This place gave us 10 out of 10 service. I brought my mom here to get a haircut. They were able to accommodate a wheelchair haircut, manicure and chair massage. They offer so many different types of services and have no problem accommodating handicap. Bodies kneaded is a one stop shop with very friendly and professional customer service. I can't say enough good things about our experience! We will be back and we will definitely recommend bodies kneaded to our friends and family.

After moving to the area, Miranda at Bodies Kneaded came highly recommended for pedicure. I'm glad I listened! Miranda is sweet, bubbly and great at conversation. She's gentle with your nails and really makes sure everything is perfect.

First impressions Are lasting impressions. I scheduled an appointment for a full facial. They called to confirm my appointment the day prior. Obviously the person working up front doesn’t know the difference between confirm and cancel (although she said “see you tomorrow”) because when I arrived for my appointment I was told she cancelled my appointment. Despite the fact this was not my mistake, it was before my appointment time, and the esthetician was still there I was told I could only then get a mini facial rather than the full facial I actually booked.When I said that wasn’t acceptable I said I’d rebook but asked for an earlier time on the next appointment. The person working the front desk then offered me The same time the next day (not earlier as requested). So I told her that doesn’t work. I asked for M/T/W appointment and was again offered a late day appointment rather than earlier unless I wanted to go to another location.Keep in mind STILL not my mistake since THEY erroneously cancelled my appointment.At this point I decided it’s not worth it- if it’s this difficult to get an appointment that they aren’t going to cancel, and this is the first impression, it’s also going to be the last impression.Should you choose to endure this place I have 3 $54 gift cards up for sale that they won’t refund despite the fact that they don’t know how to schedule.

I absolutely love this salon. Joan is hands down the best hair stylist I have ever had. She takes so much pride in her work and is invested in my hair, both cut and color. She is so thoughtful and easy to talk to. She takes time to get to know your hair (sounds weird but my hair is very difficult). My boys go to Megan and she is incredible with them. I highly recommend this salon to anyone really looking for high quality styling in a laid back, yet very professional setting. Would give 10 stars if I could 🙂.

I had, BY FAR the best deep tissue massage ever today! Brandy is TOP NOTCH!! She was very professional and used the perfect amount of pressure! I literally feel a lot of relief from the shoulder and neck tightness I am having already! I’ve had massages before that I thought were good experiences, but Brandy’s technique was THE BEST!! I highly recommend Brandy, and Bodies Kneaded in general! Overall great experience!

Destroyed my wives hair. She wanted blonde and came out pink and red. Wanted it cut to shoulders and gave her a bob. Called and explained what happened and the lady that answered was nice and apologized and said the stylist would call me back, never did. Called again and was told stylist would call me back. Terrible service.Response to owner: while I appreciate your response, it was my wife’s first visit to your salon and her hair was dirty blonde 8 months ago when she wanted to do be bleach blonde. So I’m guessing you have the wrong person but thank you for explaining.

Hands down one of the best massages I've ever experienced by Courtney Tepen! She performed the hot stone treatment and put me in a semi catatonic state! Most highly recommended company for all of your massage needs!

When I got to the salon my 1st statement was: my 3 kids are not happy to get haircuts so please barely trim their hair or I'll get in trouble...What took place after that was just awful. She ruined my daughter's hair. I told her she was crying bc she cut her bangs so ridiculously short. When i asked if she could cut more bangs and go past her eyebrows to attempt to remedy it she once again cut them waaaay above the eyebrows. It was a nightmare...my daughter has a Christmas party w her friends tonight and is bawling bc she feels weird. Horrible experience. I just do not know why she couldn't listen!!!!:(
