Makes me sad how uneducated the staff is on reptiles. On top of a good amount of products being inappropriate for reptiles, I regularly see them housed improperly and overhear bad advice from workers.

I purchased a 30 gallon fish tank from them yesterday. Later in the day we realized that the bottom of the tank had a leak and was spewing water from the bottom on one of the sides, getting our wooden stand and wood floor wet. We had to immediately drain all of the water out, remove the rocks and plants and dismantle all of our work. We brought it back in today to get a new one and the lack of acknowledgement for the frustration of the whole situation and the potential damage to our home is why I am leaving this review. When I say that they couldn't have cared less I truly mean it.And I will say that I went back to exchange a dead fish and I was informed that the fish we got, which were totally suggested to me and not what I intended to purchase are livebearers and reproduce asexually. That would have been helpful to know.

let a worker (long brown hair, larger lady) know that most of the isopods were dead and she told me that i wasnt supposed to be looking at them anyways! well if i hadnt, i wouldve bought a bunch of dead animals. will now happily be going full karen by contacting the supplier of the animals (smugbug) directly.

We purchased a container of Super Worms- 50 count, and there was only one worm in it. We returned to the store with the container (that was dated and marked with their store’s markings), but they refused to exchange defective (empty) container. Horrible product and even worse customer service!

Had our small pup, Sadie, groomed here. Jennifer did a fantastic job (her 2nd time doing Sadie) and I'd recommend her to anyone with a small dog that needs extra attention around sensitive areas, like the face and ears.

Had to rush my dog to Banfield 13 minutes before they closed because of a complication after spay. They saw my dog w a smile and complete unrushed help and advice. I had gotten snippy w them on the phone and they totally stayed professional even though I probably didnt deserve the same courtesy. BANFIELD STAFF IS GREAT!!

This store actually seems to care about their fish. They made sure I was educated and. Ould keep these little guys happy and healthy! I've been to other petsmarts and they don't care as much, and that's sad. So this is a happy surprise. This is the setup I got for my son and we just love it! Thanks again, we will be back soon!

Ok. We got a new Boxer puppy today. We stopped at Petsmart about 6 p.m. Sunday. We sat her in the cart. Adorable! The staff was so friendly and told us about the $19.99 one time purchase program which saved us a lot of money. She got her nails trimmed at no charge (one time only). She can get a free bath, too, when we are ready. She did not want to leave! She loves her new toys.

Our trainer, Jen, has been super! She's taught us so much and our dog absolutely loves her! I highly recommend the obedience classes she teaches in Edwardsville! Our exuberant pup behaves so well thanks to our time spent in training classes with Jen at Petsmart!

The store was clean and inviting. They had the prescription food I needed to get and the pharmacy part was mostly a breeze. The cashier was friendly and gave treats to the dog in front of me which, as an animal lover, I enjoyed. They were out of stock of one of the items I was looking for but was told I could order online. I've been many times and will gladly go back.

We were able to adopt a sweet cat tonight right before close, and I just want to say how absolutely helpful the staff was. I didn't get their name (not on receipt either), but the staff member with short reddish-brownish hair was so extremely helpful. They helped us exchange the carrier we bought earlier with one that didn't need a screwdriver to assemble so we'd be able to take the kitty home before they closed.It is also clear how much the staff cares for the animals there.Thank you again so much!
