I had to bring my dog Daisy there during a very scary time she was diagnosed with Cushings. Dr. Jill made my mind at ease. Not only with her exceptional care of my dog but also, that of a frightened dog mom. She compiled articles for me to read and never let me wait long for results. Her staff is also amazing and talk to my dog, as well as, me. Which was very important for me. I highly recommend! I travel 45mn to an hour because of the care Daisy receives!

Dr. Christine is an absolute Godsend as well as all the staff at Millbrook Animal Care Clinic. On Monday’s and Tuesdays they do examinations for reptiles and finding a reptile vet for our boy was difficult. We only had one visit with Dr.Christine before we had to put our boy down and we knew we found the right vet for the future. She took such good care of our beardie and she continues to do so with our Wheaton Terrior. Thank You so much Dr. Christine for all you do! Our boys love and appreciate you. ❤️

We brought our 18 yr old rescue dog in (has been a patient of yours since he was 7 or 8) for a quality of life check as he was not doing well and we kind of knew what was going to end up happening. Sparky was my wife’s soulmate pet. He went everywhere with her and she had to take him in without me and with two of our kids. She made the guy wrenching decision to humanely put him down. She and my kids were a mess of tears as you can imagine. This was a very cold experience for her. It was transactional. Once payment was taken, it was like they had no use for her anymore and allowed her little time to grieve. She paid extra (that should not be a line item in the bill) to get his paw print and you wanted $20 per paw. She also asked for a clip of his hair. When it was all said and done and they took Sparky away, my wife was a sobbing mess and destroyed. She walked into the loud lobby where no one said bye or acknowledged her and she had to walk through happy clientele and their pets. Common courtesy would be to light a candle in reverence of a pet being put down so the waiting room and staff were cognizant of the sorrow. We also did not receive an email, phone call, text, or anything letting us know when we could pick up the paw print and hair clipping. I had to call today, over a week later, and they said it was ready the day after he died. I get it, businesses are busy. But bedside manner goes a long way. The actual vet was kind but the entire process was cold and devastating for my family. This is not the first pet we have had to put down but this is the first time we have felt this awful afterwards. I hope this was a one off and this does not happen to anyone else on one of the hardest days of their lives.

Dr. Jen was AMAZING! My cat has extreme anxiety and causes me a lot of anxiety while taking him to the vet and she calmed my nerves greatly. He had to be sedated to complete the exam and she talked me through every step and was so calm with him while transitioning between rooms. I highly recommend Millbrook for anyone experiencing anxious pets because they will treat you with such kindness!

I had the same vet for more than 30 years. It has been a struggle to find a good place for my sweet George, especially since I’ve moved so far away from my previous home. The search is over!!! We have found our new vet and could not be happier! It started with the very efficient website for not only scheduling but also the ease of getting the previous records. Then the reminders! In this day and age of crazy busy… much appreciated.Next…it’s time for the appt. Where do I start?!! The place is spotless, the front desk staff is incredibly friendly and kind, the tech couldn’t be sweeter, the room…. So clean and fresh smelling! Then…. The doctor! Wow! Dr. David Kaufman had great reviews on line. That was a plus for me in looking for a new vet for my sweet George. However, many of the reviews were regarding dogs. I was curious to see how he was with a cat. Well, here I am, a woman of many words and I’m struggling to find the right ones to say how terrific Dr. Kaufman is! He was informative, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, amazing with cats (he has 3 of his own so that made me so happy!). He never made me feel rushed. He took his time to explain everything. He is also very conservative. I did not feel like he was pushing anything in regards to treatments or medication. He is honest, full of integrity and is a great find! So happy I decided to try this Clinic after seeing it on my hundreds of trips up and down Randall Road! I told him before I left he is “stuck with us!” So pleased with my experience.Oh wait! Then there was the check out… again, super sweet front desk staff… but the prices! SO reasonable! I am beyond happy with my experience here! I would recommend this place to anyone with any kind of pet! You will not be disappointed! I am posting a few pictures so you can see just how happy and at ease George was for this visit. We are very satisfied customers! :)

Me, my husband, and our dog recently moved to the area and we were lucky enough to find this vet clinic. My dog, Lenny, is in LOVE with Dr. Jill! Out of all the vets we've had and all the clinics we've taken him to, Millbrook is the most friendly and skilled. Their exams are incredibly thorough and we were able to diagnose my baby with some lifelong issues that were overlooked by other vets. Now he's on the correct medications to help with his arthritis and seasonal allergies. They also offer grooming services and they made my Lenny soft and fluffy!! LOVE MILLBROOK!

I am utterly devastated by the incompetence and negligence displayed by Dr. Jessica at Millbrook Animal Care Clinic which led to the untimely death of my beloved dog Maple. Despite my explicit concerns and clear description of my dog's symptoms, the veterinarian at this clinic stubbornly insisted on a misdiagnosis of Blastomycosis, wasting precious time and ultimately costing my dog's life. From the moment I brought my dog in, I expressed my doubts about the diagnosis of Blastomycosis. Yet, instead of listening to my concerns and conducting a thorough examination, the vet seemed fixated on this diagnosis, completely disregarding any other possibilities. This tunnel vision resulted in a delay of two critical weeks during which proper treatment could have been initiated. The test to rule out the Blastomycosis requires you get a urine sample and it be sent to a clinic in California. I brought in my urine sample and 3 days later they gave me a call. I figure the call was to let me know the results, but it was to inform me that they had misplaced the urine and I needed to bring another one in. Brought in the second urine sample and had to wait another 3 days just so the vet would get over the fact that they thought it was Blasto.Had Dr. Jessica been attentive and open-minded, they would have realized that my dog's symptoms did not align with Blastomycosis. Their failure to consider alternative diagnoses or conduct further tests demonstrates a shocking lack of competence and professionalism.Once they realized it wasn't the Blasto their next thought was either a tick-borne illness or something called Leptospirosis and both of those illnesses would be fixed by an antibiotic Doxycycline. Dr. Jessica insisted in 3 days I would see results and she should get better. She said if I was really concerned, they could hospitalize her to give her fluids. My dog the whole time had been drinking an excessive amount of water, so I didn't think she needed to undergo more stress being in an unknown place just to get more fluids which I knew she was good on. Tragically, by the time the third day hit my dog passed away at home. One of the frustrating things was if I would have known these possible diagnoses were an option I had Doxycycline at my house already from another misdiagnosis from Dr. Jessican 5 months earlier. Before Maple passed away and I found out she could have Leptospirosis I was informed how contagious it could be. I called and left Dr. Jessica a message requesting the same medication for my other dog to avoid him getting sick, or more sick. She never returned my call. Once Maple passed away I called and left a message with the pharmacy, and still no return call saying they would fill the script. I called a third time and asked the girl at the front desk and she told me the script was ready and waiting for me. I asked why no one bothered to call me and she had no response. Since Maple passed away and she and Beau were about the same weight I decided to be proactive and give him her medication.I urge pet owners to think twice before entrusting the care of their beloved animals to Dr. Jessica. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because she seemed like a "nice" person. Once all was said and done though she didn't even bother to reach out to me and say sorry for my loss. To that point no one from Millbrook Animal Care Clinic has reached out to me to say sorry. I received a letter from the crematorium expressing how sorry they were and they didn't even know my sweet dog. I trusted these people with my dogs life, and my dog trusted these people. Now my pet of 7 years and her son are without her. The negligence and inability to properly diagnose and treat animals cost me the life of my cherished pet, and I would hate for anyone else to experience such heartbreak and loss. If you have to go here see Dr. Jenn, she was the only one who I feel like cared for my dog and her well-being.

I can only say great things about MillBrook and their staff. Dr. Brittany and Dr. David are so passionate, caring, and takes their time to listen to any concerns you may have about your pet. I know my pet is in good hands when I see both of them.

It would be hard to picture us taking Rango and Rusty anywhere else when Millbrook offers total Pet Care Services, from great Vets to great boarding and many offerings in Pet Supplements and Food. It is just a terrific place and I know these reviews will just make it more popular and busier....... John and Donna

I highly recommend you make this place first on your list for veterinary care. The veterinarians (specifically Dr. David) here have taken such wonderful care of my dog. He cares for her as if she was his own. I don't know what I'd do without this place. After having an incident involving a swallowed tennis ball, they were able to do surgery the same day to remove the blockage. Their service is the best any pet owner could ask for.

My 9 yr old Harley had this huge tumor hanging from his hind leg. He has early kidney disease & considered a senior so putting him under is a big risk. I went to 3 other vets before Millbrook. Good experiences, but just never felt comfortable enough to trust my baby's life under General Anesthesia with them. A co-worker recommended Millbrook. From the first visit with Dr. Brittany I felt at ease that this was the right place. Their staff were so informative and caring. They went above and beyond taking every precaution with many tests before moving forward with the surgery. As scared as I was to agree, I knew he was in the best hands with Dr. Christine. Everything went great! Harley did great and the monster tumor is gone. 3 days later he is running around again happy as can be:-) Thank you so much to the entire staff and DR's! Our pets are our children and I highly recommend Millbrook!!!!!!

We came for urgent care when our senior dog was unable to keep down food or water; her regular vet didn't have any same-day appointments. Dr. Christine was thorough and gentle in her exam, excellent in offering prognosis and next steps. The reception team was personable and helpful. The vet techs were terrific as well.So grateful to have this compassionate care when our girl was feeling puny.

I received excellent care from Dr. David. He was patient with me and my cat. He was thorough in his explanations of the recommendations he was making. He took extra time to check-in with me between visits by phone to address concerns. When making decisions regarding the care of my pet, I felt that Dr. David was collaborative, offering me multiple options with all the details I needed to make an informed decision. I never felt forced or pressured, only fully informed. He was patient and considerate of financial limitations. Overall, I felt my cat was getting the best care. I feel so fortunate to have been recommended to Millbrook.

The 😫😭saddest thing to do is having to say goodbye to your best friend and companion. Most difficult thing in the world. I had the privilege of adopting 2 dogs 15 years ago. Unfortunately, one crossed the rainbow bridge at my regular vet and it was a horrific experience, on a metal table, scared and uncomfortable.A friend told me about Millbrook. They have a large "Living Room" area, with a large sofa, chair, lamps with a large dog bed on the floor. My beautiful dog was very comfortable and relaxed and the staff and Dr. Was amazing. For what we had to do, I feel that it was the best scenario that could have been for end of life, it was a very peaceful transition.

This was our first vet experience ever with our new puppy. Dr. David Kaufman was exceptional! He was patient, kind, warm, and very inviting to my long list of questions regarding medicine, food, and more. You will not be disappointed with his thorough and helpful vet examination!

I’ve been taking Benji to Millbrook for 5 years. This is the place you want to take your pet for caring and efficient medical care. The doctors are great and really care about your pet. The office staff is great and work real hard to meet your appointment needs. A great place to take your pet.

Leaving a low review based off of price wouldn’t be too fair, but here are my thoughts… I am upset with the hefty amount of money I have spent to get my puppies FIRST round of vaccinations. It cost me more than my car payment for 4 shots and a few exams. Half to a hundred pretty much is what I paid. I found out the boosters are not even included in this “wellness Jr package” thing. What a scam. I also found this place is commission based and there should be ABSOLUTELY NO sales involved in animal health. This is ridiculously priced and I now know the money is going right to someone’s pocket and not the care for my pet. I will be changing vets as making money off the well being on my pet is just not acceptable. Please change the commission practices and maybe your prices will finally lower down and people will be more willing to come back. You would think the JR package INCLUDES the boosters considering the hefty bill now on my credit card. I have priced searched after this which was a mistake and found I could have gotten this all done at left than half of the price I paid here. Off to Wheaton we go from now on. Very disappointed. Yes the place is nice. Yes it is clean. Yes it is professional. No it is not fairly priced.Update: I can’t respond to the message below but I was told there are no payment plans for the packages. only for the operations? Bit confusing

Dr. David and his Veterinary team have been so wonderful to our family and have always taken phenomenal care of our dog; Charlie. Through the highs and lows of having a rescue, this organization has always gone above and beyond for us. We recently had to make a decision about our dog and Dr. David called me back the same day! He was a sounding board of reason that I needed, listened, provided support, and always has given us the best Veterinary guidance and recommendations that any pet family needs to have. The staff there have always treated Charlie with care, kindness, and compassion. I would not trust Charlie with anyone else for emergency care, annuals, grooming, or needed boarding. I am very particular and selective when it comes to leaving reviews, but this organization and the people truly care about what they do and I would highly recommend them because I trust them and have seen the years of dedication they have given us and continue to give us as a family.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Got a puppy and brought her to Millbrook for her shots and check ups. The poor thing had a cough and Dr. Ashley didnt want to stress her immune system with the shots so the shots were held off for a week. Cough went away and the puppy got her shots. We werent charged for both visits Becuase it was a precautionary wait time. Dr. Ashley is great with the puppy and very informative. Would definitely recommend Millbrook to friends and family.-update-We have been going here for all our pet needs since I first posted. 2 dogs and 2 cats, and we still love this place. They take attention to detail to a new level, and have helped us with any issues we have come to them with to keep our pets healthy and happy.

Only place I would take my pup Jerry. He loves to see Dr. David and the rest of the team. Jerry has had multiple surgeries for cancer, ACL, etc and I have great confidence that he is always receiving the best care possible. Additionally, I am annoying and ask a ton of redundant questions and they always are patient and spend as much time with me as needed.
