Very nice hardware store and well stocked. Good selection of quality tools, which was the reason for my visit along with getting some keys made for a townhouse my wife and I just bought. They also have a very good selection of fasteners and electric components for home repair projects.

Like to shop local but sometimes it's worth the drive to save some cash.Update: went to get a car key fob cut, turns out they don't cut keys that you don't buy from them. So asked how much a key would cost and it was $179.00. these keys need to be programmed , I can do that I just needed the key I got with the programmer cut . Absolutely ridiculous, so now I have to find somewhere else to go and get it cut. So much for keeping it local !!!

This is a great hardware store ! They have just about whatever you need or will do whatever it takes to get it for you. Everyone that’s works in the store from the highscoolers to the older people of this community that you grew up with who work here and go out of their way to help you. They will get and bring items to the counter for you. Load it into your vehicle. They have a great service counter in the back for your specific needs. They rent items now. I don’t know what more than you could ask for. Carolyn is a great owner and person to deal with. She is a chip off of the old block, as her parents came to Genoa many years ago and took over our towns hardware store as Mr. Crawford was going to retire. Mr. and Mrs. Tobinson both worked in the store and were just like you will now find Carolyn to be, friendly, helpful and just a great person and citizen of our community. Over all of these years Tobinsons has continued to help us all with our hardware and fix it needs as well as sponsoring many of our sports teams over the years with uniforms and other needs as well as you would often see them working the GK Boosters Club food stand during Genoa Days. I know this has been long winded, but your Not going to find a Better Hardware Store that cares about a town and it citizens than this #1

I just ordered a Traeger Grill from Tobinson. I have been researching this product for a few weeks. Kris was by far the best and most helpful of any person I had contact with at the many Ace Hardwares I have called looking for this product. This is a very expensive item and the price is the same at all stores. I choose to do business with Tobinson, and spend my money there, because of how my call was handled and the help I received. Truly a pleasure.

You have officially lost my business. I am a person with a heart problem and you had to push me pass my limits by making walk more than I can. I thank you for the many years I have used you but now I am done. Also not understanding how I get my tanks filled 2 weeks ago to now they are out of date by 3 months. How does that work. Tobinson's Ace Hardware is always helpful to find the tools and equipment I need for home projects, especially when I am not sure exactly what part I need they are there to answer questions. I prefer shopping locally when I can, and they make it easy.

I was having a hard time finding any place that could sharpen my hedge trimmers. This hardware store sent them away for sharpening and I went back to pick them up. Most places I called had no idea what to tell me ... apparently, repairing tools is something not commonly done.

Tobinson Ace Hardware has been a main stay of the Genoa area for many years. I ordered parts from Ace Hardware on line to be shipped to them for pick up. I doubt I would have ever gotten my parts of it wasn't for the great staff at Tobinsons tracking them down. Thank you
