The quality of product and employee knowledge speaks volumes. They know my pet by name....even ask about him when I come in alone. I feel safe with any purchase I make with this company.

This is by the best pet store around. Everyone was more than friendly and knowledgeable towards our needs. They treated my dog like their own and spoiled him and made his anxiety go down by being gentle and kind to him! The customer service was excellent and wow I will be telling everyone to stop by here. They have a little bakery section and it’s soooo cute and healthy!!! They have healthy treats for dogs and the toy section is wonderful and so many options to choose from. Thank you so much ladies for helping me out today it was such a pleasure meeting you and Douglas just loved and adored you!!! It’s the caring, friendly, knowledgeable and loving behavior from your employees that makes me want to always choose a place like this over your typical petsmart.
