I went 2 times and the malt I ordered was not mixed up at all. One of those times they forgot the whipped cream. You could have flipped it upside down like a blizzard. Had to wait some time just to be able to drink it through a straw. The third time is a charm. The last time I went there they did a good job and it was delicious. Keep it up DQ. I changed my original 1 star up to 3. I will change up to for if they get it correct the next time I am there.

No 1 place in town for Ice Creams and Food. Since my childhood I am eating Dairy Queen Ice creams. The new management have changed a lot of things and as a customer I liked it. Quite possibly the worst service you can possibly get. So unbelievably impatient & rude. Will not answer questions about the menu & will just give you whatever they want instead of what you ordered. They’ve also served my mother and I raw chicken in the past & did nothing about it besides offer to take the raw chicken off the salad for us. This dairy queen has gone so downhill in the past few years, it’s so upsetting.

Well thank goodness I took the lid off my drink because I dropped the straw because this was floating on top!! Disgusting!!! I will never order from here again! It's a baby cockroach. If there is one I will guarantee that there is more!

Ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket with gravy. Chicken was hot. Fries were cold. I thought egg yoke was on my texas toast. Gravy was almost chunky. One of the worst Dairy Queen's I've ever eaten at.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I order a simple double burger plain but it is ALWAYS prepared wrong and tonight was the final straw. I drove 20 minutes home with my food only to find ANTS IN MY DRINK! NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

My son and I tried Dairy Queen for the first time in Galesburg on Henderson at the Dairy Queen Grill and Chill. While the burgers and grill side looked good especially to my son 🤣. But since we planned to have dinner at home later we just enjoyed the cool treats. My father in law got a Heath Bar Blizzard, my husband got the Snickers Blizzard and my son got a banana split. I shared with my husband and father in law so I can tell you the blizzards are great. They make them thick and demonstrate this by holding it upside down before serving it to you. The banana split looked yummy as well. My son enjoyed his banana split and finished it all. I think I’ll have to come back and try some more things because so far so good. 😁👍😋

Was quick and easy. Unfortunately they didn't give me my sauce for my chicken strips. Which had me whipping a illegal u turn to get back in the drive thru line. Just to get the sauce I originally asked for. Which had me a little upset but big shout out to the guy taking orders and working the window. He saw me back in line apparently. Because next thing you know he's at my window handing me the sauce. So it's really hard to not appreciate that kind of recognition and effort. Altogether it was a good experience and thank you!

Everything about this place has went downhill. The blizzards they've switched ingredients, the ice cream is barely Frozen, the fries are soggy and they wait forever at the drive-thru to even acknowledge that you're there. I ordered two blizzards and one of them is half melted before I even leave the drive-thru. This is a shame this used to be one of my favorite places to go and I will not ever be going back there again.

Ordered just 2 choc malts and got home and they had given me strawberry shakes instead. They even repeated the order back. We are 71 years old and didnt feel up to going back. Thanks for the great job.

Visited evening of 2/21/20 from out of town and was very pleased with the food, and the customer service!The manager (a younger gentleman) was very helpful in helping us pick out a cake for my grandmother, and then writing on it. I was pleasantly surprised by his attentiveness and service. Not to mention, the cake was tasty must have been relatively fresh (was very good)!Would definitely return to this location! Overall good experience!

Good employees really make a difference. I was having a really hard time ordering because they don’t have truffle pieces or waffle cones anymore. The drive thru girl was really sweet (no pun intended) she made excellent recommendations! My blizzard tastes amazing. She even did the signature blizzard flip. I thought that I was just going to get ice cream but instead I had an experience. That’s what quality service is all about!

Our food took extra long because they forgot that we ordered 2 chicken strips. Than got our food and my bacon hamburger had everything on it including cheese. By the time we got it my daughter had her drink gone. Come on people read the tickets!

Good, but if you get multiple blizzards, you'll never know which is what unless you ask them to mark it. Last time I asked, they didn't mark it after saying yes to my request. How are you supposed to tell these items apart? As bad as Taco Bell when it comes to trying to figure out what belongs to who.

Since the new owners the quality has gone downhill. Multiple times my order is incorrect as in not made properly. Blizzards are half melted when handed to me, chocolate strawberry blizzard either doesn't come with chocolate or no strawberry. It just seems like the new owners are doing everything halfway and cutting corners.

I used to be able to go through the drive-thru and get a blizzard at this location that wasn't already half melted. Not any more. Please tell your staff to not let them sit on the counter to melt before handing it over.

Dairy Queen is an all year treat. I’m not much for sweets but I do like their food. Their gravy that comes with the chicken strips is delicious. Store is clean. Staff is friendly and usually quite helpful. There is outside seating for warmer weather. There is a good selection of food.

I ordered a large blizzard with cookie dough and chocolate ice cream.It came with vanilla.But they were very polite and quick while giving me the wrong order.lol. PS I Went back again and my order was perfect.Once again very quick and very polite.

Terrible as always at this location. Served toast dripping with butter, 3 pieces of chicken instead of 4, half a box of cold fries... Basically Nothing added to the blizzard just vanilla ice cream in a cup.. and to top it off they put the blizzards in the bag w the lids not on the cups so halfway home my wife has a wet lap from dripping icecream.. will be the last time I go to this location.. its always been iffy but just getting out of hand.. get someone in there to keep the kids on track and doing their job properly.
