We have been using New Hope for around 8 years. We have always had great service from the vet staff and prices are reasonable. It’s convenient for us in terms of location.HOWEVER, the woman at the front desk has been awful almost every time I have called or came in. It has been the worst part of coming in and I truly dread making an appointment because I am always belittled and been made to feel stupid. It has happened too many times and I am ready to find another vet. One that makes me and my pets feel valued.

Super nice people. Great care was given to our big baby cat Berta. Going back soon for our other big baby cat Missy and will get the same treatment I am more than sure. Five stars ain't enough! Thank you, Thank you!

Amazing super friendly staff. I called today at 7:30am because my little girl was having trouble opening her eyes and they agreed to see her right away. I was with the vet less then 45 minutes later. Forever thankful for them seeing my baby so quickly.

Never had a problem before, except the receptionist treats you like a child! You can’t degrade your customers and expect them to return. The vets here are great, if you can make it that far without being harassed! Find someone new, being she is super rude!!!!!!

They have always been helpful for my pets & I. They have answered the phone at midnight to talk me through a dying pet. I don't even know why I called them at midnight. It didn't make sense, but they helped me that night. They have, also, "saved" the lives of my pets a couple times giving us years more time together. They are very much faith-based, too. This is not a criteria for me in selecting a business, but there seems to be a lot of compassion that derives from their faith. I highly recommend New Hope Veterinary.

New Hope has taken care of our pug, Lola, for almost 8 years. They have been their for her through every issue. We had to put our pug to sleep due to complications of kidney failure. Thankful for Dr. Bob's compassion and wisdom during the process. New Hope has treated us like family for many years.

This vet clinic came highly recommend by several local folks. Long story short, I argued with Dr. Susan that there must be a reason Karma had gained a lot of weight. Karma's began to deteriorate rapidly. I was up day and night attending to her. I made an appointment with River Ridge in Dixon with the thought I may half to put her down. After 10 minutes with Dr. Nate, he made the correct diagnosis and had her in for surgery the next morning. He said she only had 2 days of life left to live. Karma is doing well now and recovering.

Just a great place to take your animals. Never have had one vet be awful or short with my pets or me. Very good at explaining all the things to me in laymen terms.. All there help are great as well!! Everybody there are very pleasant and eager to help you in any way.

Unfortunately the staff at this clinic was very rude and should be informed that they are not to leave until said time of 5:30. She informed us since we were not “regular clients” we could not be seen and should go to a vet in Rockford. We went to this vet as it was close to our home, trusting care would be given, but should not have made this foolish mistake and driven to a vet that does care about everyone’s animals.

I take my dog here and they do amazingly well with her and they answer any question i have with no time restraints. They are not a get you in and out as fast as possible type place and thats why I like it. The only down side is it does seem kinda pricey but its very helpful that I can set up payments if there was an emergency and I didnt have all of it up front

Love the doctors here but every single time I call to schedule an appointment, the receptionist is so rude! She acts like it is such an inconvenience for her to have to do her job. I hate even having to call there!!

I called the office with a simple question and the receptionist was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I told her she was being rude, she said "your welcome" and hung up on me. Completely uncalled for, this woman should not be working with the public.
