The employees are nice. But I feel like every time we go we have to search for things that aren’t expired. And almost always there is one thing that we find after we get home that is expired. We were going to get yogurt today but the shelves were bare and what they did have was already expired. It’s very frustrating.

This store is absolutely perfect. This store is neat and clean, shelves are stocked properly, displays aren't broken and spilling in the sales, the staff is awesome and friendly, and things are easy to find here. Best County Market in IL, but what do I know? Just SAYIN'...GREAT STORE and OMG prices are awesome too. I usually get my dog chicken liver and their prices was amazing. Tha k you, County Market for helping us prepare for the holidays so we can have a proper meal for our family.

Could not afford to shop here if it wasn't for the Digital Coupons & Max Card deals. Great full service store with a good selection. The deli has great hot & cold offerings and dining in is available. Check their ads for great meat deals! I would not recommend the produce as it never seems to keep more than a day or two. Overall it's a great store for such a small community.

Meats are high but thats to be expected. You just have to watch for the sales. Employees are very helpful and the workers were very nice.I used a few digital coupons on a few sale items. Their fried chicken was delicious.

Tried a different venue after visiting our "normal" grocery store and not finding whst we needed. Even though is a bit further from home, customer service is everything. And because of the friendly, helpful customer service. The great looking deli, meat section, and bright and clean, we will take the extra time and drive to experience great treatment, plus rewards are given for purchases. Win/win.Shout out to Dave Asst. Mgr for the knowledge regarding the Max card which allowed us to save 10.00 on this visit. He was down to earth and held a conversation. Unlike the big box store, that begins with a "W".Thanks Dave.

Prices are on the higher side compared to Dg or Walmart but I always enjoy going to the deli when my favorite worker is there. Her name is Abbie and goes above and beyond to help customers, and also has a great smile :)

There was a lot of empty shelves. No gallons of prairie farms milk or bottles of water on sale. Employees on the floor very helpful, pleasant and courteous. Cashier ready to check you out. They were also pleasant and courteous. I like this store more than Chatham or Springfield.

I love to shop here. This store has everything I need and I love the home town feel. We live in Carlinville and do not have a grocery store anymore besides that 1 big store which isn’t working to help build consumer relations.

Nice store for a small town. Prices are kind of high on some things, but they have a decent variety of products. Wish they had more specialty items such as diabetic, low carb, but they are a smaller store so I guess they can't carry everything.

Helpful, kind staff. Everything is well stocked. The ONLY critique I have is that it is a bit more expensive than Walmart or other large grocery/superstores like it. But I honestly would rather come to CM.

I'm constantly finding expired items. I have come to expect this and try to check everything before putting it in my cart, however sometimes in a hurry I throw it in the cart and end up with wasted food product. I have found things that are almost 2 years out of date still on the shelf. I purchased some breakfast syrup about a week ago, opened it today to find mold floating all through it , checked the expiration date it was November of 2018. It is extremely difficult to find produce that isn't rotting , molding, or about to go. I do love the convenience of the location of this store, however with the money I end up throwing in the garbage due to expired items , produce that is rotted and molded 2 days after purchase , I think I would do better driving 45 minutes opposed to 10 minutes to save money. Disappointment is an understatement .
