An absolute wonderful store. Food, toys and other necessities for any kind of pet can be found here for reasonable prices. The staff are incredibly friendly and down to earth. The animals are happy, healthy and adorable. Its the kind of store where they truly get to know you and your furry-baby. You're not pressured to make decisions, rather they insist on helping you however they can. Animals get adopted rather quickly there too. Which means they're amazing at homing.If you're on a budget but need healthy ingredients or medicine I would really recommend this store. They prioritize the safety, satisfaction and well-being over your pets rather than the dollars it makes them. Doggies always get free treats at the end of your shopping experience. And if you need crickets for collecting or feeding, they always seem to be in stock.This has and always will be my go to store. This branch is amazing and I can't emphasize that enough. Bless all the staff who truly care and the amazing customers who go out of their way to donate items, or help strays. 🐾

Fish tanks are horrible dirty and fish are sick. Reached out to corporate to have the general manager of Galesburg location reach out to me and nothing have been done. Fish tanks are still filthy.

I always bowled over by the friendly helpful service. If they don’t have an item they will let you know when the truck is due for next delivery. Prices are competitive. My favorite store for pet supplies.

This is a nice pet store. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I got 2 new fish, flea collar, poo bags a new leash , and. some aquarium supplies. They of course allow your pets on a leash. They have a huge selection of pet supplies and tomorrow Im taking my doggo in for a Peticure lol (I misspelled on purpose) They have a rewards program as well.

BAD CAT FOOD ALERT: Second time, and this cat was very sick. Last one you KILLED. But I thought if if was on a high shelf it would help.IT DIDN'T!!!! And don't let the coupons full you as they don't accept them when you price match. I will do everything in my power to get this place SHUT DOWN!! Not in my hometown I say!

They are awesome and do whatever is possible to make your pet happy. Brian (manager) and Stephanie bend over backwards to make Lexi happy and even order in special food for me that isn't currently stocked on the self. They are the BEST!!!

Mid-range expensive if you don't follow them on Facebook and get the coupons. Large selection of pet food. Our animals eat grain-free and this place has a fantastic variety.

Their website is atrocious, and there is an issue over making customers mask up, locally and elsewhere (coming from corporate, I suspect). And yet locally they DO make deliveries, are really concerned about customer service, and go above and beyond to make people happy. They do need to add a tip charge space because delivery is also above and beyond, for workers. If it weren't for masks being mandated, they'd get a six!Now, if they could only manage to get my name right! (See below answer.)

Didn't realize Galesburg had a Pet Supply Plus store it's right there in the same strip mall as their Super Walmart. Have lots of dog Specialty Foods cat Specialty Foods treats and accessories. If you have fur babies you should check it out next time you're in the area very nice prices and the staff is super friendly

Always my go-to pet supply store in the area. They are awesome folks with a well kept up and well stocked store. Whenever I need assistance with anything there is always somebody knowledgeable to help. And it is obvious that each and every one of them loves animals.

The workers were happy an cheerful with warm greetings an asked if I needed help looking for anything. Which I DID… Iams Large Breed 40pd dog food bag. Instantly she offered to carry it to the register an while checking out I was ask if I would like them To carry it an load it into my vehicle. I said thank you but no thank you I can get it. The store was really busy an I didn’t want to take an employee out of the store to carry my purchase an possibly loss a sale from another customer!!The Galesburg Pet Supply Store is always Clean an just an all around happy enjoyable experience!!!!!

The staff is amazing! I’ve never had a bad experience at Pet Supplies Plus! They’re incredibly helpful and really care about your pets! I’ve been shopping here exclusively since they opened, and I’d never go anywhere else! I recently broke my leg and ankle, so I’ve been ordering online and having my order picked up for me...I cannot express how helpful they’ve been, and it’s so much appreciated as I have 2 young dogs at home. Can’t say enough about them!

Workers are super friendly. Store is always clean and well stocked despite national shortages. Lots of cat food options and cst supplies with a nice amount of space dedicated just to cats unlike all other pet supply stores I've been in. Workers offer to carryout your purchase. This is easily the best pet supply store in the area.

The clerks are very friendly & helpful. They have a great selection of pet needs. I have a dog & she needed a new coat. I found the perfect one & 2 new sweaters also. I like that they promote pet adoptions. Last week, they had a pet rescue group at the store called Rockin Cockers, who brought 2 dogs that were available for adoption. Sometime in the summer, they let the humane society bring in pets for adoption as well. They have anything you can think of in pet supplies: toys, food, treats, collars & leshes, beds. All you need for dogs, cats, birds, fish & more all in one stop.

Friendly customer service. Takes foremost was pretty clean but did not like seeing dead fish in there. Up by the cash register boxes cluttered around needing picked up a little more. And the cat litter really stunk. Rest of the store was very well kept well let also

The employees are very friendly and helpful. They also have adoptable shelter pets. PLEASE adopt don't shop!.Now the downside: if you have a dog, you're good, if you have a cat, they may carry HALF of what they use to! Most of the store caters to dog owners. At one time, I bought ALL of my cat food and supplies there. They just don't have what I need anymore, and that makes me sad, I loved this store. PLEASE check out the adoptable cats!!

I love going here to shop for my fur babies due to the wide selection & good customer service. Only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 is the prices. Cheaper cat food many places in the Burg but not nearly the selection here.
