Edit: after disputing the charge multiple times, they begrudgingly cancelled my order.I ordered laminate flooring for a new home i purchased. The owner himself went out to measure the rooms, but failed to notice that my floors were too unlevel for laminate. He still sold me the product, of course, and is now refusing to refund me despite his mistake. His own installer told me this was their mistake, and that this product should never have been ordered, and that there was no way for them to actually do ANY work on the floors.Do not give them your business, run.

For a small town, Gibson city has some awesome selections for furniture. The prices are comparable to other furniture stores. The staff is awesome.
