The younger girl and older woman that were working that Saturday were both very helpful. I almost left the store and went somewhere else to buy shoes, until the younger girl checked to see if she could get what I wanted online. While she did that the older woman sold me on a different pair. They worked well and it was like they knew what the other was doing .. and I knew then that they were both trying very hard to make me buy from their store. I liked that they tried that much harder when they didn't need to. I'll go back because I know that this store's employees will work with you and try to do the very best even if they don't have the size or color or whatever you need. They could use a raise too, but I know the powers that be wont want to hear that. Companies should know when they have quality people that are capable of making sales before those individuals go somewhere else or in a different line of work because of a say $1hr raise. Galesburg doesn't have many shoe stores that are affordable. Just please, management, think what it was like when you were in their shoes,👟 because someday you was/or could be.

I really enjoyed my shopping experience. Very friendly staff and so helpful!!! I bought my 1st pair Skechers Slip In's. My size is a popular size so I had to order them. The only thing I didn't like was the selection was very minimal!!! Only had 3 different styles?!? I looked for my husband too, and only a couple selections on them as well. The store needs more selections and choices!

I went in for one pair of sketchers sandals and came out with a pair of sketcher sandals and a pair of sketchers deck shoes. They are both very comfortable and good quality and the staff was very nice. I also had a 20% off coupon which was wonderful.

I came in to buy a pair of dress sandals and found a bogo sale! Two pairs of beautiful sandals later I couldn’t be happier. The sales lady was so nice! She was super busy and still found time to help me find my new shoes! Thanks Veronica in Galesburg, IL!

Walked into store. Met by an associate. Took me to New Balance area. Got shoes in my size. tried them on and they fit. Pair for them and walked out. Associate was friendly,courteous and appeared happy to assist me.

The associate was very helpful. She even brought a pair of shoes outside the store so that my nephew who is paralyzed could try a shoe on. The shoe fit well and we purchased them.

Was getting ready to leave because my Skechers sandal I was looking was not in my size when employee was coming back from break and said leaving with no shoes ! I told her my problem and she said I could order them for you and you could pick up in store or shipped to my house and I had her bill me for them

Absolutely do not recommend! Not only did i find a roach in a pair of shoes i was going to try on but when i brought it to the attention of one of the workers brandy she proceeded to tell me i must’ve placed it there (even though she smelled like absolute piss…literally) when i asked to see another worker they yelled at me and kicked me out of the store. 0 stars if possible

They didn't have a very good size range.I think more choices would've been better as well.The 2 employees weren't rude by any means.But they weren't exactly helpful either.They could use a little work on thier customer service tho.

I do believe they need an extended shoe size section in the womens. I'm tired of going into a Shoe Senation and them telling me I need to go into the men's section because of my size. But yet, you can go online and order your size in womens but they don't have it in the store. Idk why they don't have an extended shoe size section shoe dept and payless always had one.

Yes very bad customer service and I went to the store in Galesburg ill and when I walked in one of the employees helped me somewhat to find shoes in my size ..well they showed me and left back to the frontSo I didn't know my size shoe and they didn't help when all the employees are up front but one sign said perfect fit we will help..that's a joke so just left the store and called the customer service 800# and I told them about my experience so I went to another place to get my shoes.shame on you shoe sensation you didn't earn my business..sorry
