Store seems to be going through a down period of lack of employees would be my first guess because of some of the shelves being empty and scattered items. Other then that I thought their selection of different items was pretty decently sized for a D.G. Plus the dude at thenregister was really cool and helpful.

Overall good place, but sometimes has messy, and overstuffed areas, or some things hard to get to because they have a bunch of stocking stuff in the way.Clean, easy to find what I need. It's a smaller store, making for less walking around to get what you need.

Clean store. Nice selection and not to busy. Especially around 5p.m. The parking lot has a lot of pot holes though and there is definitely potential to damage your vehicle if you aren't careful.

I have been going to DG for a long time! The store is kept clean and stocked as well! Everything is easy to find however if you need help finding something all you half to do is ask a staff member and they will kindly take ya were you need to be!!!

Today around 4 p.m. I headed to the checkout only to find and extremely long line. Easily 10 to 12 people ahead of me with only 1 register open. So we left and went to the other store across town.

Great place to shop but hate it when you like a item like the candles the big ones from true living are discontinued. We love these. Wish would keep them. We but at least 2 a month

This store is a mess. Doesn’t look like anyone has swept or mopped floors in months! I walked right out. Disgusting.

Not a bad place to stop for quick and cheap items. Inventory could be a little better. Stuff was mixed up and out of stock or low on stock.

All the ladies there are very helpful and friendly. I can't believe how hard they all work. This place definitely needs more help. Good job girls

Every time I have went in to the store there are boxes piled all over the store and it is always trashed. Looks filthy all the time. There is no reason for it. I have worked retail since 1989 and wherever I worked everything is picked up and cleaned up as you work. You have to take pride in your workplace.

These stores are awesome, sometimes even better than walmart. They just need a better cold section in some. The bigger one you go to better and more awesome than walmart.

Had to run around the store to find someone to check us out at register.Then she was rude to top it off.I mentioned they need a bell of some kind at check out if they aren't going to be there.This happens alot at that store.Today it took well over 5 mins.to get help.

The Henderson St. Store in Galesburg has to be one of the worst, always clutter in aisles, boxes sitting everywhere. Management does not seem to care. One cash register open, I was the 9th person waiting in line. Will not go back.

Items are more expensive than they need to be but if you happen to be close by and don't want to make the drive to another store it's as good as any other dollar store.
