Very fast and efficient service. I came in at 3:19 pm to receive a copy of my key, and was out by 3:21pm. Amos, in the back laughed at my jokes and John was very attentive. Definitely will come back!

Friendly staff, quality service. One of those businesses you don’t think about till you need them. But, you’d be sad if they weren’t here. Their most basic service of many is of course making keys. That’s where the difference starts. Not just better copies. But, more importantly they have the expertise to help you with problems that others can’t tackle.

Had John out to rekey my door. He was quick, helpful, and left the lock/doorknob working better than it did before he got here. I called and left a message to set this up and got called back promptly. The woman helping set up the appointment was very helpful with a couple questions I had as well. I would certainly call the Lock & Key Shop the next time I need service.
