The food was hot and fresh they even made me fresh moz sticks and the gentleman working the front counter was so kind. TERRIBLE AND AWFUL SERVICE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER from the night manager himself. MAJOR waste of our time and money!!!!!!!!!He screwed up the first attempt at our order giving us the wrong food, plus not giving us items we ordered and we had to request our drinks before we left the drive thru and they weren't the size we ordered, then we had to turn around and go back in the restaurant and watch the same manager throw away the whole order, just to screw it up all over again. We didn't request another chance, because it was obvious that cook was shaking and twitching. When we got home we found it was even worse of a screw up on attempt #2. Fries we wrong sizes, the Mac and cheese bites were fried to a crisp and the curly fries were very under cooked and cold in the middle and the meat on the beef and cheddar was still ice cold.

Got hair in my food **Curly fries**. Strawberry blonde hair at that, I'm a black woman who wears her hair natural definitely was not mine. I've called but couldn't get through to a manager. Emailed corporate and it's been crickets for the last two days. HAIR NETS PLEASE BRING THEM BACK 😮‍💨

So our Arby's in Galeburg is one of my places to eat lunch. The staff is very polite and kind, the food is always made to perfection, and the service is quick and accurate. I don't see me going anywhere else if I have time. Only down side is the line, and who can really complain when you know how great it is. I will happily wait for great service!

I was in tonight picking up dinner after work, and they were REALLY busy. I decided to go inside since the drive thru was backed up. The staff was so nice, especially being that busy and most likely under stress, and probably having to deal with rude people because the wait was long. They treated me with kindness and patience and were very friendly. I wish I got names so I could call the manager to tell them what a great job they are doing, dealing with all that and still being so kind deserves a raise! One of the most friendly Arby's locations I've been to!

Never had a wagyu deluxe steak burger , So I thought I would try one ... Not my best idea.. I posted the photo in their photos not hard to see the raw meat... Look in photo on Arby's page.. Got my order wrong so I had to drive clear back in town,Wait through drive thru just to have manager act like no big deal it was just dressing.I hate dressing that's why I didn't order that way.And when I asked for another side cup of onion which I had put on first sandwich with the dressing and I did pay for,She got mouthy about it.Done with arby for awhile!!😒

My food took a little longer than I would have preferred, but it was just before close, so not a big deal. A very nice employee chatted me up about my dog and gave him a treat while we waited. I always appreciate that extra something that makes a visit more personable. Order was correct, and the food was good & hot!

The Fish SANDWICH IS Fire as in a good tasting fish. And it filled my stomach and I have IBS/D and can't eat out much! But Arby's is careful and clean and have a great staff full of kindness. Another great visit last night for my landlord Roast Beef and Mozzarella Cheese stick's and the service was amazing. He was very kind yet professional! Thank you again for another great visit and what an awesome TEAM ‼️🏆

I recommend Arby's jalapeno poppers (and give their Bronco Berry sauce a try, it is sweet)Pros:-Fast-Fresh-Polite/customer service-AccurateCons:-lunch can be busy-Raspy outside SpeakerI went twice but never went inside yet, so as far as the drive through goes, i highly recommend this Arby's.Side note: they're outside speaker sucks, be ready to listen when you roll up.

I worked as an assistant manager for an Arby's for 8 years and this was one of the best ones I've been in. Extremely clean, great food and service! We were traveling today and it was really nice to a quick and delicious bite to eat on our way back home! Thank you!

I love Arby's, it's one of my favourite fast food restaurants. They can be kind of slow at this location though, especially if they are busy. The food is usually good though so most times I don't mind the wait. The last few time I've gone and order a large curly fry with my meal it seem they short me on fries? Like the large container is just a little over half full🤨

The new or returning chicken pecan salad sandwich has no taste and doesn't even cover half the sandwiche! Rootbeer float was not to great either! The crinkle fries on the other hand were the best freaking fries I think I have probably EVER had in my 40years! I even ate them cold and have never done that in my life
