The drive up pick up service is AMAZING. I pull in…get Parked…enter my number… and I swear as I click enter, someone is walking out the door. I’ve used this many times on the way to a birthday party if I’ve forgotten a bag or gift. Order it while you’re getting ready…pick it up on the way. The efficiency from Galesburg Target is unmatched.

It seems to me that prices at Target have been creeping up a bit faster than competitors. The stores are well staffed and stocked. I still shop here but finding I purchase less than I use to.

Bit concerning when loss prevention is the door greeter. Over all the store was clean and well stocked. Had what we needed and found they carry a very large selection of the Meyers products.

Im giving it a 5 as the place was super clean and well organized. We were 2nd in line with only few items Jonathan ( ray of sunshine) offered to help us at the customer service counter. We declined as we were up next.....boy did i regret that after having to go from friendly welcoming Jonathan to black cloud Ivy. I tried to make small talk by sharing we were from NC and didnt have Dots pretzels in our are.....we got the " do i look like i give a $&#^ look" its only 8:30a store opened at 8a i feel sorry for those havong to interact with her as day goes on...

I had not been in Target for a long time. It was always just easier (habit) to shop Walmart. Today, I couldn't believe how nice the store was! So many upgrades since I visited last. Beautiful store, space between isles, so many more products than I remember, nicely layed out, and best of all was the staff. Ginny my cashier was just terrific! Lovely happy person!! Explained how the red card, target circle savings worked, end caps, app, etc. All in all a very pleasant (and economical) experience and I will be shopping there regularly from now on.

The Galesburg store was clean and neat and well-stocked. Employees were very helpful and courteous to answer questions. Checkout was a breeze and with Target circle, we saved enough money for a dinner out.

Our Target store has many friendly employees, but by far Jonathan Miller is the friendliest. I noticed several years ago how he greeted customers, always with a smile. I have seen this type of friendliness spread throughout the store. My brother visited from out of state and went to our Target. He commented how friendly everyone was. I believe this is due to Jonathan's influence.

The music that was playing had some awful language in it and the customer ahead of me brought it to the attention of a manager . He was very professional and courteous with his apology . 5 stars to the manager and 1 star to Target corporate for such a negative music selection !

Buyer beware when purchasing a extended warranty as Target charge's MORE for the same warranty (Allstate) on the same product as other stores. And when I asked for the pamphlet for the warranty information, the clerk was rude and told me to look at the receipt. Mind you I just paid $76.00 for the warranty.

This was fast and easy. I had all of my selections in less than 4 hours. You didn't even have to purchase a "minimum" amount to qualify for pick up like you do in other stores. I had to wait less than 2 minutes once in the parking lot. Great experience!

The selections seem much less since the redesign of the store. The facility is very bright and clean now. The employees are very helpful directing you to the new locations of items. The check out staff was very helpful with checking out and getting credit for it in my circle wallet

It's 7 minutes from my house. Closest store to me, I LOVE the updated store (Recently renovated) - feels very stylish and fun. The music playlist is top notch. Never have to wait for help - customer service is quick and ready to assist.
