This store manager needs a lesson on customer service. I printed a valid coupon and she refused to take it even though Dollar Generals policy clearly states they will accept them, when I tried to tell her that she dismissed me and walked away. Usually just a grouchy attitude here.

Tried coming to this Dollar General Store at 1:50 p.m. on 4-13- 23 they stated the store is not open cuz they have a truck. I've now seen at least 12 vehicles pull up just to find out that the store is closed. This Dollar General has really went downhill anyway. But cannot even be open for people to shop in the middle of a weekday is absolutely ridiculous.

I Work at this Dollar General in Georgetown, we try to make sure everything is on the shelves, a lot of our products sell quickly so its hard to keep the shelves completely full. The prices were wrong and they wouldn’t allow my coupons to go through!!! Mobile coupons never work!!!! Always happens at this location no other location this happens!!! This is ridiculous!!!! Won’t be coming back to this location!!!! Going to call corporate!!! Also the store was dirty and aisles had stuff like carts etc in them!!!

I GO HERE REGULARLY BECAUSE IT'S SO CONVENIENT. EVERYONE DOESN'T HAVE TIME OR MONEY TO RUN CLEAR TO THE NORTH END OF DANVILLE 😖 THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS NICE AND WILLING TO HELP. 👍
