We have taken our dog to this place and other locations close by multiple times without issue. Today, we took our dog and holly and another employee with short white hair was super unprofessional. They refused service because our dog barked once. They said it’s their busiest day of the year and they can’t service our dog if it is going to cause stress. They clearly don’t know how to handle dogs. They didn’t even give him a shot. No other groomer has had an issue with him. They clearly just wanted to make their schedule less hectic. Now I can’t get my dog groomed anywhere because it’s so last minute. Super unprofessional and a waste of our time. They shouldn’t be working at a dog grooming place if they can’t handle dogs. Especially a dog no one else has had an issue with. Our dog is 10 years old and gets groomed about 6 times a year every year and we have never had an issue until these two ladies.

cashier did not understand that this was my free service. He did not understand how to access the free coupon, I just paid after 20 minutes to get out of the store. I have the benefit BUT CAN"T ACCESS IT<<<< I think I am going to cancel thisNeed to hire a cashier that is familiar with perk program

My kitty cat is a tad overweight and either can’t or just won’t clean her back side very well. I trust her vet and was very nervous to take her somewhere else, but the vet is just too pricey for an every two month visit to get her shaved up. So I took a chance and called Petco. They got her in within the hour and Michael was so sweet to my fur baby and I could not be happier and more relieved. I will definitely be returning.

Stacy was so nice and great with our puppy Jet! I had told her that this was his first time here at Petco, but had been groomed only twice before. The other groomer had mentioned that he didn't like the grooming process and told her I hope he does OK. When I picked Jet up Stacy said she had no problems. I was not surprised, simply because of Stacy's positive attitude Jet most likely picked up on that! Jet will be back and I will be asking for Stacy!

I dropped my dogs off for an appointment at 12pm. They weren't complete until 3:30pm. I have never heard of two medium dogs taking 3 1/2 hours. One didn't even get a haircut. This stressed my dog out and he bit the groomer - Leonard has never bitten anyone before. Maybe you guys shouldn't double or triple book your clients. A dog should never be kept in an unfamiliar area like that unless they are used to it.

We have been going to Denice the groomer at Petco for a while now. She is very good with our Teddy and communicates clearly and does exactly what she says. Teddy, our dog, responds well to her and she seems to be very caring and patient with him.

We tried this place out, but they went 1 for 3. The first cut was decent, but then the service tanked on the 2nd and 3rd cut.

Extremely unprofessional and slow, lady at the front desk was very rude. They have policies they don’t tell you about unless they want to charge more after or you’re already and have wasted your time. Don’t trust this place they lie.
