Lots of employees but No help. I stated I'd never been there were such items I employee said that over there points. Thats in automotive, thats in hardware, not sure about this item , when went to register no 1 dares ask did I find everything. Because they lazy and they know I didn't. Informed them I needed help and had several more items on my list. They seemed not to care about customer service. Rude lazy employees. Just go to ace instead where they care

They have a lot of great selection but don't fall for the credit card scam they have going on with $70 off. They tell you that you will get the $70 off your next purchase if you aren't approved immediately in the store so that's how they get you back into the store. Oh, not to mention that the credit card has a 28% APR. You find that out when you get the card in the mail.

A few months ago my husband and his coworker went to this store. He has spent so much money in this store since they’ve opened. This particular day he was very rudely approached. My husband asks what the issue is assuming they were following his friend who is black. Nope. She claims my husband stole from them in the past. He assured this woman he never has. She continued to accuse him.The manager offered a $40 gift card to which I personally used. He was sure he wouldn’t ever return there. I saw the image of this guy that stole from them, looked nothing like him. Fast forward to today. My son and husband go there and ride their motorcycles. To buy a back pack. And he was then approached once again about this back pack. . Stating you can’t come in with one. He didn’t! He literally held their merchandise with tags and the man was standing there like he brought it in or had stuff in it. Employees followed and called other departments to have them watched. Disgusting. Needless to say this same manager did not see the issue. Livid. Done for good. Put our family on your door since you like to follow us.

I love y’all, and y'all have great products. One thing I find really irritating though is that a customer is buying 50+ chicks all at once. I got it y’all may not care about one person buying a large quantity of chicks, because at the end of the day, y’all gets your money worth. But there are small families out there trying to start making their own produce, and sometimes TSC doesn’t have much. There should be a restricted amount of chicks a customer should buy per day.Incident happened 4:00 PM, 15MAR2023

Decided just to stop by and check out this new store after work yesterday. I was not disappointed! Amazing store, great customer service and guess what they had cashiers, no self-checkout! The aisles are big enough to go down with someone on each side without running into each other. The selection is endless and a huge variety. I am so excited about this store! A sales rep named Sandy was very helpful chatted with us about the store and let me know if I opened a credit card with them I got $70 off on my purchase! You earn loyalty rewards every time you shop there. This is the kind of store I like to shop in!

Wow this store is big. It has everything. It's allot like tractor supply with a grocery store combined, but that still doesn't cover it. Basically it's a store that has everything. Price wise it's hit or miss; as in some things are if not the best close to the best price in town and other things aren't. I didn't find anything so expensive that it would make me want to go somewhere else to get it. Store was also clean and organized, and the staff were nice and helpful as well.

Enjoyed my shopping trip here! Nice selection, friendly cashiers, good variety of items etc. I'd give a 5 but I didn't enjoy the experience of trying to return an item! They were light bulbs & they did not work! They were the right wattage, right style etc but they did not work!! Test them if you'd like, but they were duds. And the young man on the service counter didn't have a clue! I understand it's a newly opened store so I assume that will get better. Overall a definite 4 at this time.

The store is off to a nice start. Smaller than the other stores in the chain I have visited. I expect an increase in merchandise as covid cases ease a bit, the store is lacking in some areas as to be expected. All the employees have been really helpful and seem to have a great working knowledge of the store and what they have and its location. They carry a great deal of merchandise that other stores do not, which is great, hope they continue to do so. Give them a try if you have not already!

Runnings has a nice variety of outdoor things, they are better priced among other stores locally. Their customer service is terrific. My husband and I purchased something back a few months ago and when we opened it the other day we were missing two parts. When I contacted the company who packages they requested a copy of the receipt to show proof of purchase and proof it was unopened prior to us opening it. I contacted Runnings and an employee there named Lisa took time to look up through the computer to find the receipt. I felt bad that I couldn't remember the full price we paid or the exact date we bought it. It didn't matter she looked hard and found the receipt for me. She did an amazing job. Seeing that employees are willing to go the extra step is amazing. We will definitely continue to shop there and do business with Runnings.

The usually have something that will work even if not exactly what you're looking for, and staff is generally friendly (albeit not necessarily helpful). So, a few stars for being mostly ok.However, the propane refill is a pretty bad deal. I took a rough 1/3 full 100 gallon tank to get filled for the season. The cashier informed me that "it don't matter" how much they put in; it's a flat fee. Well, it "do" matter to me. While that's maybe fine for a dollar's worth in a little 20 lb grill tank, I'm not paying for 30+ dollars worth of propane that I'm not getting, especially when they're pumping it in right there. It's not like it's an exchange; they have a meter on the pump which measures the exact amount being dispensed. You know, just like a gas station, where you don't pay for 20 gallons of gasoline or diesel just because that's how big your vehicle's fuel tank happens to be. Except that Propane costs *more*.It's weird. They don't sell grass seed or pliers based on how big your truck is. For some reason, though, if you have a big cylinderit's (roughly) a hundred bucks regardless of how much LP you actually get.Tractor Supply in Bloomington, Love's in Leroy, and honestly literally every other place I've ever been for a tank fill only charges for what you get. I'd suggest going to those places. They probably also have all the other farm and home stuff you need, too.

Usually pay this store regular visits as they seem to have a lot of things my husband enjoys buying but had a pretty awful experience today.Be careful with the staff on off days I guess. Upon entering the store I uncomfortably walked into a situation where there was a staff member arguing with a customer and throwing huge boxes with very expensive duck decoys in them just feet away from me. I hope this is not how all their products and customers are treated.I’d say this type of behavior from an employee should be addressed and uncalled for as it not only risk company product but customer safety so we decided to make it known to manager Scott. This was yet again another uncomfortable situation and a very unpleasant conversation for us as he entered the conversation very defensively and proceeded to tell us he “did not need to speak to us” about it.I was no longer surprised by the first employees behavior as he is obviously working under pretty poor management.

The customer service at the gun counter is absolutely disrespectful!! Every time I go to buy ammo or a gun they talk down to myself and my boyfriend and act like we are wasting their time! Or while in the middle of a being finally helped they will walk away and start helping someone else !!

For Watertown it's the best all around general store there is. A little bit of everything. Some food, some outdoor sports, some tools and tractors. It's the best place to walk in intending to spend $20 and walk out spending $100+. Love it though.

Runnings is very similar to tractor supply, But bigger with more variety. They carry things alot of other stores don't... tools for an example ... my son needed a specific die, no one else had it, but runnings did. He didn't have to buy a whole set either... they had them in kits, and individually!

Stock was limited, like every store in the country, but they had what I needed. Their Milwaukee tool selection is great. Better than Home Depot which also has limited stock and unfortunately did not have the Milwaukee tool I needed. Runnings will be my go to for Milwaukee tools in the future.

Interesting store with lots of varied stock. It was fascinating to see the different items for sale. On minor annoyance, a number of items had no price on the shelf. In particular, I looked at gas cans and tabletop grills and couldn't find the price.
