This place is distinctly better than most carpet cleaning companies. Every time they come, I think to myself “my carpet is too far gone this time.” But after they leave, my entire house looks like I just installed brand new carpet. The technicians are friendly, and super polite, as well as very accommodating. Chem Dry has been cleaning my carpets for so many years now that we are on a first name basis! They have removed stains that I thought were impossible, and cleaned traffic areas that I was convinced would never look good again. I highly recommend Old Towne Chem Dry!

My Dog Urinated on our carpeting in the family room and the Bedroom. We tried several different way on our own to try to remove the order, Nothing worked, so I googled Carpet cleaning for per urine and found Old Towne Chem Dry specialized in the removal of pet urine order. The technician Brian was very experienced and saved our carpet and the t money we would have had to spent to replace it. A month has passed and still no urine order. They did advise that the pet urine treatment takes longer to dry and to keep our dog off the treated area until completly dry. They found more urine than would we suspected by using a black light and moisture detector to locate the urine. Although it was not inexpensive it was less than replacing the carpet and to have the smell gone is wonderful, I feel like my carpets are truly clean and order free. I am no longer scared to have friends over! I will be using them for all my carpet and upholstery and rug needs in the future!
