Knox clinic cares for each of our babies individually. We take 4 dogs in at once and they treat them all thoroughly and if there is an issue, they do not try to force you into anything. They give you several options of treatment, then give their recommendation and let the decision totally be yours. We have several vet offices close to us , but we still choose to drive almost an hour each way to go to Knox as they are so good with our babies. They are hands down BEST VET OFFICE in 100 mile radius of us! Very caring and thorough!

Wonderful vet! I have a very difficult dog (reactive) and I feel listened to and welcome every time I come in. They are always willing to work with me on timing his appointments at non-busy times, and handle him excellently. Would 100% recommend this clinic, especially if you're looking for a clinic with good communication and professionalism.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOOUUU!!!!I really couldn’t be more appreciative and thankful for the staff at Knox Pet Clinic! Saturday before Christmas, everyone is either booked or closed until Tuesday and my sweet old kitty was struggling to put weight on one of her back legs. After calling four other places, Knox Pet Clinic said they’ll do everything they can to get us in and they got us taken care of right away, they handled her so well and got her figured out and treated within an hour. I seriously couldn’t be more grateful thank you, thank you so much!! ❤️

1974 was my first experience with "Knox Vet", it continues to give outstanding service! The office staff are professional and compassionate to us and our pet kids. The doctors treat each patient as if it were their own. This is not a franchise, but rather a hometown business. Life is their business.

As some know my Bella is hyper, she would not allow me to groom her! So we tried Knox pet clinic I really appreciated there patience with Bella even though they sedated her she is absolutely beautiful!

I have been an avid customer of this business for quite some time now. I’ve always loved their services and bed side manner when it came to my pets! I recently took my dogs to get their teeth cleaned and I was very happy with the care to detail they gave my dogs and myself. The business called me minutes after both procedures were done to notify me of the status of both dogs. It wasn’t stressful or concerning to me knowing my dogs were in their hands. I was a bit shocked at the price but knew it was going to be a lot. Regardless of the cost I will be continuing to take current and future animals to this vet!

They were very helpful for most part the only thing is when you bring a pet to put to sleep do your best to not make people wait that long beings there already grieving and just want to get it done with it's hard to say bye to a family member like that already we love you chuck chuck and miss you greatly

I recently had 3 cats shaved with lion cuts. All 3 cats are happier and so cute. And itwas so affordable. I will never shave a cat myself again. The poor things hid in embarrassment and were stressed when they would get a home cut. Remember your home cuts and perms as a kid? Ya, just say no.

I brought my little boy Old Shavey in when he became very ill. Dr. Siever answered all my panicked questions and did everything he could keep Shavey comfortable and try and address his issues. I received regular calls about his condition and what was being done to help him. Shavey did pass away, but I am grateful for the outstanding care and compassion shown by all the staff. Like other people who've reviewed KPC here, I feel it is the best pet clinic in Galesburg.

We first came here when it was time to let our old man dog go to his rest and they were so kind and understanding and tried to make it as easy as possible for everyone. So when it came time to get our other dog neutered we didn't hesitate to give them a call. And about a day or so after his surgery he was back to his regular self.Great people, great care.

Only taking my girls Cookie and Jager to Knox pet clinic here forth. They genuinely love the pets and my girls could sense that. The staff was super friendly. I think everyone in the office took time to see the girls and show them love. Best vet visit.

I've never really had a problem with this place besides sometimes things can be a little pricey but they've always treated my pet ichi and nana (now deceased) well. Their staff is very friendly and always willing to help out.I recommend this place.
