No road trip is complete without a visit to Walmart supercenter! Stopped in for a few quick items but also took a lap around the store. Saw a kazbar never tried that before so decided to purchase it. Was pretty good, the caramel inside of it was actually crunchy so it was pretty tasty. It's nice that you sell Sasquatch soap now, saves on shipping and handling when ordering online. Thank you for being open and having plenty of employees on hand!

They won't honor price matching.... Wich is crazy.... they don't honor there own website..... feel like getting ripped off when you see deals on the website and go to the store and they won't honor it..they can't seem to keep workers there I think it's maybe a management issue last time I was there tryed to get a game from clearance bin the guy said it should be in the clearance bin... I said it hadn't been in there and I knew they had copy's in the back so I asked him to get one for me and he did then charged me 54.00 dollars for a game that should be in the clearance bin when I showed the online price he wouldn't honor that either...they don't have good customers service here at all the guy was very rude he's new to electronics area very disappointed

Clean. Handicapped parking and building access. Very clean and well stocked isles. Prices on eggs are coming down 20 cents. Very fast checkout. Yep. I used a human being to do that. Nice parking lot also. No riff raff hanging outside.

A good amount of the staff has an attitude problem, especially in the deli. Honestly, the deli is the worst. They like to take their lunch breaks right at the peak of the lunch hour, leaving half faded signs saying "will return at 2pm" 6 feet away from the service counter. Mind you the hot trays are full of food just sitting there, and it's only 12:15pm. The food will be garbage by 2pm, but I'm sure they'd serve it anyway. If anyone IS there to serve the food, they have terrible attitudes. They clearly don't like to be inconvenienced by customers. They will argue with you and make backhanded comments while you order. They don't even respect their "team leaders" or managers. I've actually heard them talking mess about customers while I'm waiting in line. The 3 old ladies working the deli need to either retire or get a good long refresher course on customer service. I set the bar pretty low for customer service as I understand we are all human and life is hard these days. Their service is so poor they could skip right under that bar and not even a hair would touch it.

I am still rating the Self check out area as too small. You have one of the biggest stores known to man, And I am dodging people in the checkout area.I know this is a stretch, but can we get?Signs that say do not block the center aisle or something to that effect.Just a little care for the others around you will make them smile.And very confused.

If I could I’d rate it 0 stars. Me and my sister have shopped here many times before with no issues. This last time we went on August 13 at around 9pm we needed a price change on a product because it was marked wrong on the shelf, we’re always understanding if it takes a little to go back and actually check. When the manager Nathan was called over to see if he’d be able to assist us he replied rudely with “I’d have to go back there and see it myself and I’m just not going to.” Then went back to talking to another customer. Before even letting my sister decide if she’d want the item at full price he went ahead and just took it away. As managers ourselves we’d never talk to a customer the way he talked to us.

It's big. It's Walmart. What more do you need to know?The store was fairly clean. Staff may have been around. I saw 5 people working in one aisle. Really liked like they were meeting and talking.May have been the first Walmart that I've seen that sells bales of straw.

This Walmart has the selection I need for groceries, home, garden, pharmacy and alcohol. It is not a large Walmart, but generally it's good enough for most shopping trips. Ordering online and during the pickup process is so easy and saves so much time. For inperson shopping, parking is plentiful and it is easy to get in and out of the store. The staff at the pharmacy have always been very helpful, and friendly; they got me set up with a new account where I can receive text updates when my prescription is ready.

Spend 250 to 700 a week at this walmart every week. Just finished paying for 230 in groceries, got 40 in cash back, and went to the service desk and the jack wagon bald manager wouldn't give me 2 dollars in quarters. Some how this place keeps winning worst local walmart of all time.

Actually they had both the computer and tablets I needed cheaper than I expected. Cool. I mean it's still Walmart, shopping is survival of the fittest. One could be trampled if one's head is not on a swivel, indeed!

The staff is friendly, the pharmacy was fast getting my prescription ready and they don’t harass you at the door like the other Walmarts in the area.

I know it's a stereotype, but the people who work at this place are the worst. I went in to return a purchase at 2pm today and was told by Glen that the customer service desk was closed and that I would need to come back tomorrow. He said that he was too busy and nobody else was available. I was very polite and said that it was only one item and I could wait until he had time. He said he would have time tomorrow. I said that was not acceptable and asked if a supervisor was available to help me. He said that he was the manager and he would help me tomorrow. He clearly was just a disgruntled employee and not a manager. So, I went to the sales floor and found an actual supervisor to help me. When I told him what had happened, he just shook his head and gladly helped me with my return. It shouldn't be this difficult.

I needed to do a return. The customer service counter was CLOSED! I asked an employee (Nathan) where to go for a return. He said it was closed and I could go to a Dubuque store! VERY DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEE! He should be FIRED for the attitude he showed! I’ll never step foot in this Walmart again. Do not shop at this store.

The employees are rude! When you need help either they don’t want to help you ignore you or they just play stupid! If you don’t want to work with people you shouldn’t be in this long of work! When you bring it to a manager attention they are as Rude as the normal employees are! Doesn’t people have common sense anymore?!? If there was more small grocery store and other stores around I wouldn’t shop at Walmart! Plus to be charged to check ourselves out while you watch 4 to 5 employees stand by check out lines talking and doing nothing yet getting paid over $15 hours is way to much for laziness when there is pallets of stuff to be put on shelves! Very heartbreaking

I have been at this location many times in the past and would have driven an excellent rating at that time. This time however my checkout experience sucked. Walmart makes billions of dollars every year. The check out lines were very long for the self check out. The check out with real people helping were also long but that was because there was only 2 being used instead of the 4 available. Put more people at the checkout and eliminate some of the self check out positions.

Decent selection, low prices, lots of baby clothes on clearance. Self check outs were backed up, a couple of them didn’t work and our self check out wouldn’t print a receipt.
