The team here is incredibly skilled and caring. Samantha always go above and beyond to ensure Carter feels comfortable and looks fabulous after every grooming session. Not only do they provide top-notch grooming services, but they also give great tips for maintaining my dog's coat between appointments. The facility is clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Carter always leaves happy, and that's the most important thing for me.

What a pleasant surprise. We needed to get our dogs nails trimmed as our veterinarian prices have gone through the roof. While shopping at trader Joe's I stopped in Kriser's which is in the same shopping place. They were very friendly and said we could walk in any time for a nail trim. The store also had a great variety of food, toys, and accessories for pets. We decided to go back and try them out. We went on Sunday afternoon. No wait and a very pleasant groomer. My dogs nails were trimmed very well and quickly. She was great with our dog and we paid $13 and left her a tip. I'll be back as it was a great experience!

Samantha was great and took her time to listen to my concerns about my one year-old puppy, because this is his first time getting groomed. She didn't rush me, She listened, and then explained in detail what she would be doing with him. My puppy came out happy with his tail Wagging. Highly recommend!

Though the groomers are highly skilled, the staff is incredibly unprofessional.Confirmed my appointment the day before, then 3 hours before i am supposed to show up, they try to change the time. When i say i cant, they ask me to call, just so they can ask me to change the time again. To which i told them again, i need to keep my time due to work, and if they need me to change i will have to cancel and find somewhere else to fit my schedule.After this they told me i am no longer allowed back in the store. Shocked, i asked what caused that reaction. I was told there was a note that i "threatened legality" in the past when i asked to no longer receive automatically scheduled appointments without my permission? (I purposely asked if they could leave a note so i could stop having to cancel appointments i didnt schedule myself, nothing illegal, just was trying to help)Groomer admitted the fault seems to lie on the staff consistently sharing partial information and keeping poor notes. Still refused to keep my appointment due to that staff members feelings?.... must have had important new Friday plans they wanted a jumpstart on....Appointment was at 1:30, photo shows the timeframe of reaching out. I called right when they texted, said i needed to keep my appointment. Everything seemed normal, but i got a call back a couple minutes later saying they cant service someone like me who treats staff so poorly? Even though i had no conversations in which i could have treated staff poorly? Genuinely confused about the whole scenario, but if you get a guy when you call just ask for the groomer instead and save yourself the headache of being ban due to his poor communication skills.

This place is great! My dog is a big baby and was treated with so much love! He smelled so good when I picked him up. Nails were nicely groomed and I could tell she cleaned his teeth! I highly recommend Samantha as a groomer!

Thank you, Samantha, for the spectacular spa day you lavished on our little Prince. When I picked him up, he looked more regal than ever. His coat was shiny and sleek, he appeared to be a shade lighter, his nails were evenly ground and sparkly clean, and he smelled amazingly fresh from head to toe.I appreciate Samantha's ability to build a relationship with her dog clients and parents. She greets our dog with a big smile and warm words, and he feels safe when we leave. There are so many dog products on the market. Samantha always offers samples of products and enlightens us with suggestions. We finally have a treat he likes! Thank you, Samatha, for your excellent service and grooming skills.

2 dogs groomed in 2 days by Samantha at Kriser’s in Glen Ellyn. She did the best job on Lucky the Labradoodle and Rocco the Boxer. We’ve tried several different groomers and now we don’t have to look any further. Highly recommend. Thank you!

We took our puppy to get groomed at Krisers. We were recommended by a friend who also goes there. Brooke groomed our little Bernedoodle, Rudy and he looks fabulous! She wasn’t sure puppies would sit for a full groom but her patience and kindness with Rudy accomplished a full groom!!! Before and after photos are below!!!we will be going to see Brooke again, we’re already booked…..

Samantha at Kriser’s Natural Pet in Glen Ellyn does a fabulous job with our galgos, Filippa and Cosmo! We come in for a monthly nail trim and are out in less than 10 minutes. She’s super sweet with our dogs and, what takes me forever with the dremel, she does thoroughly and gently in no time. Filippa and Cosmo love her for that. I also have to point out that not every groomer accepts nail trimming only customers. We highly recommend Kriser’s in Glen Ellyn!

Our sweet boy Tashi needed a bath and nail trim, so I brought him to Kriser’s in Glen Ellyn! I LOVE their all-natural, friendly, helpful approach to pet care! Tashi was very nervous and Samantha treated him with great kindness to help soothe his nerves. We started to take our dog Harper Ann to Brooke since she was a puppy. Brooke is always lovely to work with and delivers exactly how we ask. Harper is always a little nervous in the beginning but Brooke makes her feel at ease. We have recommended Brooke to everyone who asks. She is great!

I stopped by for the first time to look at their selection of cat items. Immediately as I walked through the door, an employee said "Why are people here", and then proceeded to greet me as if they were happy to see me. I wanted to turn around and walk back out the door. I bought a few items, but I will not be returning. The whole experience was very unwelcoming.

Kraisers carries so many excellent brands and products. Their staff is always super nice with outstanding customer service. They may seem pricey at first but if you join the wellness rewards program you get so much cash back to spend in the store. And if you shop online and pick up in store you get 10% off. One of the best experiences ever! The staff really provides a service to you. Ryan, Linda and Joey are always there when I need help. Each time I’ve talked with someone new to help me with my pets nutrition and they always have the best advice!! I cannot thank them enough for the all the help they have given me. Recently Ryan had recommended Brooke to me to get my pup groomed. I had been so reluctant because she’s my old girl. But Brooke blew it out of the ball park. She’s amazing, took her time and got my senior girl out in no time. Brooke even let me watch her get groomed the whole time! And brought a chair out for me to watch. So glad I found Kriser in GE!! Gus needed his nails clipped and I was a little nervous as he can be skiddish about being restrained. I can’t tell you how awesome Samantha and the team did!! Even when I apologized for him being a little stubborn, they did a great job getting his nails trimmed and helping me figure out what we could do to make it easier for him next time!! I highly recommend them!

Staff is super friendly especially store manager Ryan. He knows all about the best dog foods and what to give my dog including the best treats. I especially appreciate his knowledge about dogs and his professional demeaner. Ryan goes the extra mile to satisfy the customer. The grooming staff are great and Brooke the groomer is really great and does a fantastic job with grooming pets. My cockapoo Choncey, never looked better thanks to Brooke. I know I will always be back to this super store. I highly recommend this Kriser's pet store for all you pet needs.

Generally good experience here but the manager once give me a hard time about some trouble placing an online order and price matching which the online customer service people said does not align with KRISER’S general method of operating. Just seems other Kreisers got a little bit more out of their way.

We brought both of our Standard Bernedoodles in for their first (professional) grooming since we’ve had them - and Brooke did a fantastic job with their coats and nails! Almost a month later and they still look great!We were initially a bit concerned finding a local groomer because our older girl (6 year old 85# rescue) has a super curly coat and can be very skid-dish with new people. The younger male (15 months 95#) has a much straighter coat but is a major wiggler who had only been groomed by my husband up until then. But we’re getting older and decided it was time to find a professional groomer. Brooke listened very closely and patiently to our concerns when we dropped them off - and they were both in great spirits when we picked them up. Their nails have never looked better!Highly recommend - and now have our daughter taking her Maltipoo to Brooke too!
