The staff was extremely kind and helpful when we first went in. They were super knowledgeable and it felt very comfortable talking to them.However, I bought 3 carts for $80 (great price), and none of them work. I’ve tried them all on different pens, different voltages, preheated over and over and although they hit, I didn’t even get a little feeling.I went back in the following day, and told the woman I spoke to the day before, and she told me there wasn’t anything she could do. A little disappointed as it was a completely different interaction.I’m just very disappointed that they don’t work as I use it to help me sleep and now I don’t have anything.

We visited Galena for the day from Iowa and while there I was in the midst of a migraine. I get them chronically so nothing new, but I saw the shop and thought maybe they have something that can help as I’ve dabbled in CBD and THC products before. I walked in and was greeted immediately by a young guy (I wish I got his name!) and asked for something to help my headache. He was super helpful. Offered up a few suggestions even let me try a lotion of sorts that worked so well I bought some. I had to let him know later as we walked past again that the headache had been relieved thanks to a couple things he suggested. Thanks so much!

Bought 3 of the carts for the vape and none of them will even hit. I've tried preheating and everything and can not get it to even hit. Over $90 wasted on product I can't even use. Will not be coming back*mind you I tried all 3 of the carts and the pen they screw onto is brand new and fully charged. These carts are junk

Great place with great staff! I had fallen on the ice and injured myself pretty severely. I was looking for alternative help for my pain. I really had no knowledge of CBD or any of the other products. The young woman that took care of me (I think she's one of the owners) was very knowledgeable and engaging! I have since recommended her to my physical therapist and Friends.

Great place, knowledgeable staff. Helped me find a good vaporizer, within my budget. Helped my Mom find CBD supplements for her very old, arthritic dog. Haven't heard yet whether that helped him, but delta-8 products do wonders for me and the device I bought is much more modern and easy to use than the way I was dabbing CBD and delta-8 before. Much more effective and much more actually gets in my body rather than just dissipating into the air.I'll definitely buy from here again, but more importantly I'd recommend them for their knowledge. I was a biochemistry major for 2 years before switching to something else, so I know plenty about the chemical nature of the different substances in hemp. I can confirm that the information on the posters and the things the staff said are all accurate. But I'm not as familiar with how to properly consume a lot of these products effectively and I don't think I could have gotten better advice anywhere else.So overall, I trust this place, their products, and their advice on how to use them. Their prices are good too!

Bought some topical cream from them. Paid $40 for a jar of it. Has a good smell to it and does go a long ways. But does not have to kick that it needs to take care of arthritis or any minor aches and pains. Staff was helpful and believe in what they sell. Unfortunately this product did not work for me.

Visited the store earlier this month for help with isolated arthritic hand pain and plantar fasciitis foot pain. I wanted to try focal pain relief instead of an OTC NSAID that targets all my tissues unnecessarily. Sampled the Botannicanna 1000mg Therapy cream and it works wonders for me. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and answered all our questions. Will definitely buy this product again!
