First time at this location and everyone seemed nice. We weren't greeted when we walked in, but were asked if we needed help when we were by the fish. The store was plenty clean and stocked up which was nice. Overall, we were happy with this location and the selection yall had, so we will be back.

Annie just finished beginner basic training with Anthony. Annie is a two year old recent rescue who came from a neglectiful, abusive environment. Anthony is the dog whisperer! After six weeks, Annie learned her basic commands with positive reinforcement. I highly recommend.

Genevieve and Lexus both did a great job grooming my 2 year old who doesn't like to sit still unless he's licking your face. The store itself also always has a good variety of insects for my lizard.

This place does not even deserve one star. I took my dog there since he was in need of a bath after being ill. I explained to the groomer that he was anxious.When we picked him up he was so frightened and the groomer seemed flustered. He was cowering until we got him into the car.It’s been a few days since taking him there and now he’s terrified of my car, something he always enjoyed until that day. Also, with the exception of one groomer, all the others looked so miserable. I would never take him there again. Highly suggest unless you know the groomer personally, avoid this place at all costs!

I wish I could do 0 stars. Took my little dog in for grooming. They were SO RUDE. Had a ton of dogs in there. My dog is older and they knew that. When I picked my dog up FIVE HOURS LATER (not sure why it took that long at all) they didn’t even contact me… I had to contact them. I brought my dog home. He was heavy breathing… He passed within hours…. I took him to the vet and they said he was dehydrated and traumatized. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!

Colin was my groomer and he was more than accommodating. I had to reschedule my cat Oliver's grooming appointment. Luckily Colin was able to fit me in the very next day! Both Oliver and I are quite pleased with his haircut and will definitely be back next time 👍

I took my 15 week old puppy here for his first grooming experience and they did amazing work. I usually have his vet trim his nails, and it seems like they never do it short enough but pet smart did a great job! The puppy package is perfect to get them acquainted with a groomer. He’s never felt, smelt, or looked better.

I worked at a different Pet Smart and loved it. This location puts the Pet Smart name to shame. We will not be returning. We have now had 2 bad grooming experiences today it took 45 minutes to get a nail trim on my 10 year old cancer ridden dog. They were short staffed because someone called in sick but if they can’t handle it then don’t take the appointment. They ended up having the store manger come in and cut my dogs nails. Who I would assume is not a trained groomer and ended up cutting my dogs quick causing her to bleed a large amount. Again she had very aggressive cancer and a hemangioma sarcoma where she can bleed out. (We did tell the groomer that she has these conditions)So I was very upset. We have been there a bunch of times before and has been fine other wise. Again not bashing Pet Smart as a whole. I loved working at the other store and it was a great environment just this particular store needs to be re-evaluated.

My daughter and I came here to grab a brush for our cat and ended up staying for awhile because Tyler made it so enjoyable. My daughter had the best time, she laughed so much, and he was just so amazing & knowledgeable. I'll go only here from now on just because of him.

The grooming center is great. Jessica did a great job trimming my chocolate labs nails. You knew when you can get a sense that people care, she gave that vibe. We'll definitely keep coming back knowing our dog is in good hands.

I have been coming here because it’s close to home and normally they do ok with Rex (8 lb Maltese) im now done. 9 am appt. we were leaving for the city that afternoon and at noon no call. They HAD NOT STARTED and it was going to be another hour which meant my appointment was for nothing and he sat in a kennel for three hours. Clearly then rushed the job. No apology on pick up. Uneven cuts. Asked for rounded ears short. She SHAVED THEM. His face is a mess. None of his beard was cleaned. when you spend $65 for a puppy cut - included bath and nail grind - I expect more. Staff upon entry was complaining that they often pick up and put down dogs up to 6 or 7 times due to the phone ringing. That is a safety issue. I stated they need an admin that is not a groom job. I’m not coming back. look at the pictures for proof. Sorry to the team there but I cannot believe you did this to my poor pup. I cannot get the pics to post.

Recently went to the store to drop off my Shih Tzu to the groomers( no issue there ) I also had my cousins seven month old yellow lab puppy that I am dog sitting with me while in the store several employees seemed as though it was a bother to have the puppy in the store granted he is a puppy however he was not doing anything wrong or being destructive while in the store. At least 3 employees asked if there was anything I needed help with, in fact the same employee asked 2x’s. Completely cold experience. Not to mention this store carries less of a dog treat section then my local Meijers store. I would expect better from a store that literally only carries pet supplies.

This store is clean with friendly staff, but unfortunately I can't leave a positive review for any store that keeps its birds in such small enclosures. Small animals often get the short stick at these stores, and I give some credit to the pet staff for keeping the cages very clean, but they're just... way, way too small. While neither large cage along the end cap was adequate per say, what I was most horrified about was THREE budgies crammed into one of the small, small enclosures on the bottom cages along the aisle, with two partitions next to them empty except for product. Why the heck was the bottom cage partitioned at all?Note that I may be comfortable in my bird knowledge but know nothing about reptiles and didn't look too deeply in the small furry animal aisle (the end cap looked fine) so draw your own conclusions about the rest of the pet selection.If its AT ALL possible it seems like a super easy solution would be to remove the partitions for the bottom row of budgies. They were forced onto the same perch without the room to stretch their wings which is literally the bottom line expectation of a bird cage. One way or the other........ my personal rule to only buy pet supplies online has been thoroughly reinforced today.EDIT - I needed a replacement perch and was unable to find what I was looking for at my nearby Pet Supplies Plus, so I stopped in where I knew I would find it (PetSmart) despite this poor experience. Luckily, I saw that they'd taken my review seriously--which I really do appreciate and value. I'm editing this review to reflect that they take customer satisfaction seriously and learn from their mistakes.The tiny bird cages are currently being used exclusively to hold stock--as it should be! Thanks PetSmart.

Worst experience ever! I went there to buy stuff like any normal customer and the so-called manager JOE said they don't sell do wholesalers? What? I was paying the full retail price? The store didn't have any purchase limit! How can he say that they can't sell the products to me? The other employee of the store was half asleep and kept on saying that this transaction will take a long time as I was first purchasing gift cards and then buying the product and was trying to avail the sale that is ending tonight.Rude employees have no manners on how to deal with loyal customers, Petsmart should teach their employees first, how to deal with customers before offering them the position. Joe doesn't deserve to be the manager of the store if he doesn't know how to be polite.
