I called up to check on availability of some 4x4x8 that I needed. Spoke with Nick who informed me that they had it and was kind enough to let me know I was more than welcome to park right by the building with my semi. Helped me load it in a cart and was overall just very friendly and pleasant to interact with. Great customer service.

Just made a pickup that needed to be placed securely in my car. The assistant who helped me, Abby, was incredibly nice and helpful. She assisted by moving some heavy items around and got the merchandise placed well for transport. All with courtesy and a smile. Made my day!

I purchased a hot water heater there and the only two people working couldn't even help me with self checkout., so I had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come and help me. Finally after making my purchase, there was nobody to help me load my product into my vehicle. I was lucky enough that a nice guy in the parking lot gave me a hand. Looking for a room heater I had an employ ask if I needed help. He put my choice in my cart. Since I was through shopping he helped me checkout and carried my purchases to my car. I was very impressed with this young gentleman.

As a container gardener, I look to Lowe's for seeds, soil, pots and plant food at reasonable prices. I'm able to find what I need and get in and out quickly, and the cashiers are always pleasant.

Got a plant while I was there. Unfortunately, they all look like they haven't been watered in weeks. Everything was so dry. My poor money plant was in direct sunlight, so it looks a bit rough.

Not really a Lowe's shopper but YouTube have made me Lowe's garden shopper over Menards. See you all next year. Garden staff are very polite and helpful.

My husband and I came to Lowe’s tonight to pick up a few things. We arrived around 6:30pm on Sunday night. There were very few shoppers in the store at the time we were there. We had no trouble finding the items we were looking for. We did seek help from an associate in kitchen planning who was very helpful. Our major complaint with Lowe’s is the recent change in customer service in that they have switched to using self service checkout registers. We are not trained to use the registers, nor are we paid to do so. Yet we are expected to use them with 100% accuracy while the monitor stands and watches us. I would rather shop on Amazon and have my items delivered to my doorstep than work for Lowe’s for free than shop at Lowe’s any longer. From now on we will take our business to Menard’s, where humans still interact with customers, or shop on Amazon and have our products delivered to our home. We are so tired of doing the work of the stores for them!!

Staff was great I asked several of them for location of items on my list. Mr Blanco was very helpful we loaded cart with osb then metal roofing. As I was pushing all of it to the front one young man offered to roll it to the front for me. Didn't get his name. As we finally got list done and went to front to check out. Had issue with osb no barcode. Mr Blanco was there and got the number. After checking out Mr Blanco rolled cart out and helped me load it into our van. We will be back for other items because of this level of service. Store was almost deserted of customers. It had to be 5 employees to one customer.

Even though it's 5:30pm, there is no one here. Why, you might ask...well, let me tell you. The store is darkly lit and dirty even though there seemed to be plenty of staff standing around talking. The new cashier didn't know what to do when my Lowe's points card didn't register...the trainer standing right next to her wasn't paying attention... and kind of shrugged and handed it back to me. Then, when she didn't get all the stuff I'd purchased scanned (I purchased 2 items) and had to make me pay a second time, she asked if I wanted her to scan the same points card again. Hmmm...it didn't work the first time, so??? And finally, all the cart racks outside are full, so I had to walk across the parking lot to find a place to return my cart. Luckily, I didn't have many vehicles to dodge. If you're desperate or have plenty of time come here. Otherwise, there's a Menard's across town.

Can you believe they, dumped all their veggies seeds and such in a dumpster, not donated to food banks, or homeless. They just dumped them. Such a wasteful company, they could of discounted them. So sad, once I was proud and happy to shop there.

Had what I wanted in stock an at a reasonable price. Not changing rating, but service has declined add self checkout so no cashier some of us don't like self checkout so you end up with 2 employees standing there to help you if you have problems with the self checkout! They be could cashier's wow what a fantastic idea!

Shopping for plants. 80% of everything is $30 or more. Some single plants are $3.98, most are $8.98. WTH? What happened to being able to buy smaller plants? Lots of choices but have to spend $15.98 for a pack of 6 when I only want 1 or 2. This makes me very unhappy, angry at Lowes corporate and unlikely to shop here ever!

Hi I went there today and the cashier BETTY didn't greeted ,charged me wrong for the vacuum cleaner was advertised for 69$ charged me 109$ told her and she made excuses was rude Lowe's hire friendly people...

if i could give zero i would we bought brand new washer and dryers the 1st set wouldn’t work then we struggled so much for them to even get them exchanged then we got the second set and they still won’t work the sensory button is messed up this all in less then a month! now they won’t answer next step is corporate. unexceptional! never buying from here again

To be honest I hadn't visited Lowes for quite some time. This visit I went with my son. They have rearranged customer service and it was much slower than in the past. Staffing shortages?I could wonder around here all day and like the products. It seems the "other" home improvement store has better/quicker service and prices and sales are better.

If I could rate a zero, I would. review is about the service and not the mower as haven’t even had a chance to start the John Deere lawnmower! It’s been a debacle from the start Essentially no service at the store until I pressed for a key person. He was good and finally convinced to go through with the purchase. (Thousands of dollars) However, first delivery was botched as scheduled wrong type of truck. I found out because I called. Rescheduled to deliver today. Got it and No key!!!! Apparently was supposed to be in a zip bag attached to mower when spoke to delivery manager. Bag zip open. Went to store and gave me a universal key. Doesn’t work. No call from store and I had to do all on my own. Beyond exasperated. LOWE’S you need to do better than this!!!!

My water heater had gone out and I had bought one online with the same day installation. I was called the following day and was told they had no local installers so they had to go by a 3rd party. I had agreed and was transferred to DRF on Wednesday. They called and gave me a quote and told me that they would be able to install it on Thursday. I waited all day Thursday just to get a phone call saying that they would not be able too and had set my next appointment to Friday. I still received no phone call that day and finally called to ask what w was going on? They informed me that they would not be able to do it at all because of the distance. 10/10 worst company to get installations from, and very frustrated that Lowes had given me the run around for a week just for them to tell me they couldn’t do the job.

An employee named Christina O helped me find everything I needed. I had 4 little kids with me and she was very patient and super helpful. Even gave them little Halloween bags of candy when we left!!
