First let me say this, we don't know anyone in this store. We are not even from this state. Made a quick stop to grab a few items before getting back on the road. We made a stop at the deli and met Trish. She was the friendliest and most helpful employee of a Walmart that we have ever met. On our way out we decided to find a manger to tell him/her what an asset we believe Trish is. After speaking with several rude employees, trying to find a manger. One person came back and told us that the manger would be with us shortly. Unfortunately, we saw the employee speaking to someone inside a room we couldn't see inside but judging by the employees' side of the conversation, it was the manager. When we went through the checkout lane, the employee was an elderly gentleman. He was sitting and messing with his phone. My husband apologized for interrupting him. Barely audible the man told us "I told them I wasn't going to work here." He could barely be heard and was extremely grumpy.Everyone, including management could take training from Trish.

Store was clean and shelves fully stocked, but my interactions with a couple of staff members was not good. Had never been in that store before and asked a worker where to find something - she told me to check the app...And acted as if I was bothering her.Also hate the self-checkout! I had a lot of items and feel like I shouldn't have to do their work for them.

I was in the perfume section when i got a feeling something was in my hair. I ran my fingers through it just to feel someone’s hand, an employee at that. His name was Alec. He then proceeds to sniff my hair and run his hands through it. He told me my hair would make a nice rug. I left my cart and the store immediately and he tried to chase me through the parking lot. Alec is a disturbing and sick individual who needs to be fired!

Huge Parking lot even you can park semi trucks and RV. Inside is huge and well stocked. Nice & clean.

The place I shop for most of my needs in life. And I don't mind showing my receipt 's if it stops Theft! Walmart employee 's have always been kind to me. And I buy Damp Rid for my roof that will not be repaired by the property manager so I don't lose any more items in my apartment.

It was clean and prices were reasonable but the reorganization of the store has been very confusing. Its been a literal maze for about 3 months. It seems to be settling down but you might want to bring a compass and map and have a search party ready.... just in case. 😆Bought specialty cat food that is really expensive at the other places in town. Pics attached of the cat food.

Just shopping on a Saturday afternoon. They were following me around and stopped mid check out to review the video. Told me I was okay but two stood and watched me and then came up behind me when I was through and reviewed video again. Made me feel like a criminal. I won't be back.

I did a pickup last week and the kid very obviously just threw everything in the trunk & then tossed a case of water on top of it all. Absolutely unacceptable, why would i spend my money to buy groceries that are damaged?

First time at this Walmart. It has huge and it had a great selection! I liked it! It was a great experience! Walmart is affordable and convinient than most places. I thing you can find everything from home decor, clothes, shoes, garden stuff, produce/food, outdoors stuff cosmetics, cosmetics, bicycles, toys, tires, etc. You want it, they most likely have it. Check out their clearance racks and shelves. I recommend checking them out!

Wal~Mart is NOTHING like it used to be! Sam would be rolling in his grave! Glad he's not here to see it! Then again, if he was still alive, it would be th AMAZING place to shop and work like it used to be! Too many things wrong to list here.

Alec is a horrible person. Dont let him come near you or your family. He ruined this walmart. He grabbed me while I was walking past him in the womens bathing suit section & pretended it wasnt him

I shopped at this Walmart and Alec kept asking me for my phone number and was trying to touch my butt because he thought I was trying to steal a bath robe. He kept saying how good I would look in it. When I told him he was being inappropriate he didn't even apologize he said he just thought I was into that sort of thing and he misunderstood. Alec is the worst.

Huge store! I didn't visit the grocery side or need to interact with any employees. I browsed for outdoor furniture and home goods. Nice selection.

HIDDEN CLEARANCE. PEOPLE.. when you go to walmart.. download the app, open your barcode scanner. Now scan.. Yankee scent cubes 2$ Bic scented razors..$1.37 3 pk and holiday pj's $ 0.70... what I should paid is on the right. ALWAYS LOOK UP ON TOP SHELF. the shelf may be empty but more may be hidden. All these razors are on top shelf. NOT ALL CLEARANCE IS MARKED!!

Customer service is terrible. Noone ever answers the phone in ANY department. Absolute worst store I've ever experienced. No exaggeration this store is pathetic.

Went to have oil change this morning. They open at 7 a.m. for oil change so I was there at 6:45, 2nd person in line. By the time they had someone at the counter, 7:05, there was at least 4 other customers. The clerk checked in the lady in front of me, and finally checked me in for my oil change. Evidently they do scheduled appointments for oil change, but failed to inform me or the person in front of me this. So I went and did some light shopping and browsing for at least an hour. I kept checking to see if they had moved my car in, but it was still sitting outside. To wrap this up, it was after 9:50 and they still had not touched my car. The clerk then said that as long as they were serving the scheduled appointments, I would have to wait. If this would have been communicated first thing in when I got there, I would have gone somewhere else. By the time I finally took my keys back and told them not to change my oil, I had wasted 4 hours. That's some piss poor customer service

The remodel seems completely done now. Everything seems to have finally found a home.The young lady that works in the hot food area is always smiling and very nice.It was not the most well stocked but overall clean and seemed well taken care of. I mean it's a Walmart I have been to lots of them over the years. This one ranks up the list for clean and organized. The stocking issue seems to be with all stores. Getting really tired of all the moving products all over the place. Still waiting for my w-2 for taxes

Saw a video of two employees harassing a woman, accusing her of stealing, and did not apologize after their accusation was wrong. Alec, I believe his name was also said that she could record the video, but not allowed to give commentary. He seems to be confused. A Walmart employee, one accusing someone of stealing, cannot tell the customer to be quiet. Did you guys bump your heads? Walmart sucks, but this was the worst.

New set up is still confusing and there are never enough cashiers. I hate self check and there are way too many of the carts where they shop for people in the way in the aisles.

Employees are rude they would rather stand in groups on their phones than answer a question or assist a customer in anyway. The few that will are so overworked and stressed out they have no time to do anything.

walked in to buy halloween candy. there were roaches in the bags of candy eating all the kitkats. in the back, i could see a pile of mud that the employees were playing in. i walked into the bathroom and a man named alec told me he needed to follow me into the stall and stand there to make sure i wasn’t stealing anything. i refused and he chased me down back into the candy isle and accused me of stealing. that was when he turned into a life size roach and followed me out to my car. bad experience would not recommend

The door greeter was very non professional and rude. Checked my receipt because I repacked my groceries before leaving. Which I always do. Never been approached like that when the security guard stands there. Said she checked everyone which is not the truth she let others leave without checking. And another employee said she was like a police officer when pulling someone over. No she is not like a police officer and has no authority as a police officer. As I made it through the final exit doors she yells good bye. She was old enough to know better. Just bored and rude.

Now that I’m retired, I don’t have to shop at Walmart’s that are Franchises anymore because I know franchises can’t afford quality employees like the Corporate Owned Walmart’s. Now I only shop at the Corporate locations!
