If i could give a 0 i would. I have had it with this ridiculous pharmacy. I have had so many prescriptions screwed up. I have gotten an antibiotic prescribed to me in the morning, to go in late afternoon when my other two prescriptions are ready, be told I would have to come in tomorrow for the antibiotic, tell the girl behind the counter that it's an antibiotic, only for her to go " I didn't realize that was an antibiotic, hold on", and then be told it's magically there all of a sudden. I have to have needles prescribed for hormone therapy. They have never given me the size prescribed. Now, 3 weeks after my hormones were filled, and I was given 3 weeks worth. They refuse to fill it until next week. Because the pharmacist claims it's been less that 3 week. This was after they told my wife that I just picked this prescription up last week. This pharmacy is a joke. The people working in there is a joke. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Never again will I take my prescriptions there.

Tired of the sloppy service . I've called and walked in to order my medicine more then 3 times . 2 days later still don't have it ready they wait to fill when you pick up if they have it on hand . Poor service and wasting customers time I've called serval times to talk to management they never call back ?!?. There is so much shoplifting going on at this store you tell the manger and he says he don't have time for it . They're setting this store up for a dangerous environment and I will not return , sad I've been shopping here for 7 years cause it's literally 3 blocks from my house .

Same as usual, my refill is never ready but this time it was the worst experience as this one staff was unreasonably rude to me. She told me to go back on Monday, implying I will have to be off my Effexor for a couple days. Her explanation was weirdly rigid and she should not be working in customer service or healthcare. She is a bad representative for Hyvee Pharmacy and Hyvee.

They never answer the phone or return phone messages...this is super inconvenient giving the fact i live 45 mins from town...i get it they can get busy but ive literally been calling for the last 2 days with no answer and i would like my prescription...also some of the staff can be just plain rude...this place needs to do better

This pharmacy is just plain BAD. The employees don't even try to hide the fact that they hate their job. Their service is terrible. AND DON'T ASK ME TO REACH OUT TO YOUR STORE MANAGEMENT TEAM BECAUSE YOU NEVER ANSWER YOUR TELEPHONE!

Called on Friday about prescription and was told to give them 1 hour. I said I"ll be there Saturday to pick it up. It wasn't ready Saturday-plus they said it wasn't in the system? What??? The doctor called it in 3 days before and I was told the day before it would be ready. Then you get glares from people behind the counter when you question them. This happens all the time. We are taking our business elsewhere.

I used to love the pharmacy drive up. Now it's not been so good. Drive up always broke. You go in and it's a nut house! Hopefully they get it fixed soon.UPDATE : I switched pharmacys, primarily because the one I went TO has better hours of operation, FOR ME! I have been gone from hyvee pharmacy for a couple of months now. And I can tell you I have not regretted it.... I still have one person that I still pick up/drop off meds for so I went there the other day! Imagine my surprise when I pulled up to the drive thru and it was STILL out of order.... So I i had to go inside.... Once in, I headed strait to the pharmacy, the lines were long and people were annoyed, it was hot in there which made it worse.... I turned and walked out... Not becoz I was upset, rather the pharmacy closed in 15 minutes... I wud bet there were at least 10 people in there to get their meds. No way would they have gotten to me.... I feel bad for the staff in there, im sure they are overrun with dissatisfied cust. And have it taken out on them.... Hyvee needs to hire some techs, but where wud they put them? It's a little pharmacy and has not been updated in many years.... They have way to many customers that they are not capable of handling ever since econo-foods closed and they took on most of their customer base. Sometimes less is better! This is one of those times!

It is evident that not being able to receive the COVID-19 shot because of the difficulties involved in obtaining an appointment and actually being vaccinated are slowing the progress of the vaccination campaign. I waited an hour and informed an employee of the pharmacy that I was waiting for the COVID shot. Then I finally gave up and left. Nothing was done to inform or assist me.

My husband and I started using Hyvee Pharmacy on Main Street in September after a change in our insurance coverage resulted in some of my husband's medications no longer being covered. The only benefit we have seen from switching to Hyvee's pharmacy is that it offers the biggest savings on his non-covered medications through the use of GoodRx. Otherwise, we've had issue after issue with prescriptions being unreasonably delayed and conflicting and often downright erroneous information being provided by the pharmacy staff.
