My dogs come back smelling fresh and feeling soft! Alicia does her absolute best to help me out with my 2 monsters! They give me a hard time with bathing, so I commend her for patience! She stands by her business and is very professional. Sometimes even has a small little photo shoot with the pups after she gets done with their appointment! Love this business and will only bring my pups here because I KNOW they will be very well taken care of. Thanks to Alicia and her helpers!!

Alicia was very good with my dog as this was Anna's first trip to the groomer for a nail trim and Anna hates getting her nails trimmed. But she did great for Alicia. It went a lot better than expected but it's because she took a few minutes to pet Anna and gain some trust! Friendly and comfortable environment. Would 100% recommend her!

I took my Maltese Gus here. Alicia was so kind and patient with him letting him get use to her. She did a wonderful job grooming him. The shop is adorable and looks warm and welcoming. She also gives back to the community with different projects she has done. She is very caring.

Took my good ol pupper Obi here. He struggles with a little anxiety. Little being an understatement. And they took the challenge on and did a great job even with his lack of cooperation. Highly recommend them if you haven’t tried it. That was Obi’s first experience with a groomer and it left a good impression on him and myself. We will be bringing him here all the time!

Took our Rhodesian Ridgeback, Luna, to Alicia to be groomed and have her nails trimmed. Alicia did a fantastic job. She was great with our dog. She informed me about her nails and the type of shampoo she used to help her skin. I was very impressed. I will continue to take Luna here for all her grooming needs.

Ollie is a little shy when it comes to strangers and it takes a bit for him to warm up to someone. Not Alicia….he immediately loved her! And his next visit he took to Anna the same way! We had been taking him to the same groomer since we got him and had been a little dissatisfied the last few times so thought we would give Alicia a try. We are SO happy we did!! He jumps out of the vehicle and can’t wait to go inside! That tells us everything we need to know. Well that and he looks AMAZING and smells great too!

My Sheba girl loves to walk. These ladies have helped me when I can't due to health issues. And giving my chunky girl baths making her smell so good. Sheba get so excited when she sees Alicia or Anna she runs amd dances crazy. They are awesome with all the fur babies. Treats them all as one of their own. Love, compassion, and caring above and beyond always. We love you guys!!! You rock!

very friendly and takes amazing care of my dog! been seeing her since he was 3 months old and never changing!!! highly recommend! also she trimmed my moms 12 year old chihuahua's nails and he is a fighter and she handled it better than I've ever seen anyone else do!!! my mom will be going to her from now on also!!!

Took Stacks the Library Cat for a bath ( don’t freak - the cat LIKES her bath!). There were - gasp! shock! Blasphemy! - DOGS there getting groomed too. Alicia was very attentive to the dog-hating library cat and held her while she dried, making Stacks more comfortable with those annoying canine cohabiters.Stacks was well cared for and given special attention, as is her lawful due. We will be visiting again soon!!Would recommend for the caring, personal attention give by the owner! Even if some of her clients are dogs!

Tried this groomer because they had all 5 🌟 good reviews. Bad choice. I had no choice but to have my mother take her because i had to work. When I got home, I was SOO DISAPPOINTED!!! it looked as if she hadn't even been to the groomers! And I wanted her to be cut short. Supposedly her nails didn't get done either because apparently my dog was trying to bite her. (Yorkie) But I've never had any complaints from any other groomer. What a disaster!
