They have a huge variety of basically everything! If you can't find what you are looking for, any staff member will genuinely be happy to help you find what you need!Only reason it's a 4 star is because I used to work here in the grooming section. Customers can be extremely rude, and the grooming salon is almost always constantly booked to capacity. I'd have loved to have had more time with each pet I worked with, but unfortunately was constantly rushed through services so I could get to the next pet. A better system with this would be so much better, especially with pets who are scared, unsure or even defensive about being groomed. More time with these pets would make their experience so much better. Instead of having to force them through the service just to get to the next animal.

Our experience was excellent. Has what I need for our tank and lots of selections of fish, new light and heater. Place was very clean an the staff was very polite and fast to help us. For a chain store it was above what I thought it was going to be. Plenty of parking, easy to getting in and out of.Nice job.

Our dog got his nails clipped and they were very prompt and professional. It was only $12. We was in and out in 15mins. The girls today need a raise management. Do the right thing and pay these people.

I am disabled and they pick up all my items for me also they carry everything to the van for me they smile ,their kind, they're happy, they're nice and they're not mean to me and it means a lot( unfortunately)!

I was really blown away by the selection of aquarium tanks they had on hand. Along with all the other items they had just for my aquatic pets. Definitely will visit again. With the only problem being my cricket bags was tied roo tight apparently and a few died before I got home and noticed but no ones perfect mistakes can easily be made altogether this was a really nice store.

I would not recommend grooming here! We confirmed 3 times on a pick up time of 5pm and we're told that was fine. The day of the appointment we were told dogs had to be picked up by 1. I had to rearrange my work schedule and when I got there at 1 of our dogs haircuts hadn't even been started. We asked them not to shave one of the dogs and they shaved her to almost bald. The other dog we asked that they cut her face short and they left it long. They did not seem to care that they had messed up. Communication was poor. The workers seemed to not know what was going on. Very disappointing.

First time I went there was perfect and decent price. Than I went there for a second time for the same dog wash/hair reduction and nails and cost $34 more and she still smells and her hair won't lay down I feel let down even gave a 10$ tip. So out $94Hopefully you guy get it together but the bridge from my house to your place is burnt down.Good luck former customer

Nice, newer store. The staff has been friendly and helpful when I've visited. They online order pick up offered is very convenient and quick. The prices are a little higher than box stores or some online only retailers, but signing up for their rewards program and watching for sales is the way to go.

Great selection. Smaller store than other Pet Smart locations I have been too. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Love the self dog wash stations. My kids always have to stop by and see the cats available for adoption as well as small pets available for purchase. Will definitely be going back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dropped my 7 month old puppy and one other dog off at 8 a.m. sharp. Didn't get a call by noon, noticed other dogs coming in and out of grooming when we stopped by to check. We were told they bother would be done by one. At 12:45 we got a call saying 2 and then got a call at 1:45 saying our dogs wouldn't be done until 4. Our dogs sat in those kennels for 8 hours. It is my dog's first, and only, visit. I will not be returning, discount offered or not. A professional business should be able to keep up, not have the excuse of getting backed up.

Lex was Super friendly and helped us with our pet selection for my 2 year old. We were going for a fish but then she saw a turtle. So we asked lex if we could take one out and see how she does. She did fine except the turtle tried to eat her finger lol. We moved on to hamsters. Found a long hair but lex suggested a winter white dwarf hamster because they hardly bit and are better with handling. It was a great experience.

WOW!!!!!I really needed help for my dog companion (Kitty) bad case of kennel cough...could not get any floor help because staff was completely consumed in boyfriend issues. Finally found some medicine and promptly left. Know your store pet lovers..cuz they ain't helping.

2nd time there and will be the last. Dropped off our 2 pups at 8am and was told i had to pick them up at 1pm instead of 5pm like agreed upon do to the fact they close early on Monday. I was never contacted about this ahead of time to make other arrangements. So my wife took off work early to pick them up at 1pm and was told they wouldnt be ready until 2pm. When she arrived they still hadnt trimmed or ground the nails down and the dogs were both shaved as i had said i dont want them shaved. Lots of mismanagement and no communication. Lesson learned.

Manager was very rude over the mask epidemic and i have a drs note stating what the problems are and he said rudely you cant be here leave. As I did so with out question but be assured i will not be back after all this is over either. He could have said i might call order ahead and they could bring it to curb but I've had bad prior experience order online

Fish Department Review. Reasonably clean, reasonable selection, reasonable wait for assistance, reasonably pleasant service 8 out of town times. Fish department Tanks usually healthy (always hard for a fish department to maintain healthy tanks by the barrier of the business) and though selection is not broad it varies from visit to visit. Brand selection difesa from PetCo so may or may not have your filter. Big name foods only. Limited medicinals.

Mostly the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have excellent selection and are very willing to help you find what you need for your pets. They offer wonderful extras like grooming and training as well. I've never used those services at this location so I can't comment on their quality here but my (extensive) experience with PetSmart leads me to believe they are probably pretty good.

They have a nice-sized store and a wide selection of pet supplies. The staff is helpful and friendly. However their prices are a bit on the high side and although they have clearance racks, they don't really make up for that fact. I found the same water and food dispensers at Walmart for about half the price and wish I had gone there first.
