I absolutely love this store! I recently adopted a puppy and I came in to try and find some things to keep him occupied. Alexis took the time to walk me around the store and show me so many options for chews and licks. She gave me a lot of advice and great ideas! The staff here has helped me out so much in the past with my senior dog and now with helping me navigate the puppy stage again. I truly appreciate the above and beyond help I received from Alexis!

Worked an event with them today 9-10-21, and all I have to say is every single person I met working here is so knowledgeable, extremely helpful and just kind. I've heard wonderful things about them never having gone there before today and I'm sorry I haven't been. Prices are reasonable and selection is impressive! Treats (bakery style and so cute), to freeze dried, raw, kibble, toys, even goats milk. Highly recommend to everyone looking to make their dogs lives better. Thank you to everyone there for everything today 🐾❤️🐾

We had brought our dog to the Valentines Day event, and it was sad how some of the staff treated my family and I. The male coworker, Adam I believe , was very friendly, he gave us the best customer service, and enjoyed giving treats to my dog. He helped us with the paw painting and pictures. Unfortunately, Alexis and then other woman working were rude, did not speak to us after we greeted them, but they were friendly to the other shoppers. We felt very outed, and hinted that she didn’t want to help us. We could feel the racism coming from her. Very sad that this happens.. especially since were there to treat our dog!

Liana, Diane and Alexis were a wealth of knowledge today when it came to helping me pick out new food for my pug, new rescue kitten and 1 year old cat! They knew it all! They listened, gave great feedback and knew the product so well. This is exactly why I shop At Two Bostons and nowhere else. The customer service is top notch. They were so friendly and kind. My wife and I love taking our doggies here. I came here yesterday to buy some toys/treats for our dog Lucy and Kayla was so great helping me. Kayla gave me a flyer for todays event called Cinco de Barko. We came today and Kayla helped us with picking out a harness for Daisy. Kristen was very helpful and treated our dogs great as well with the dog food and treats for the event. Also, she was super empathetic and sympathetic to us regarding losing our daughter. Angie was kind and friendly with us and explained some of the food the store was promoting. Liana was excellent with our dogs and so helpful so we could get their picture taken. Two Bostons has always been great to us every time we are in there. Thanks so much to these amazing staff members!

One of my favorite pet supply shops! They have adorable, high quality homemade treats and a great selection of toys, food, bones, and pretty much anything you could think of for your pet. Our dog is obsessed with their "puppy kiss" treats. The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is bright and clean. Highly recommend!

Two Boston's in Geneva is fantastic. The store is clean, well organized, and has a great selection. We were impressed with the quality of their food selection for our puppy. He investigated the entire store and was also very satisfied (he loved the sweet potato dog chew). We highly, highly recommend this place. Their customer service can't be beat!

Everyone at any of the Two Boston's locations are always super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always take there time with you to answer questions and help you find just what you need for your pet. My most recent interactions at the Geneva location have been with Kristen the manager and Chelsea. Chelsea even called to check up on me and my dog to see how she was doing on the new food and other measures we tried to help alleviate my dogs allergies and itching. Love this place!

Nice little pet shop that has Lot's of good healthy products for your dog and cat they have no doggy junk food here just good wholesome food and treats. They don't have as many toys as most pet stores but it's the food and treats that you come here for. I love the selection of treats they have of grain free treats at a good price to for healthy treats that your dog will love. They also have a doggy bakery that is locally made and healthy. The dog food is natural. They have dry food but what's really cool is the fresh refrigerated section that has real meat food and the selection of products available in the refrigerators is a wide range of meats to choose from including a raw meat diet. This place is great and has good responsible products that you can count on the quality of. They also have a well lit inside making it very friendly feeling place to shop.

Love Two Boston's in Geneva! Food and treats that are healthy for your pets and great toys and beds and really everything. My daughter and I love it there. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Able to help with any pet issue with insightful information and quality products! They have a great rewards programs earn money off on your next visit and even earn free bag of food! Really can't say enough!! So thankful they opened this location!!

I love this store! I went in at the last minute yesterday, actually intending to go to fresh thyme market. I just have a 11-week-old puppy. I browsed around and wanted to get some treats to help with her teething. Chelsey was a wealth of information! And Jordan helped out too. They sent me home with some samples and little olive loves them. I especially love that they will compare the food that your puppy is on and offer a better option. I plan on taking advantage of that the next time I need food. Great conversation and great support. I couldn't recommend them more highly

First time at the Geneva location. Very impressed with how clean the store is and how many different freezer raw options there are. I met with Chelsea and she was so knowledgeable with all the different food options and helped me choose the right food for my dog to stay within budget. I went into Two Bostons just to look around the store in preparation for a new puppy! I was completely impressed at the layout of the store, selection of items, and helpfulness of the staff! An employee walked me through all of the options for food they have as this is my first puppy and I wanted to learn more. He gave me awesome detailed information on each of the types and brands of food so that I could make an informed decision. He even looked up the food my fur baby will be coming with to find a good food that would transition her best! He went above and beyond! I even was given a new puppy checklist to refer to for items I needed. All of this was accomplished with patience on his part and I never felt pressured into anything which is what I was really impressed by. I will be choosing this location and store and my “go-to” for my new pup. Excellent experience and I’m super excited to have found a reliable store to support a small business! I only have AWESOME things to say about the Two Bostons Geneva team!!! They are incredibly knowledgeable about products from food to shampoo, and we have always found what we need. I have an absolute ball when I go in, and my dogs are happy to tag along. I’m beyond grateful for the raw food options they offer, and the rewards program means we get a free box a couple of times per year! That’s literally hundreds of $$$ in savings. Awesome value for our furry family members and priceless for us to know they’re getting what they need. Highly recommend visiting even if you’re just curious!!! Thanks team.

Highly recommend! I just got a puppy and Two Boston’s has been beyond helpful in identifying his needs. The staff is passionate and full of wisdom. They are not here to up-sell you, and that is SO rare. Also, not to sell you, but I got on their mailing list and got a coupon for a free bag of Fromm dog food. Big box won’t give you that. I love Two Boston’s!

Wow! What a great experience at Two Boston’s. Love that they carry a wide variety of Stella and Chewy’s. Chelsey was so knowledgeable about soft chews for my senior dogs (the sweet potato chews were a hit). They also have LOTS of toys. Can’t wait to go back and rack up some more loyalty points.

We get basically everything we need for our dog at this post store! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable so they can help you find what you're looking for, they have great deals and sales, great selection of products, and there's always something new to look forward to with every season. Family owned and the owners are very present in store and on social media so you never miss out on a great deal!

So happy Two Bostons opened a location in Geneva! I was there last weekend and a gentleman was very helpful in picking out toys/treats for my dog. Also my dog goes nuts for their "puppy kisses" treats which has been a blessing because the neapolitan colored treats do not have any ingredients she's allergic to!

I went to Two Bostons for the first time with my beagle bassett mix to purchase a harness. The one I already had been using was rubbing a bald spot on his neck. The very kind and helpful employee was very patient and helped me choose and try on at least 6 different harnesses until we found one that fits him perfectly. I will definitely be back.

Love going to two Boston’s. I use to order my pets food online but if I had questions or concerns I was on my own. I have two picky older dogs with health issues so finding a food the worked for their health, tastes good and fit into my budget was not easy but after a few suggestions from the staff, I think we have found the winner. I would highly recommend them! The staff is very friendly and helpful and you can tell that they care.

The customer service at the Geneva location is wonderful and super friendly. I had all my questions answered along with multiple suggestions and helpful tips/information. They also have a great selection of quality foods and the no hide bar is a great bonus. Will definitely be coming back in the future for all my pet needs.

Went there to get a high quality cat food we usually pick up at our wholistic vet. Went back about 10 days later and Matt even remembered my name. This was despite never signing up for rewards program, so he was apparently just going by a brief introduction initially. The other staff were also helpful in selecting other food options. Needless to say, I am a rewards customer now and have a new fav pet store in Geneva.

I made my first visit to the Geneva store on 9/10 to get my girl some gifts for her Gotcha Day and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Chelsey and she treated me like we were old friends. The store was clean and organized, easy to find anything you needed. This was the first of many visits to this location.

Nice store for pet supplies. They have a lot of selection of treats with good ingredients and made in USA. Paige was super friendly and helpful to me. I would recommend checking them out. They even gave me free samples.
