I love my Walgreens on the corner of Main & Blaine! Everyone is very sweet, helpful & knowledgeable. I feel like I'm walking into a store where a lot of my friends work! I'm very grateful for each person there! They are ALL AWESOME! I have anxiety really bad and I'm not anxious going in here. It's sad that the hours have been cut shorter! It's HIGHLY IRRITATING that the pharmacy is closed on the weekend! Who's stupid idea was that? Thank you for the opportunity to let me voice how I feel.

People are always nice and friendly,a lady named Cheryl is great at customer service skills. Theres a man who works in the pharmacy, I believe hes African I do believe, he is so rude as all get out.

3:37 pm Well I'm sitting here at the pharmacy where my dentist called in a prescription about an hour ago to pick up some antibiotics and pain killers for an extraction I just had a few days ago and when I got here I spoke with the pharmacist (Grace) and told her I was picking up my prescriptions. She (Grace) told me she (Grace) didn't see my name on there and I would have to wait, when I asked her (Grace) how long, she told me "I dunno" you have to wait until it comes up. 4:02 pm- I just asked her (Grace) to check and see if my name came up and she rudely told me that I have to wait because she Is taking care of customers to which I replied "am I not a customer? and I would like to know that I won't be sitting here for an hour to find out my prescription has not been called in and she replied "I guess" really??? She has not looked in the computer and has taken care of 5 people and ignored my request. Alright!!! 4:14pm my prescription is ready!!!....never mind, we've never seen your card which you just used at another walgreens 2 days ago before so it's going to take 20 to 30 minutes so we can call them.... 4:23 pm ok we talked to them and they reimburse you thru mail (lie) 4:26 pm I am out of the store and will thankfully never have to deal with her attitude again... Lewis was pretty cool though, he was running around like crazy picking up on her slack.

Been waiting since Friday for medicine they said they don't have. And every time I call the wait gets longer I need my medicine Walgreens!

I CAN SAY NOTHING BUT GOOD ABOUT EVERY EXPERIENCE I HAVE INCLUDING THE PHARMACY, TOTAL HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES, GIFT GIVING, ETC, AS WELL AS THE REWARD PROGRAM. I CONSIDER IT AT THE TOP OF MY LIST
