We love Culver’s and we’re thrilled when they opened a Galesburg Illinois restaurant. However, the food & service quality is way below what we have in other locations. My daughter has Celiac and always orders burgers without buns. Every other location provided take out plastic container with lettuce leaves on bottom. The photos I post now show grease soaked bag & cardboard container that fell apart on arrival. The grease was overwhelming in the food too. We asked for everything and received no condiments whatsoever. Only 2 small napkins for bag with multiple orders. Really? Sad…just sad.

This place is absolutely wonderful and highly affordable. The desserts are to die for and the burgers will leave your mouth watering for hours. They're very careful with attention to detail, so if you request something to be added/removed from the dish, it's done. The atmosphere is always warm and friendly. The staff seem incredibly happy and it's clean as can be. Truly a great burger joint

Culver's is always great. I am Gluten Free and I am happy to say Culver's has a Gluten Free Bun. You can have any sandwich on the Gkuten Free Bun it's delicious and wonderful!!!

Great food and service.While we were ordering the manager in the back told the employees they were doing a great job and was encouraging. I love hearing that from a boss. Almost put in an application myself. So my take away was it's not only good food and good service but Fram what I seen it may also be a great place to work.

Rarely do I give a truly bad review, but tonight I went in and got dinner that went ok except for the onion rings being 1 big glob of solidly fried stuff. They were also overcooked. Decided a concrete mixer would be good on my way out. After 13 minutes I just left. 2 people working the register with no one ordering but they could not assist getting my mixer. This place has now fallen to the bottom of my places to stop.

I’ll preface by saying I really like Culver’s. But this is the second time I’ve ordered the Atlantic Cod Sandwich and not gotten the top bread. I have no idea how this happens?? I always check my bag to make sure I have what I ordered before I leave. This sandwich comes in a long box so that’s easy to quickly verify- now do I have to open the box before I leave to make sure it’s an actual sandwich???

My 9 yr old loves culvers and we went for a good family meal tonight. The food was good, but when we went up to get out free kids cup, the wait was ridiculous. We ended up leaving after 10 or so min. This has happened the last 2 times at this location. The last time we waited almost 20 and I had to go to the counter and remind them. It's very disappointing to the kids and frustrating with us as parents. I'll think we'll go to dairy queen next time.

Horrible horrible experience inside to eat. I won't be going back to Culver's. I don't expect special treatment because of my handicap but I also don't expect it to be used against me. Horrible horrible man at the counter. I'll never go back! Didn't even stay to receive the food I had already paid for. Was so embarrassed I just couldn't stay any longer.
