I wish I could give this Walgreens absolutely no stars. Wait times are hours, Fill times can be days. And on top of that the pharmacists are playing games with peoples meds. For example I went there cause I saw on app there was a problem but didn't know what, and they tried saying my doctor put a note not to fill it yet (absolute lie btw I called my doctor and he never put any note at all) and then was lied to AGAIN by a dofferent tech and told that my refill date on my bottle was wrong, and then come to find out it was all just because there was 1 number off on my insurance. Avoid this place like the plague.

After about a 30 min wait I got up to the window, only to be told my meds were not ready. It wud b ready in 20 mins... Ran ACROSS the street to the bank and right back, I was 7 cars deep in line so I timed it.... 47 mins later it was my turn and my one bottle of meds were done and I was on my way!They have 2 drive ups but I have never seen more then one tech running them both.... Alternating from one to the nxt and back again.... The wait is absolutely crazy always.... No matter what time you go, it's always backed up... There is zero point in having 2 drive-ups!I feel sorry for the techs working there.... They too have got to b going crazy! Walgreens NEEDS to get them some help!

I started going to this pharmacy because the Hy Vee pharmacy is so slow. The pharmacy now has a 25 minute wait every time I come to pick up a prescription. They need to hire more people.

I've worked in Walgreens before. 2 pharmacies. I wish they would shut every last one down. This one in particular, could never get anything right, but we stuck with them as they WERE 24/7. Now the same issues with less time to fill orders as they aren't open 24/7. A person shouldn't have to go without OMNIPODS or Dexcoms for any reason. None zero. All approved by Insurance. No excuse

Won’t tell you if they have a drug in stock. Make me hang up and call my dr just to see if they have the inventory. Then after 30 minutes of hold I find out they do have it in stock.But then need to have the dr call back again to get the order placed even though I have an order in my hand.. 1 hour of hold for a prescription that my dr already filled out. When you call they act like you’re an idiot because you don’t know that you have to jump through 17 hoops just to get a prescription filled after you get released from surgery. This has to be a joke.

The pharmacy is an absolute joke. If you need a prescription filled, plan on waiting the majority of the day, if not longer. Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Unfortunately in galesburg, there's not many to choose from.

Today was my third time in three months not getting the right amount of pills. The first time I was short 30 pills, last month 5 and 10 this month, each time they fixed the problem but why should I have to go through this? They need to recount or invest in a pill counter.

Over the last few months the pharmacy has been horrible to visit. The employees are great when dealing with them, it's everything else. I can't remember the last time I was able to run in to get my prescription without something wrong on their end.If you want to be at Walgreens for 45 minutes plus, either in your car waiting on the drive thru or inside, keep on going here. But for me I'm going somewhere else, my time is important to me but it feels like Walgreens pharmacy could care less about my time.As of writing this I've been waiting for 40 minutes to get meds that were sent to them the previous day, they've had it for about 20hrs.

Walgreens was open 24 hours. The pharmacy has strange hours. If you drive to Walgreens, the pharmacy might be open, or it might be closed. If you go in late at night, there are usually some pain medicine addicts and some crazy people in the store. I have had problems with the staff being rude and unhelpful. I am not sure how much longer I will use their pharmacy based on the rude service and strange hours.

On 10/30/22 we visited your store for our flu shots. I cannot tell you how impressed we were with Nila. She is probably the the most efficient, knowledgeable , and friendly employee we have EVER run into there and we've been coming there a long time!!! The employee who actually administered our injections is also very high on our list and your cashier was very friendly and helpful. I want to say the Pharmacy was amazing. We are here on vacation and I needed meds urgently. The meds got sent over within 45 minutes of closing and the pharmacy had them ready quickly! Definitely recommend!!

I picked my meds up last Friday, the 27th. I opened my bag and noticed they gave me the wrong dose, dated 1/19. I went there after talking to my psych nurse (I have bipolar) who told me I could go to Walgreens and get the correct dose. I had to argue with the pharmacist for 10 minutes about getting the wrong dose because she insisted I picked it up on the 19th, like she was there with me when I picked it up. I didnt get the correct dose. The worst experience I'veever had at a Walgreens and I won't be coming back.

Went in today to have an online scheduled Covid test on my kid. The person I dealt with in store named Angela or Angie according to her name tag, was extremely rude. Demanded the actual email confirmation to confirm the appointment or do anything at all when I had a screenshot ready of that email. My phone has been spotty at best lately so I couldn't pull my email up. I can't make calls either for God's sake. I was asked to reschedule and asked this person if she could help me to do this, and she nastily said "no. You have to do it online. We don't do that here." She then shut the speaker off in the drive through window I was in and pretended she couldn't hear me. So fed up with Walgreens in general. This treatment is why I switched my prescriptions elsewhere years ago. The only reason I went to this one was for the test on my daughter. She doesn't have it, but her whole class was exposed by a classmate. She cannot go back without a negative result. I don't trust Walgreens' customer service at all. They were just the only option. Don't go here unless you have to.

The pharmacy is a damn joke. How the hell does a pharmacy run out of medication. Not to mention the 15 to 20 minute wait PER CAR at the drive through. These employees just quit trying. Go elsewhere.

I visited yesterday and the cashier lady that helped me was much older (i don't know her name), but she was very amazing and very helpful (as well as funny). I haven't had someone even remotely good/nice as a cashier in so many years, i hope everyone that visits this store can experience her.Pros:-the Cashier Lady-Variety-Cleanliness-Open layoutCons:-PricesThey have an ATM (which was why i even went here in the first place) but it's got really stupid features and limits! Unfortunately it's my banks in branch "AllPoint" ATM though.

Depends on who is there- the staff is either super friendly, efficient and helpful or they are rude and take their own frustrations about their own lives out on you by giving you tude or having a power trip. However, I have found more luck with this pharmacy than other pharmacies in Galesburg, because if you come here you have like a 50/50 chance of getting great service instead of a 100% chance of bad service. Tons of 1&5 Star reviews because everyone has had a different experience depending on who is there.

Worst customer service for the pharmacy. THEY entered a number wrong from my insurance card when I filled a prescription last Thursday, and today my prescription won't go through. So when I called and asked the lady was rude. I asked her how my prescription got filled last week then, and she said I might get billed for that. I shouldn't get billed for anything when I handed my insurance card to the cashier to enter the information, and just now it's an issue. I call my insurance company to ask what happened and they tell me I should get my co-pay back from the first prescription. When I asked the guy about it he was rude, and said my insurance already accepted the claim. If my insurance was wrong the 2nd time, how was it right the first time? This does not make sense. Will be going elsewhere.

I ordered photos to be printed at this establishment from my wedding. Yes, the photos were professionally done and our contract states outright that we have unfettered access to download, print, and distribute for personal use. Do I have the contract on hand? Are you freaking kidding me? The lady had already printed the photos and refused to give them to me when asked to present the contract that was over 400 miles away at home. She claimed that she had been "doing this for a while" and could tell that the photos had been done? What qualifies you as a professional in your industry lady? You work at Walgreen's printing other people's memories that you only wished you could do yourself.CAUTION TO EVERYONE USING THIS ESTABLISHMENT: NEVER, and I mean ever go to this terrible place.And to the lady, I hope you have a below average day.

I would give them zero stars if that was an option. My experience with this store is always terrible, there's always this one lady that can seem to be friendly with everyone else but I get up to the register and she completely rude. I even say have a good night and she just is completely rude. Never coming back to this location I'll take the extra drive to go to e main St.

walmart was closed for christmas and I needed antacid I paid 9 dollars for an otc generic product at walgreens that I would usually pay 3 dollars for at walmart. . I shop here only as a last resort, Shame on Walgreens
